It's a preferred corporate bank. I am using its services since last 8 years every day and I am a satisfied customer.
It always look for customers satisfaction and staff is very helpful.
It is situated on main Ambadi road, just before the east west bridge. It is a huge branch with all facilities available. Parking is huge, need leveling and pavement.
Outside it there are four ATM machines but sadly all do not work at a time and cash is also not deposited in it regularly. ATM machine inside the bank is well maintained.
Staff is helpful and they are well knowledgeable and trained. Help desk is little inside so the security guard on the door solves many queries.
Mr.Branch head is cool minded person and will look into your problem and will try to solve it immediately if you approach him
It's a bank with satisfaction which shall be preferred.
Very helpful and courteous staff. As a customer I am fully satisfied.
