Everything was excellent ....... specialy Gaelic Naan was tasty.
A Must Try Place for Sea Food Lovers
The place is a resto bar so recommend for friend outings.
Food is pretty amazing (both veg and non-veg)
Staff is also cooperative and they do recommend must try's
Overall experience was good and taste wise i would give 10/10
One of the best restaurant to if you are a big fan liquor and fish combination... This restaurant is well known for its sea food and tandooris kebabs... I have known this restaurant and bar since child since it is my dad's favorite restaurant 😍
And one more thing you will be definitely satisfied by the bill because the food is really cheap..
My personal recommendation for anyone who is planing to visit here is to try.. Ravas fry, pomfret fry & banjara kebab 😋
In the pic it is
Ravas fry
Spinach cream soup
Mushroom cream soup
Haryali kebab
Egg pakoda
Been to this place almost 20 times..sea food is brilliant..try anything from this place when it comes to sea food and trust me you won’t be dissapointed..drinks are cheap and ambience is good..friendly staff..do visit this place..😊
Had been to this place with friends. It’s a small place (nearly invisible) opposite the L&T gate number 6. There were around 12 of us and we got seated on the upper level where they joined tables for us. The staff was very polite and courteous. One thing that stands out in this place was the quick service. Anything we ordered was not more than 10 mins away! Talking of food, we ordered some fish and chicken starters to go along with the drinks. They serve fresh, off the showcase fish which is pre-marinated and prepared as per your requirements. We had a couple of Basa tawa masalas which was awesomely fresh. The unique flavour of the coconut-curry leaves marinade and the texture was exquisite. Even the bombil fry (bombay duck fry) was crisp and fresh fried!! The praws fry was a bit disappointing as the masala needs some improvement. The chicken dishes were amazing. We ordered the quintessential chicken lollipops which were juicy as required to be. The chicken tandooris were also good in quantity as they were in flavour. The chana garlic fry was a discovery. It was good starter to go with the drinks!! The rice papad was also ok. We had the chicken dum Biryani for the main course along with raita. The aromatic Biryani was flavourful with succulent pieces of chicken. The dal khichdi ordered by the vegetarians was also good. We finished off with some amazing house made malai Kulfi and tutti frutti ice cream. Overall, it’s a good place for it’s size in terms of food quality and service. Highly recommend it if you are in the vicinity.
Best place for seafood on a budget, we had the surmai tawa fry, bombay duck rawa fry, chicken lolipop, basa fry and beers.
The fish dishes were the best, once we got started we couldn't stop and the chicken lolipop failed in comparison
However the basa was a bit of a letdown and could have been made better.. Overall an awesome meal and definitely recommended.
Ps.. If you are only females would recommend taking a guy along with u, we didn't exp anything bad but u would be comfortable if u did..
Quite small restaurant but no need to neglect you can say a cozy place
Not good for dating ;)
Chicken curry dishes are amazing.
quality and quantity is value for money
Murg musallam is must try element of this joint.
This place is just minutes away from my office. Chicken Pot rice at this place is the best for Non Veg lovers. Tried Chicken Crispy today wasn’t upto that mark but other dishes are just great and convincing prices. Great ambience too.
Ordered for surmai tawa fry and chicken Tikka. The delivery was promt. Food was good. The surmai fish size was average and the masala on the fish was nice and spicy. Chicken Tikka was also done the tandoor style and was delicious. Thanks Mr.Kiran for ensuring prompt delivery and good taste..Keep it up!!!!
Sealand is surprise in that area. Won’t say fantastic only for the ambience ... but a very decent place food wise. Sizzler (hummm not sure if you want to call that a sizzler) but what very it was - it was very nice and tasty. Along with a chilled drink - one of the best option with colourful regular visitors.
If you live in Powai, or near Powai or within the delivery limits of Sealand you must order their Crispy Chicken. Oh my god, it is so flavourful and lip-smackingly delicious and also crispy as the name subtly suggests. You will forget, your fast food, fried chicken serving places for sometime after you experience Sealand's Crispy Chicken.
Friendly place. Friendly environment.
They customize dishes (obviously how much ever they can!) to your liking.
Delivers very quickly as well! Must visit place!
This place is a favorite hangout of our office team .We usually go here for lunch.Their chicken pot rice is the best I have ever had! The crackling paneer and chicken lemon coriander soup are also really tasty.Have also tried the fried chicken and chicken lollipop which are not bad.The food is good in quantity and very pocket friendly. The staff is quite attentive and friendly .The service depends on the crowd.Sometimes it's quick and sometimes they do take time. But we usually call ahead and place the order and they have it ready by the time we reach. They have seating on lower level and upper level which has A/C.We usually prefer the A/C as the ambiance is better. In all it is a nice place to have some yummy food and we keep coming back for more.
Good place in the area for drunkards ;)
I have gone there few times in my early days of struggling in the city. Sea food is very good, although I only SEE the sea food but friends used to love the dishes and I loved the service and alcohol.
The service is fairly fast even during crowded times. Food quality is worth the price. The speciality that i loved over here is chinese cuisine , tandoori chicken and kebab platter . For me , the staff is also good. All they need to do is try to improve in cooking biriyani. Thats all i have to say.
All of you guys who order from here should definitely try chicken tandoori and butter chicken with butter naan these two dishes are amazing . They make it better than anyone else in powai even "kareem's" is pani kam chai .
Ordered chicken tikka biryani.. Delivery came on time.. Taste was good.. But quantity was very less.. No worth paying 180 for such a less quantity.. Otherwise it has a commendable taste..👍
This epic restaurant is just next to my workplace and hence is thronged by the office peeps most of the time. Their sea food section is definitely a must try especially the Fish Tawa Frys. Service is quick and prompt. The chefs know what they are doing and every dish is a success. Special mention to their Fish curry and steamed rice. Cheers!
This restaurant is bang opposite L&T infotech and you'll mostly find it full with L&T people. It's a good place for a catch up after office for dining and drinks.

Must try - Chicken patiala with egg (Main course )
We wanted a place to have our team lunch, so we went to a near by place known as @sealand. It a very small restaurant but the food it total worth your every penny.
I ordered Chicken chilly as starter and Chicken Handi and Chicken Patiala for main course. Must say I was impressed, specially by the Chicken Chilly.
One of the indicators of good service is "your glass of water is never empty", and this is what happened. The host/servers were very good and the food came very fast to our table.
If I had to rate my experience (out of 5)

Hello friends,
I went here with my friends.
Its a nice place for eating food but for drinks it is average.
we have ordered chicken solari kabab, chicken dum biriyani, one veg paneer item kulcha.
The food chicken kabab and chicken dum biriyani was very very tasty.
I loved the food, overall its a good place to eat some tasty food.
So this is one of our regular hangout places for lunches when we get pissed off about the quality of food in office canteens. Its economical and tastes well (nothing out of blue). A quick overview section wise:
Ambiance (3/5)
Decent. Cooling ok. Not too bright and colourful.
Food (4/5):
The rating given is based upon pricing of the food. My favorite dish is Neer Dosa with Egg Masala or Paneer Makkhanwalla. However it should be noted Neer Dosa is not prepared everyday. We usually go on Fridays so we get it, but on other days it may not be available (Been on a Tuesday and it wasn't there:/ ). Cheese Chaska in Veg appetizers is pretty awesome too. Another signature dish which most of my friends enjoy is Pot Rice (I'm not a rice person).
Service (3/5):
Not too courteous, but not disrespectful either.
Overall its more of a lunchtime hangout for surrounding offices. But may serve for family dinner too.
Nice ambience and food.
They do have offers on liquors and 10% off on food for corporates.
But they do not mention it anywhere. You will have to ask for the same.
Hav eaten at this place n number of times since it was nearest to my office...
Good food, good staff, normal ambiance... Paneer has always been luscious... A double tadka which is an add on fr Dal khichdi makes it super delicious... Overall Good Economical Place... :-)
was searching a place to satisfy untimely cravings for seafood dishes! went to the restraunt alone. the ambiene is delightful. Seafood is okay, staff is very sweet and courteous and not at all heavy on pocket!
Visited this place on the occasion of my birthday. Good restaurant to have sea food. Pocket friendly. Ambience is good. Vegetarian people may not like this place.
It has a great variety of dishes in paneer and crispy chicken. Love it!! The service is good. Food is good and fair price. Don't go by the name as it does not have speciality in sea food. But the food quality and quantity are quite good. The paneer and chicken preparations are best.
Though named Sealand its not an sea food speciality place. Some dishes of paneer and their crispy chicken is really awesome. It's a good place for Lnt people to visit as the service is quick, food is decent and fairly priced. For quick lunch during office hours this can be a place worth giving a shot.
Dont get carried away with the name... Though the name says Sealand...Thrs nothing special about the sea food here... Although I like the chicken preparations here..the chicken and paneer starters are good..for the main course I would recommend the mangalorian dishes like chicken sukha and neer dosa.
Went for a late night dinner. Chose to go straight to main course. The order was Surmai curry and steam rice. Curry was excellent and the pieces would have sufficed three persons. Staff were courteous and the ambiance was good for a peaceful dinner. They also have some cool offers on beer. So, may be a good hangout joint for friends.
The restaurant had a makeover 2 years back. After reopening the interior and ambience is good. This is a casual party destination with friends over booze. Not much of a family place but chat over liquor is awsome here. The food is also good.
Ambiance 7

It is one of the places for our weekend getogethr. Variety of sea food qhoxh makes u visit the place again n again n tht to not tht much expensive. Bar is also good
Amazing ambience, great food, good service and quick food service. They prepare all types of curries fish, chicken mouth wattering delicacies. The look from the outside and the inside won't disappoint you. There's also family seating, as well as ample of space to sit upstairs also.
The place is located in front of LnT on main road and from outside they have put up a real nice appearance which will always make you not pass by without noticing it.
I went there one night for some serious main course. The decor of this place from both outside and inside does not disappoint. Very dark which may ruin your photos real bad without flash but preferred for the drinking part of dining. Seating is also good and staff also helps you well.
I ordered their mixed fried rice and wine. Service was fast but it was very average and was no better than some very low class and cheap fast food place. Just the serving was better. Wine helped a lot to provide a decent eating experience in all.
In all the ambiance is good but food can be better.
My Rating:
1. Food: 3/5
2. Ambiance: 3.75/5
2. Service: 3.5/5
3. Value of Money: 3/5
Small joint. Some may disagree the fact that its a family restaurant and bar but the food is awesome. Tasted almost all non veg food here. Parcel service is also quick.
The ambiance of this place is good. The price is reasonable.the location is nice .The food quality is awesome with many options.
Been here many times.
Must try here are Thai satey its just awesome.butter chicken and surmai tava fry.and Gulab jamun with vanilla ice cream is a great combo to end ur feast

This place is a must visit place. The ambiance is very good. The food will not let you down. The taste is good. The pricing of the items is not too much which will not put a hole in your pocket.
Tried out this place couple of days back. Went with one of my friend.
AMBIANCE - Nothing special. It was normal
FOOD - The food was also just ok and nothing much to write about. Tried the Kadhai prawn with Butter naan and Peking fried rice. Both were just passable.
SERVICE - It was again just ok
FINAL VERDICT - Sea land seemed to me a place which has nothing new to offer and can be given a miss.

I paid a second visit today 07/12/2015. The food and the service has improved tremendously.
I tried Bombil fry, Chicken crispy, Chicken Patiala and Chicken Hyderabadi with naan and rotis.
The Bombil fry was great and was some of the best I had in Mumbai. The chicken crispy and the other items were also good. Overall a much better experience from last year.
I have been a regular at Sea land not bcoz i work at LNT but I love the food here. As the name goes, these guys specialize in Sea food. The rava fry Surmai isy favorite. Even the veg platter and the pot rice here is a must try. Pls domt go as per the reviews, this is the most underrated place in powai
The ambience is okay, but good enough if you are going there for a quick lunch/dinner with friends or office colleagues. The food is very good and very economical. Service is quick, very quick.
Serves good tandoori, though bit slow with service
It's close to my office. Really good food. Don't miss d tandoori, veg. Manchurian, also pot rice, and chicken kadhai. It's economical. Average ambience.
A small place to eat and have drinks. The food tastes good and is priced well. Gets chaotic when crowded and the service starts to downgrade
This is the third time that I've eaten from SeaLand. It's practically a 2 min walk from my office so we ordered-in at work due to the lack of options at the cafeteria below. We got our food in just under 25mins.
Now, I for one love seafood. And unlike most people, I don't only think of Goa when I hear seafood. South Indian seafood is as dear to me. In Bombay there're quite a few places to go to for such food, Apoorva, Mahesh, Central Lunch Home, Garden Jolly, Taste of Kerela and the other small joints here and there. But close to Powai-Chandivali area, this is the best! (There's a Mahesh down the road!)
So, we called for 2 Portions of Fried Bombil (Bombay Duck), 2 Plates of Jhinga Masala (Masala Prawn Curry) and 3 Portions of Steamed Rice (Nothings hits the spot better than rice with food like this, nothing!). In most of the other places, you're usually charged for a portion of Extra Curry that you ask for, not here. We got a portion of Extra Curry too. Total Bill Amount - 990 (Most of the fish items don't have a price written down on the menu and are ASP basis, but the place is pretty reasonable if you compare it with Mahesh and Apoorva)
The Prawn curry had the right amount of spice and LOTS of prawns (and the small ones, just the way they're meant to be in curries). The Bombil disappointed this time, I don't think we were given fresh fish but I've had it before, twice, and it's usually brilliant. But this time, it wasn't that slightly moist, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat that you expect out of Bombil but it was dry and a bit shriveled up. However, it still went pretty well with the Prawn Curry.
Having eaten here before, I know that the Bombil is otherwise brilliant. There's no better "chakna" that some brilliant fried fish. And if you happen to be anywhere near this place, it's worth a visit.
We the three, having visited Phoenix Mall, Kurla last evening, were famished by the time we were through. As I had parked my car in my office at Powai, we chose to dine over here.
It didnt seem like a family restaurant and Sonam was skeptical after seeing everyone having a drink on their table. But the sight of another woman convinced her and we settled down at a private corner table.
AC restaurant, large LCD TV, IPL match going on, soothing lighting. We ordered for food, amply guided by the waiter, who even suggested that we should rather order bhuna gosht rather than mutton keema. Oh? Sure, go ahead. So we ordered for Chicken teeka masala, one bhuna gosht, one stuffed paratha, two garlic naans, three rotis and two fresh lime soda.
The Bhuna Gosht (INR 240) was awesome. A mix of keema and smaller chunks of mutton, this was a true blue revelation. The chicken Tikka masala (INR 180), ordered speially for the fussy Shikha, was relished by her unarguably. The stuffed paratha (INR 60) was again heavenly. So also for the garlic naans(INR 40 each), which were loaded with garlic bits. The rotis (INR 18) were okay and the fresh lime soda (INR 50 each) was mediocre.
We were so impressed that we ordered for one more Bhuna Gosht and one veg Handi Biryani for take away.
When the tab came, another surprise. We had been offered a special VIP discount of 10 %. Why so, but we couldn't get the answer.

Location is good. Interiors are nice and renovated. Chinese food are good to try out.
Food and alcohol is cheap. Good home delivery service.
We were looking out for a venue for my 25th Wedding Anniversary party,. Have visted this restaurant for sea food many times. The food was amazing. Interacted with Ms khushboo in Tunga and she assisted us in finalising the deal as desired. The party hall ambience was too good. The spread was delicious as well. All our guests were delighted and enjoyed a lot. All arrangement and staff was good. Really recommend this party hall for small get together.
A Lovely Restaurant on the Ground Floor of the Tunga International Hotel Building in Andheri East that has a Very Small AC Section and a Large Non AC Section, both of which are well furnished and have a nice Restroom as well. Valet Parking is also available, which is good. But just like Tunga's other Restaurant on the 1st & 2nd floors called Something's Fishy, this place too specializes in Seafood and offers Malvani & Mangalorian Thalis as well, which is Very Good. They have Pomfret, Surmai, Prawns, Mutton & Chicken Thalis and we had the Surmai & Prawns Thalis which were Really Good. They offer an option of Chapatis or Neer Dosas and we opted for the Neer Dosas, which were Excellent. The Surmai & Prawns were Very Fresh and the Fish in the Curry as well as the Fried Fish was Very Tasty. The Solkadi in the Thalis was also good and they offer a Gulab Jamun for Dessert as well, making their Thalis a Complete Meal. We also had Bombil Fry for Starters along with Beer and ordered Appams as an Extra, which was Excellent as well. Service does take a little while and the Vegetable in both the Thalis was just Sautéed Onion with Mustard, which can hardly be called a Vegetable Dish.
Overall, a Nice Place to Savor Excellent Malvani & Mangalorian Food with Good Quantities and Reasonable Rates as well. A Full Bar Service also adds to the charm of enjoying your meal here.

The Food is good, the services are good atmosphere is best here.
Only thing i would mind is the prices are slightly high. If they can manage the prices a bit that will be overall a unbeatable package
Loved prawns BBQ and surmai goan dish, you'll love the mocktails (hot wired and breezy guava) too, the ambience was decent.
Amazing food, loved the crab soups and prawn thali. Amazing and chill atmosphere. Can go with friends and family also.
Tunga Kitchen and Bar restaurant is spread across a huge area and has different sitting space. One on the ground floor itself and other on second floor indoor.
The place is welcoming and different interior shade to it. Also, the place has a decent sitting table area of 10 tables around. The qiatwrs are easily available for approach and although they r not much aware of the menu items and it's preparations.
We ordered the Pomfret Tawa fry and UT was very small fish and had only three small fried pieces and it was not that good cooked too.
Followed up BY chicken Chatpata tikkas and this was very good marinated and juicy. The colour were also vibrant.
In the mains, we ordered veg fried rice and mushroom chilli and chicken Biryani. The rice were fragrant and the curry was freshly made to order.
The place had decent potions and good overall. The prices r steep.
Good place.
Service was slow due to the holiday crowd, but staff made sure that our table didn't leave unattended. The food was delicious and the ambience was good. Overall family friendly environment.
Amazing place, very kind staff, great ambiance, the food is absolutely delicious, my favourite restaurant for the best food, i have many favorite dishes here, I can't mention all of it but, if i have to say Prawns in Oyster sauce a must try!!!
I liked the food here. It's fresh and quick and the thali is delicious. Hand wash is on the outside, there's a veg and non veg section they're next door to each other.
They're apparently South Indian. Sometimes the card machine doesn't work when you sit in the ac section. It takes a minute. The food is excellent. The location is ideal and easy to reach.
I am a frequent visitor at something fishy and the food is always nice. The strawberry cream was a let down as the cream felt stale. The staff is always very nice and helpful.
