This place is located in malwani gate no 1, and is easy to spot from the main road. This place is famous for its sea food, North Indian cuisine and Chinese. I've been ordering here for more than a decade and unfortunately now it's quality of food has decreased significantly.
The ambiance of the place is pretty decent and would definitely recommend you to go the first floor which is a proper family restaurant unlike the ground floor with lot of drunk people 😛

Chicken dum biryani
Just one word... terrible!! The chef cooked the biryani to death..maybe they have changed their chef or the chef might have forgotten his cooking skills.
Chicken fried Rice
This dish was fine nothing great with a scrambled egg on top of it. The amount of chicken was less though.
Chicken crispy
This dish was nice, crisp and juicy. Worth a try.
Hot and sour soup
A nice rich and thick soup with lot of flavours. Will recommend to try this.
Would definitely recommend to try the sea food, Kebab and tandoori to be on the safer side.

There are problems that stand in its way, but what prevents Sagar from being a credible option even in this sparsely competitive area is its image. They haven't been able to do enough to highlight that they have some very decent seafood to offer, alongside really reasonable rates for alcohol, which is understandable as it's a bar after all.
I think its a safe strategy to stick with the seafood as much as possible because duh, their name is a subliminal hint that was intended to educate you. So a solid surprise was that stood out to justify the value of Indo-Chinese at times where cash is a constraint. In terms of value for money, this is a (3.9/5), because Rawas is Rawas, always.
You could be excused to try their as they manage to merge Pahadi kabab and turn it into a rich Fusion of green spices. Well worth for what you pay. (3.8/5)
A Biryani was always on the cards, and Rawas is simply irresistible, so Rawas fry, as opposed to say, Rawas Tikka was used to generously sprinkle goodness across decently spiced rice. Wowie? (3.8/5)

This place is located near Marve road and use to be adda of visitors of Marve beach. The key feature of this restaurant is that it's the only restaurant in Suburbs which provides Makli (Squid) dish throughout the year.The restaurant has direct tie up with many local fisherman and therefore seafood is totally worth it. Prices are very reasonable and dine in ambiance is pretty decent. About food, nothing extraordinary except for seafood. Makli chilly and bombil are their highlights and personally, i feel no other restaurant in suburbs could beat them when it comes to these to dishes.I don't have a good opinion about their delivery systems since most of the times food are delivered late.Parking is a big issue for this restaurant. You won't find any nearby place to park the vehicle.Overall a good place for dining, Excellent for seafood, not so good for home delivery.

I usually order directly but this time I ordered on Zomato. Good food.. good service. This time the bill amount was higher than what I ordered on Zomato as new menu has not been updated on Zomato. But when I informed the restaurant the manager told me to pay the amount as per order. Very customer friendly... Will surely order again.

The food served in Sagar is upto the mark. This kind of food aint available in malad west. Sagar has completed many years & still maintained its consistency. Keep it up and all the best!

This is my most favorite adda where I stay. Its one of the best pocket friendly restaurants in Malvani which offers great value for money. Food is one of the best. All types of non-veg dishes are top class and quantity is large. No complaints with regards to food. However, they need to improve their service a bit. Sometimes, there is no waiter in sight and also food comes a bit late.
Had been here on numerous occasions, reviewing nw, a good place in this area for nonveg lover. Every dish is worth and great. Quantity is also good. Have no idea about Veg, since I prefer nonveg the most. Bit upper floor is more recommended than the ground. Biryani, kebabs and chinese 👍👍👍.
Ambience :Had visited this place for lunch with family. The entrance and exteriors looks a Lil shady however the seating on the first floor is good.
Service:The service was very slow and they took alot of time to get our dishes. The prawn that we ordered for starters was ready for the main course time(as they started cleaning the prawns once we places our order)
Drinks :They said not to order the mocktails and Cocktails as it will take time. So we stuck to beers
Food:Ordered the Mandeli fry,bombil fry, squids chilly for the appetizers. We had prawn biryani and Ravas curry and rice for main course. Loved their seafood as it tasted fresh and perfectly cooked.
Dessert :They usually served ice cream which h they didn't have in Stock.

The place looks very unappealing from the outside and is filled with shady people inside (esp the bar below). On top there is an air conditioned restaurant.
While the place is definitely not fancy, the food is really good. The food here is very good and served fresh. The taste hasn't changed since forever. While all items are tasty, their Dal Khichdi is to-die-for! It comes with kadhi and tastes just heavenly.
I would suggest ordering than visiting if you're too conscious about the shady environment. Going solo or just girls is a no-no, else be ready to attract unfriendly stares.
Somehow average ambience. Food was good as compared to the ambience. Looks kind of cheap from the outside but trust me the food is delicious. Chicken biryani was average. That is amazing. I suggest if you are going to this place, do try out the Chicken Lamba. However, I ordered a chicken biryani a couple of days ago and surprisingly that was a big too dry. So I wasn't very happy about it. Maybe y'all should check on that. But otherwise it's pretty good.
