I order here noodles are good and small place for me but its ok but actual casual food and have their with friends but kk food is good

A all time restaurant for me and my friends for Bday party and chilling out as we leave from our clg.. It is our constant for lunch and at reasonable price.. We mostly have murg muslama here it's our favorite one.. And chicken angara.. Over all all dishes are best to serve..chicken biryani is also one of my fav here.. Must visit

I visited here for the first time and , I ordered chicken biryani and They serve best and tasty food and specially biryani in just 120 . The taste was good , tender and well cooked chicken with flavourful rice . that smell and taste of spices

Been to this irani cafe types place located in goregaon west on the busy sv road. Managed by the owners itself the service is bang on. The ambiance isn't that great to go with family but definitely one can have a take away from this place as the food is really good and damn cheap as well.
I tried chicken afgani and tandoori roti with some Biryani rice. Quantity is good for 2. Quality is commendable considering the price. Great quality food. Service is super quick.
Highly recommended if you wanna eat good food but don't want to spend much.
This restaurant is close to my place and hence I usually have home delivery..... I am no non vegetarian but order Chinese from this place and the quantity they serve is good along with average taste

This is awesome place i visit there for eating chinese .i like there staff ,fast sevice,good hygine and the most important is there food .i loved there taste.food is awesome and tasty and the way of serving is best.
I order the following things there :-
1.chicken triple schezwan fried rice- i am a lover of a chinese food so i liked it because there taste is just outstanding and delicious
2.chicken hakka noodles-it is a nice and very tasty
The best place to get good quality mughlai food at really cheap rates in Goregaon west. Chinese dishes are also good of which i have tried fried rice and veg hakka noodles both of them had quality taste and not that costly when compared with prices of other restaurants. All the gravies have a more or less same taste still its not bad.Raj's a small eatery on the lines of Irani Cafe as in they do have proper sitting but not upto date with the modern time. Both vegetarian and Non Vegetarian food is served as I am a vegetarian so i have tried only the veg dishes and all of them taste good. Some of the best selling non veg dishes(told by the owner) are Bhurjee / Korma / Chicken. Food is pretty good but sometimes the food is too oily.
I really like this restaurant. Food is amazing staff nice. Totally recommended. I try main course chicken dish Roti rice and also Chinese item both were amazing very tasty

Extremely cheap prices. Delivery is always prompt. Food is tasty as per the price. However most of the items except tandoori items are very oily.

Non-vegetarian food is superb. Raj's butter chicken and chicken fried rice are definitely worth it. Caramel custard is also very good. Food quality is outstanding, great job.
Lot of memories related with this restaurant. I've been going here since my college days. This is gonna be a little biased review and rating. We used to have butter chicken and tandoori roti back then, although the taste has changed recently, but its still worth ordering.
great place to park your car. The owner(and his son perhaps) are polite and welcoming without overdoing it, a rarity in small restaurants. Nice place for breakfasts. The crowd is mostly mature and noise levels comfortably low. I wish the tea had less sugar but overall a place i visit almost everyday

Its been 12+ years now and every time I visit this place with friends, its always special and brings back lots of memories.If you are from Patkar or if you stay in Goregaon West this is a place that guys must have visited not once but a number of times. Again this is not a family restaurant and more of a typical cafe and most importantly cheap. So there was a time we used to have Butter Chicken for 40 bucks and tandoori roti for Rs.2 which is now 90 and 7 respectively.
Visit the cafe and order Butter Chicken, bhurji pav or chicken kheema pav. Tea quality is also one of those items which has been maintained over the years, nothing special if you visit for the first time but for me having visited for more than 12 years, the taste still feels the same. Their tandoori roti is any day bigger than the tandoori roti in any other restaurant in the vicinity.
With this its to time to end the review. Adios and drop me a note if you liked the food in Raj, btw I did study in Patkar College and me and my friends still sometimes call each other on the weekend and say, "Aaj Raj ka butter chicken ho jaaye :-) " and no is definitely not an answer.
Quality taste at cheapest price
If you're from Patkar college, chances are bright that Raj is your regular lunch joint. This Irani restaurant has one of the cheapest menus around, and yet, possesses taste to die for. Go for its butter chicken if you're confused. Mutton kheema and Afghani Chicken are awesome as well. Biryani isn't that great though.
A good place to calm your appetite. Food Quantity and taste is best at a budget price. Must visit.
Pocket friendly. I ordered the kheema fry and it was just as I remembered it from years ago.

One of the best non veg restaurant in Mumbai - Goregaon area. The main attraction of their restaurant was you'll get good food at a reasonable price that other restaurants doesn't have in that area. They do have also a seperate A/C section.
