I posted my experience (Bad) and then I was contacted by them. They asked for giving one more chance and they excelled in that. Delivery was on time and food was good as well.

The biryani tastes good, the place is clean, hygienic and has Nice seating options.
The staff is nice, polite and didn't give any chance for complaints
Had just visited here once, so didn't get any chances to try other stuff there
Delivery is always on time and serve in good packing which makes food as it is, I suggest to improve on combo quantity.
Overall good experience with Kandivali and lower Parel branch.
