Im surprised to see Ravi's Chinese have such low ratings on Zomato. One of the 3 remaining Street Chinese Food outlets in Bandra, Ravi is also the oldest and has been serving budget Chinese food which is extremely tasty and he's been doing this for 15 years now. He has a set of loyal customers and you will always find cars on Pali Naka 30th road being served with bowls of Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken & Chicken Lollipop. The good thing at Ravi's is that even with 100 Rs you can have tasty Chinese food that will fill your tummy.
He's open till midnight and I always call for home delivery, the best part being he delivers within 15 minutes. Chicken Fried Rice, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Manchurian and Chicken Lollipop are some of the things I absolutely love at Ravi's. I love it because it takes me back to my childhood when things weren't fine dining. At times when there was no Royal China or Global Fusion it was Mumbai's street food culture that gave me my love for Chinese food and greed for flavours. Ravi's is a symbol of that early love for food, the strong base of flavours that was set by Mumbai's street food culture and that pride ki Mumbai mein aap 100 Rupaye mein bhi pet bharkar kha sakte hain.
Ravi's Chinese is something that has been happening in my life ever since it's inception and I am sure it's impression will last forever. Bandra might be called a fine dining hub but it's places like Ravi's that gives Bandra its balance and makes it complete for food lovers.
Definitely try it.

If you have friends who live in Bandra, its impossible for you to have not heard of Ravi Chinese. Localites both love and hate it! As for me, I found it like typically roadside Indian chinese. nothing out of the ordinary but at the same time not bad at all.

Ravi has a small stall outside mmk college bandra since years..i was in nationals so i had heard about it but tried it much later and since there is no looking back.
things what i have tried.
CHICKEN TRIPLE SCHEZWAN- I always prefer half quantity because even thats for two people.
schezwan rice and noodles mix toppled with schezwan chicken gravy and fried noodles.its medium spicy and the taste is yummy and if he puts egg fry on the top its delicious..always ask for egg fry and fried noodles.
CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS- He gives 8-10 pieces of lollipops which are crispy from outside,soft and tender from inside.its got bit of chilly sauce and little bit of colour adding but the taste is enjoyable.
CHICKEN SWEET CORN SOUP- in one word awesome..sweet..medium thick.with a twist of little pepper.white egg,sweet corns and fresh chicken shreds..the quantity and the quality both are good.
Chicken Pot Rice- its chicken fried rice with chicken manchurian gravy..the fried rice is oily but mouth watering with spring onions,carrot and capsicum along with scramble egg and cooked small pieces of chicken..the gravy i thought it will be authentic pot rice as the name suggest there will be some assorted veggies with chicken but it came as a manchurian gravy..honestly the gravy was good it had that savoury taste of ginger,garlic and soya sauce but the chicken pieces were okay as it seemed fried chicken was kept for days so i did not like the chicken in the gravy..also the gravy had become thick..maybe i took a parcel thats why.
In matter of price ravi cuisine is very reasonable and hes very sweet. he does take orders in the night.he operates his kitchen from bandra,pali hill near crash boom bang store. but best is day time if u ever pass by linking road in day make sure to go near mmk college and eat ravi's yummy chinese..for veg lovers there is veg also..he makes veg in a different kadai and nonveg in different.
Small place and looks also shady but the Chinese food out here is simply amazing. It use to earlier be outside MMK college and now in the pali naka area. Half portion if rice is enough for one person. Chicken schezwan fried rice is a must try.
An extremely small joint (easy to miss) in the bylanes of Pali Hill this place is a make shift restaurant with some chairs that are laid out when a customer arrives. This place is like a late night eat kind of place for the party goers. We tried the CHICKEN POT RICE, CHICKEN HUNAN RICE, CHICKEN BURNT GARLIC RICE & CHICKEN SCHEZWAN RICE. Mind you guys the quantity out here is quite large and even though we ordered the half portion of each dish we were not able to finish it so if you are two people and very hungry that is the time you order a full portion. The food is very good out here and so is the service.

So I have been here atleast a million times.. just love this place.. He earlier use to be outside MMK college and now sits in Pali hill after 7 in the evening. though roadside this guy keeps everything very clean, and is perfect if you are craving for some road side chinese... the chicken schezwan fried rice with Egg on top is the best besides this also the lollypop tossed in Hunan sauce is too good... Yesterday 1st time tried paneer shangai starter and it was killer... Wish he opens a restaurant soon.. But must try for all roadside chinese lovers..
Good place to have Chinese food and yes it's the same Ravi rice which you get outside TSEC college but with lots of varieties. We ordered chicken burnt garlic noodles but it tasted more or less the same as normal hakka noodles and lacked the flavor of burnt garlic.
All in all taste and quantity wise it's good and looking forward to try out new stuff.
Ideal place if you don't mind eating in your car. It tastes best when it hot and there isn't proper seating available there, hence - In your car is the best option.
Their Chicken lollipops are amazing!!! One of my favourite lollipop places.
Last evening I had the chicken fried rice - yummy! And for the price it's great! Wouldn't say it's the BEST cheap Chinese I've had, but it sure is close.
Tip: ALWAYS ask for fried egg on top. It just makes it all the more delicious.
Add some schezwan sauce with the fried rice and it's bomb. Dinner done :)

This place is also know as Ravi rice, coz its famous for its chicken schezwan rice. It is a very small joint and doesn't have seating arrangements. Some might have great difficulty finding it.They also sell food during day time near national college.
Food is good and cheap and that's the reason it pulls the youngsters towards it.
Low budget, less time in hand, and if you're in bandra this is one of the best places to go and fill your stomach at.
Owners name, as you can tell from the name of the restaurant, is ravi. His main income comes from selling Chinese outside thadomal shahani College(TSEC). I love the chicken schezwan noodles and the combo rice with egg on top. That's pretty much what you get. Veg and chicken rice/noodles. I don't like it much since it doesn't look hygienic. Now this place is next to pali Naka. It's a small shop but I've never been there. The food he serves near tsec comes from here. You'll easily miss it and it'll be good if you do cuz it's basically a shanty. I've seen kebabs being cooked but never had the courage to Enter this place since it looks pathetic. Wanna try it? Go ahead if you're into street food or ul find yourself having a bad time the next day while spending most of it in the loo. But to be honest I know only a few who got ill after having his food.
Exceptionally good food at exceptionally cheap price! They hav their mini outlet jst outside my college and believe me i almost hav it every other day! Awesome sezwan sauce.

For this outlet is originally from outside Nationals college. Affordable, hygienic and good quality road side Chinese. Tough to get all in the road side bit but that's the story.
He is now located in the totos lane. Park your car, before that get some whiskey or beer from deepak wines & enjoy your alcohol with the yummy food.
Ambiance is nothing. Food is everything. He has a loyal following since most our college days were spent outside.
Try the Pot rice, paneer roll (massive size) chilly rice, Hong Kong noodles & the chicken tikka.
The quality offered is really fantastic.
Pricing is affordable
Service is apt. Car service. Honk & he comes to you.

Ravi ravi ravi.... A friend of mine introduced me this place in pali naka... And me being a fan of all the road side... This place is.. Amazing.. Though the seating arrangement.. Is nil.. The food is amazing.. Personal favourite is... CHICKEN SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE... with egg on top... And in tandoori... Chicken tikka.. The food is amazing fresh.. Hot.. And the schezwan sauce is over the top... In all amazing food... Had become a weekly tradition in the middle to come out to this.. Place... The owner.. Ravi himself... Is very friendly... Just talk to him with a bright smile.. Thank u ravi cuisine for the memories...

Its is the cheapest snack corner in india with good quantity and quality and everything u get fresh item everytime u go and now with new delicious rajasthani pakoda n chats
Good variety of snacks, incl samosas, batata vadas, pakodas, jelebees, etc.
But best of all are their stuffed Aloo Parathas, served with a delicious,spicy salsa. - not to be missed.
No seating, just take away stuff.
