This place has a very relaxed kind of atmosphere and the staff is also very supportive and have recommendations along with whole lot of options that is great.
Even though you’d typically assume it’s extremely difficult to find vegan food amidst the mouth watering dessert but it’s super easy to customise your favourite drinks !!

its just not coffee, its a starbucks experience!!! the coffee here is amazing and one can experience the crispness and freshness of the fresh roasted ground coffee in every sip. even a simple cappuccino is way beyond any comparision with CCD. not to be missed is the mocha or cappucino with hazelnut syrup. ask for the cup sizes not mentioned in the menu, its a surprise.

My first Starbucks experience.
This cafe has a gorgeous layout and a relaxed mood which tempts you to come back just for the atmosphere.
I tried their Hazelnut Cocoa Frappuccino while my friend tried their shop specific experiment: A White Mocha thingy which she absolutely loved.
The staff is very polite and helpful: They offered to reheat our beverages and even agreed to change an item we ordered when it turned out to be not according to our liking.
As the stereotype goes, the items are in fact priced high, but they are selling an experience in my view, and I definitely enjoyed mine.
This outlet is my fav hangout for chat, coffee and chill. The ambience and vibe is very positive. Its a warm and delightful place to spend your 'ME' time. Staff is extremely courteous. The aroma of coffee beans as you enter makes your stomach pound. All time favs here is the Hazelnut Latte and Caramel Praline Latte. The best thing is you can create your own drink too. Simply in love with this place!!

I have visited one of the most beautiful cafe of Starbucks which is situated in Santacruz, its full of peace as you enter this place the coffee beans will start dancing on your stomach yes as the smell start covering yourself when you enter Starbucks. A well designed mannerly jar full of coffee beans are been kept , the ambiance is very much good , the staff is very much polite, with quick service, they don't cheat their customers showing the different picture of the items and offering then different the product is the same as they have mentained in the booklet.

I had heard alot about this but tried for the first time and I was fully satisfied starting from the way it is been presented till the taste and texture of it. It had a floating cream at the upper layer and then a hot chocolate at the down part which was getting melt and the taste was super combined. Loved it

A chocolatey texture at the beginning, a chocolatey at the end. A - Z taste, mixture, combination of chocolate it had. The texture was not at all sticky, it was a good one every had and also for the reasonable price

This is one of the finest Starbucks outlets I've been to. The vibe is great. They have the option of both indoor and outdoor seating, like most outlets. The staff is also extremely courteous. I had the mozzarella chicken turnover and it was fabulous. Overall, a perfect place to hangout.
I have never tried fresh food at Starbucks - always thought it would not be very 'fresh'
However, when I tried the Watermelon & Feta Salad at this Starbucks (deviating from my usual Matcha Latte) I was pleasantly surprised! The Salad was fresh & tasty! What a revelation for me - will be trying more stuff more often now at Starbucks now.
Also, like most Starbucks in Mumbai, this one has an outdoor seating too - and is almost always busy, so finding a table is not easy.

Housed on the ground floor of the Red Chillies building in Khar, this Starbucks is the largest one around the area. The place is my perfect place to zone out and relax while participating in some "Me" time. From early morning till late night, this outlet is often frequented by freelancers and professionals alike.
Interiors - Spacious! The outlet has sufficient outdoor as well as indoor seating with hygienic restrooms for both men and women alike. The comfortable sofas, bar type stools as you open the door, and the huge table covering half of the indoor space are what defines this Starbucks' interiors. It also has numerous plug points and free WIFI as long as you sit.
Additionally, unlike many other cafes; who keep pestering you to order items as long as you sit, Starbucks world-wide has rules of not disturbing one.
Service - Starbucks world-wide adopts a self-service system where each customer has to go and physically place the order at the counter. The staff are well-trained and always greet you with a smile. Many even recommend new beverages or items to try to regulars.
Additionally, Starbucks Rewards cards offer numerous offers, including free beverages in your birthday month.
Beverages - My all-time favorite beverage is the Caramel Frappuccino. However, its signature drinks such as the Java Chip and Coffee Frappuccino are also delicious! Hot beverages such as the White Chocolate Mocha, Hot and White Hot Chocolate and Flavored Cappuccinos are also popular.
Starbucks also launches featured beverages every month; most of which are seasonal in flavor.
The biggest highlight for me is they have recently introduced the option of almond milk for their vegan customers at a nominal cost of Rs.25/-. Soy milk and low fat milk are also offered at no cost.
Food - Its rotis and grilled sandwiches are well-liked by me in addition to the mouth-watering chocolate chip cookie. Its red velvet pastry and lemon tea cake is also good.
Breakfast options in addition to proper meals like salads and pastas are also available.
Others - Starbucks by practice often conducts free tasting many evenings of the week. If you are chilling there in the evenings or nights, you are sure to get a free tasting of its popular or upcoming delicacies! Also, several offers at times are promoted where individual servers come and ask you to assist in exchange for free drinks!!
So much and more! This Starbucks amongst all the current 50 outlets in Mumbai will never cease to be my favorite "adda"!! Totally recommend this to one and all!

Wonderful chicken kathi wrap combined with an expresso frappuccino in almond milk. A good start for my day. The filling in the wrap was fresh and juicy unlike what is served at coffee shops these days, i.e. dry and stale. Would love to visit and eat again. 🤩😋

Starbucks! My all time favorite place! The place is usually busy due to its location! You get quick servings from friendly staff and the counter staff here was really good she recommended drinks and also taking up the Starbucks card to collect points for further purchases. She was either way very helpful. The service was pretty quick. The interiors here are really pretty and classy. It's a cool place to hangout with friends ,family or even with a girlfriend's (ps: if you have one😂😛) the coffee of it is damn good I would give full five stars for its coffee.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the suburbs. Spacious and clean this outlet offers a lot of seating options to cater to your group. It's a little louder than you'd want (on a weekend) but it's a fun place too. The wifi is great!
And the service and menu is just as Starbucks promises - great!
It was a Sunday evening with family. We ordered almond cookie, cheese croissant, tiramisu, frappuccinos and sandwiches. We simply loved the food and the frappuccino. Highly recommended. Great place to chillax and friendly vibrant ambience. Always love this place.

This Starbucks outlet is really good as it's a bit more spacious than the others around ..have been there a lot of times...the hazelnut crunch is to die for ...the chicken and mushroom quiche is yummy and so is the pita platter ..my usual Order is the chicken sandwich is is tasty and filling .I also tried the ham and cheese sandwich which was yummy .. covered in dollops of cheese and toasted with ham and chicken...the espresso is very strong ..the java chip frappuccino is one of my favorites..overall a good place to sit ..talk study or work .

One of the finest place with both ac and non ac sections. The non ac section can be a lot noisy due to the traffic outside. I liked the lemon cake and multigrain egg and chicken wrap. I am not a coffee lover but the butterfly pea tasted good. One of the good places to spend time with your friends and loved ones.
This outlet is in one of the prime locations in the suburbs. Starbucks has an Ac as well as non ac section, both being comfortable. Though I agree that the prices are on the higher side, but at Starbucks it’s not just the coffee that your paying for, it’s for the experience.
My favourite coffee here is the standard cold coffee or Cappuccino! Pairing this up with my favourite & creamy red velvet cake, it’s a delightful combination.
There is no valet parking available however you can find a parking spot in the vicinity without too much of a difficulty!

Its a huge outlet,and has both Outdoor and indoor seating.
Getting a table in the indoors is task as its too crowded and the tables are pre occupied as always..the thing one can do is share tabkes with others or keep waiting till any of table gets empty..Luckily we got a smallest table in the corner...
Double Chocolate Chip Frappe-Didnt really like it...was too watery with bits of chocolaye shavings and the base and chocolate sauce drooled over it..pretty okayish

The coffee and snacks are good but not really value for money
I am on this marathon of trying every Starbucks of the town. So here I landed at Starbucks santacruz west. It's a pretty decent place with 2 entries doing justice to it's corner location.
We took a table inside avoiding the noise of it's open area seating.
My order: veg Hawaiian club sandwich, hot chocolate dark and mild and blueberry muffin.
I will call it an okay experience. The place is too noisy to begin with. We all know Starbucks has become another co-working space these days but this is at next level. Too much noise. The food wasn't quite fresh as I expected. The bread of the sandwich was dry. Rest was good.
I don't recommend the dark hot chocolate. They seem to have added extra cocoa powder to make it dark. Could feel the powdered texture in my mouth and throat while swallowing.
So my rating comes to 3.5.
Hoping the next one is better.

Like I've said in my earlier reviews, it is only the coffee (any type) that is very good at Starbucks. It's worth the amount you pay. I had their cappuchino and it was good.

A completely different place as compared to the other Starbucks. The place is huge, with inside and outside seating. The crowd is classy, being santacruz, that's bound to happen. The music is good, very soft music just to feel engaged. This place is a good option if you want to throw a coffee party to your team, there is a table which seats 10 to 12 people. The place is really big, around 10 x size of the Bandra reclamation outlet. The cappacino, croissant and veg pockets were really top-notch. You cannot go wrong with a Starbucks, can you ?

Late Night Tryst. Often we go here for our late night dates and there has been fancy which have always attracted us. This place is large and can sometimes get boisterous. On one of my occasions, we came here around 11.30pm and the place was beaming the people, some scathing through the laptops, some having family meet while a few like us were on a date.
We ordered the regular Cafe Frappe and Ice Tea coupled it with Chilli Cheese Toast and Chapata Paratha. The coffee and the tea are on the similar footing when compared to the various other vendors but what separates this place is the food (also ambience).
Chilli Cheese Toast - what does high level of seasoning and Cheese do together, they create one of the best flavours and make me their fan. The bread is soft and Cheese seasoning is absolutely a fantastic combination.
Chapata Paratha- roti rolled with Panner and onions stuffed with some savoury chutney. The tanginess is apt but the roti requires a bit more cooking however the flavours inside made up for it.
Great ambience. Excellent cold coffee. Will go back to try more. Great place to catch up be it an official meeting or a session with friends!
Heya!Yesterday starbucks was celebrating 100stores across india hence any tall drink at rs100.So i cudnt contain my joy.I got to knw of this offer bcause of a well known blogger at pune @foodiepreneur as he was conducting a live chat at the koreagaon branch in pune.So the min the chat show was done,i sped off to the santacruz branch instead of the bandra1 which is stone’s throw away.I got 4flavours. #GoldenSparkleAffair #DoubleChocChipFrappe #SaffronTruffleMocha #CaramelHazenutChoc.Now the line was quick.In 5 min’s i was done with pick up & leave.Also the drinks weren’t watery.All had amazing flavours.The saffron flavour which is introduced for diwali had a distinct flavour of saffron with slight hint of boondi ladu flavour.The choco chip was dark thick.Taste wise if u love choc u got a winner.The caramel hot choc was awesome.Love their normal hot choc too.So yes i knw today is no 100rs offer but if u like starbucks & want to indulge.Go hit it!In this heat go cool down.Happy Drinking!
We ordered the Java Chip which was very creamy. It's a good drink to start your day with. The best part about this statbucks is that it opens at 7 in the morning. You can start your day early. We'll definitely be trying some other drinks as well.

So have been to this outfit 3x in yhr last few weeks and the disdain I had for the advice to visit has dissipated fairly rapidly. This particular one is buzzing with activity, everyone hopped up and very "awake" on the coffee. I hear Red Chilis is upstaris and that sounds about right. Everyone seemed to have a cold though, the staff may want to check in on that It seemed closest to the coffeeshops from nyc, the local ones before Starbucks was on every corner and started the GRAND BODEGA exit of 1996 from my beloved UES.
But well done starbucks, like the BORGS you seem to have absorbed and assimilated the ghosts of coffee shops. Resistance is futile. Good job guys.

This one Khar is far most the best One I've visited. Very Spacious and huge infrastructure and the most salient one.We grabbed a javachip and a hazelnut for a quick trip.Their service was fast as the staff was on toes all the time.

This place is a great hangout place, to work( if you are okay with noise or have good noise cancelation headphones), read a book etc. it’s very busy most of the times, especially starting afternoon till the evening. It has a great outdoor seating area. The baristas are polite. My drink was little too sweet for my taste so they re did it. The outdoor seating area is great for winter months but can get really hot in the summers.
One of the best and biggest Starbucks in Mumbai. Great coffee, fresh food and the staff is very very efficient . They served my order pretty quickly. Washrooms are well maintained too.

The Staff r so kind and smile to me all time. Specifically, the old guard man, he is superb polite.
My drink is available to serve but i have call so don't hear they call my name. A ordered boy come and lightly tell me that my order done, pls come and take it. 🥰
They have charged points for laptop or mobile phone too, it's really helpful.
Really nice Starbucks in Santacruz West locates on a quiet street. Huge location with lots of shaded outdoor seating. Staff is really nice. The iced coffee with milk is better than in the US and the croissant is way better than in the US.
Seems like they’re often running specials like if you spend xR in a month you get a free drink, signing up for a Starbucks Card for extra rewards, or 150R for a short/tall handcrafted beverage.
My first Starbucks experience.
This cafe has a gorgeous layout and a relaxed mood which tempts you to come back just for the atmosphere.
I tried their Hazelnut Cocoa Frappuccino while my friend tried their shop specific experiment: A White Mocha thingy which she absolutely loved.
The staff is very polite and helpful: They offered to reheat our beverages and even agreed to change an item we ordered when it turned out to be not according to our liking.
As the stereotype goes, the items are in fact priced high, but they are selling an experience in my view, and I definitely enjoyed mine.

I just loveeeee 😍😍😍Starbucks. I have visited this outlet so many times for meetings and it's one of the best place to come. The staff is friendly and cool. The ambience and service of this place is great. Crowd is lovely and I like trying everything from the menu and there was never an experience yet where I didn't like something. Their gift cards and Starbucks hampers are also amazing. Though this place can get a little crowded but if you choose your visit wisely you will be fine. Overall Amazing place.
Excellent point to hang around with your family and friends.a friendly atmosphere with the people and staff. Especially if you wanna see the who's who of Bollywood ( mmm...may be bcse of king Khan's office a flight above)..
