This is one of the best restaurants in borivli east which serves authentic mughlai food. Had ordered murg mussalam and it is very good. Recommend this hotel who wants to have murg mussalam

Visited Suswagat last Friday for farewell lunch of a colleague.
The place is very near to our office, Used to go there quite a lot before i lost my no-tiffin partner. They have outdoor as well as A.C. seating plus a separate A.C. section for families.
Well i was hoping to share a beer or two, But all of them hesitated to drink. So i had one "Screw Driver", One of my favorite drink to have. Had masala papad with that.
In lunch, we had "Veg Chilli Milli" & "Makai Makhanwala". Veg chilli milli is a combination of 2 separate gravies (Green & orange). Both of them are good. I liked the orange one better. "Makai Makhanwala" is on a sweeter side a bit. The combination of this 3 different tastes went very well. Had it with properly made Kulchas.
Still got room, So had "Jeera Rice" & "Dal Fry". One of those places were Dal's quantity is more(Unlike lots of other places - It's a mystery). Taste was awesome.
To sum up, This place has a very comfortable and peaceful environment. Very good food(Not excellent). But compare to other regular restaurants serving north indian food, This place is definitely a better choice.
Indeed an amazing hotel to visit.The food here is indeed delicious -Especially the Kebabs and Starters . It serves both veg and non veg.. Although the service takes a bit time, it is worth the wait . The ambience is Fair while the hospitality is very good.

and 4 for its food

A great place there are 4 sections one is bar out side second underground bar and restaurant third outside seating for fast food and last is bar & family restaurant
Great food specially for vegetarians but only drawback is the service is not quick, it takes long time to get ur ordered food. Otherwise good restaurant to hang out with your friends and family.

Went there couple of times. They have both A.C. and Non A.C. sections and decent ambiance. Service is little bit on the slower side sometimes. Food quality is good. Regular menu, nothing spectacular. Value for money.

Su-swagat is always good & medium range restaurant to order food. All dishes are comparatively good & value for money. We ordered Chicken aftabi & lollypop masala dry was good in taste. I repeat this is medium range restaurant & not to be consider for great delicious taste or a fine dine.

Trying this place on a Sunday night. We got the place easily. The service was super fast. Staff is very helpful. The punjabi food is good out there. The quantity is really satisfying.

Been to Mumbai for a long weekend to meet my college friend and witness the craziness that they call Ganesh Chahthurthy :)
After a very tiring and fun trip to the Rajiv Gandhi national park were desperately searching for a place to eat, and voila our eyes were calmed to find this Su-Swagat Family restaurant... We were so excited to know we get non veg here, because I wanted to taste the Surmai Fry here.
So we ordered Chicken Crispy, Chicken Kolhapuri, Surmai Fry, Tawa Pulav to give peace to our tummy and Fresh lime soda for our thirsty selves.
The food was average, it was not the awesome food, but yes considering the price it was quite good.
The tawa pulav was too spicy, somehow I feel we ordered the wrong combination, because a spicy rice with a spicy gravy makes no sense, it can make you reach out to a bottle of gelusil, but luckily we did not have to strive for any such thing.!!

The service here was good but a bit slow. We ordered chicken hakka noodles and chicken manchurian along with cream of chicken soup. The food was good! This place is a bit expensive as well.
Been here last week for a family dinner. A bit surprised by the pale reviews given prior to mine.
Frankly speaking this is one of the underrated restaurants in Borivali West. Right from the starters to the desserts , I could not find an item which we did not enjoy or was not up to the mark. It's a decent place with good ambience , I advise to choose the basement area as it's more family oriented. In short I would advise to visit this once for a good experience
It's a complete family restaurant located close to highway but it's a good place to dine with family and I had a great experience I took fish fingers it was a finger licking dish and I had chicken. Satay both were stomach filling cannot even heavy on pockets

Place : Located off the Western Express Highway and has parking space available.
Ambiance : The restaurant is cool..The interiors are rich..Not restricted to any particular culture but great. Light music keeps on playing and has a bar on the side..The table arrangements is also one thing i really liked.
Service : The staff is decent. You can expect a bit of sophistication but not soo much..The staff suggested me with variety of dishes to go for...They also took feedback from us regarding a lot of things which give them a positive remark.
Food : I wanted to go for North Indian dishes here..I'll go categorically.
Sabzi - We ordered Paneer Tikka Masala and Paneer Bhurji. Both were in enough quantities and usual presentation. But both of them had their own tastes and blends.
Roti - We ordered Roti ki Tokri which was quite okay. Not everything is what you like..Of the pack i liked Butter Kulcha..
Rice - We ordered a Dal Khichdi and Jeera Rice Dal Tadka combination..Both similar but were different in their own sense. I am a rice lover myself so i personally liked both of them.
Overall : I feel this is really a great family restaurant..For the Non-Drinker families who don't have problems with such alcohol providing restaurant, you should definitely check it out here !
We appreciate the type of food made. The food is scrumptious and the service is too good. We ordered a chicken tandoori that was lip-smacking. The quality and quantity was also very good.however the last thing I would say is su- swagat is the best place for non-veg food
This is an old place in borivalli. Cost effective and very simple. The decor is just about normal. A lot of family crowd comes here. The alcohol is cheap and they do not house the high end stuffs. Their usp on serving alcohol is that they serve a lot of sides along with the drinks. I don' t know whether it is true for all customers or because my friends are regulars there. The starters are good especially the prawn koliwada. The chicken malwani seems to be favourite amongst people although i found it quite watery. The staff needs to be a bit fast. All in all a good experience.
Food is good.... however service is slow....some of the waiters would just stand and keep staring at you which would make you uncomfortable...not a pleasant experience.
Love the food, the deliver is pretty good. Great for authentic middle eastern food. Doesn't change the original recipes too much. The chicken hummus is incredible!!

Its near Tata Steel , Borivali East . It was Sunday and Lunch I had planned with family . Also it has a Bar . We ordered for Non-Veg Food . To my surprise the food was very good . I had ordered Chicken Musallan , Veg Crispy , Rotis and Jeera rice . For a family of 3 , this was a perfect afternoon meal.. It was not only super tasty but equally awesome quantity. Also the ambience in restaurant was very good and service was quick . Over all I will rate this restaurant 4.0 for good quality and quantity . The rates were reasonable as compared to the quantity they served . It's one of the best restaurant in Borivali . One must prefer .

A descent hotel near Old tata steel factory located off the NH8 in Daulat Nagar Borivali east.the food is nice ,but the delivery and service post placing the order is too slow.they need to improve the Service

Being a Non-vegetarian it's very difficult to eat Veg food but here you'd love eating Veg dishes, it's Amazing. You get both Veg and non-vegetarian Food here. There is a bar as well in the restaurant.
Lovely food but the cost of the menu is premium so full your pocket and visit the place . Order can take some time to reach your table as Home delivery preference is more than dine in .
