The biryani here is FINGER LICKING GOOD and their kebabs with green chutney just tastes divine.

This is our regular place specially on days when pockets are not heavy and you need some thing yum to eat.
You can just take away the food home.
Our regular stuff is mutton biryani I love it so much it satisfies not only your stomach but also your heart.
The masala used is also quite good you can just have the rice even without the mutton you will still love it.
Normally the mutton pieces given are good it’s only last weekend when we got we found the mutton pieces were a little hard.
But it happened as a one off I can say since usually the stuff is good out here.

I was on my way to IC colony to my usual hogging places. Was just passing through Eksar and the amazing aroma of Tandoori chicken forced me to ask my Rikshawala to stop there (aye i apologized to him for that). The smell was so good that foodie in me just had to stop there.
There is arrangement of tables in there but it's bit shabby and it is more of a takeaway place.
So we ordered Chicken tandoori. You don't get a full tandoori in here. You either ask for breast or leg piece, costs Rs80/piece. This takes the full chicken tandoori to Rs320. A bit expensive to be honest
Tandoori was well coated with the marinade ad cooked to perfection with the slow cooking. So you need to be patient to get your tandoori as they don't rush with the cooking. Overall taste was nice but it had too much egg wash for my liking.
Then we ordered full chicken biryani. Rs100 for full and Rs80 for half plate.
Trust me the biryani was so heavenly. With every bite i wanted it more and more. Not too oily either and right proportion of rice chicken and masala. I am in love with their biryani.
Don't judge this outlet merely on the appearance. They prepare one of the tastiest biryani in suburb.

You can use this as a dare : try to resist the chicken tandoori when you walk past Noor. You just cannot.
Noor is a small place with not so good ambience but amazing non vegetarian food. It is famous for its tandoori chicken which they roast in front of us (smoking delicious). The Biryani is also good if not the best. The other kebabs and rolls are quite okay. There is no such thing as ambience there (just a few tables with unclean surrounding). Take away parcel is the best option if you want to enjoy the food. The service depends upon the number of customers present there. On sundays, be prepared to wait for 30-45 minutes as it is very crowded. The prices are reasonable.
Its a good option if you want a break from cooking at home (and enjoy the tandoori at home).

Oldest and one of the best places serving non veg Biryani in Borivali. Not only their biryani is awesome but their other dishes esp. the tandoor items are worth and value for money! Definitely worth visiting this place again and again.. :-)
If u think Biryani...Think Noor. A good biryani had always been kind of a myth to me. I had searched long and far for a good biryani from places that claim to have the best biryani to places which pass off pulav as biryani i have had it all. Finally Noor came as a breath of fresh air to me. The ambiance is modest but since most of the orders are take away and bulk it doesn't really matter. The taste of the chicken biryani is simply amazing. The generous quantity of the gravy and the rice simply makes the biryani irresistible. In my many visits here i attempted to order the other dishes on the menu but funnily enough the intoxicating smell of the biryani just calls out to me and i end up ordering the same everytime. But i did manage to grab a tandoori once which turned out to be a mild disappointment. But all in all this place is a must come for all biryani lovers and enthusiasts.

Noor Biryani.... The best biryanis available in the Western Suburbs.
The best time to visit this small outlet is on a Sunday afternoon. Though open 7 days a week, the crowd on Sundays is reason enough to understand the popularity of this small joint. For the hardcore vegetarians this is a downer since the taste of the Vegetable Biryani is not upto the mark but you can't beat them in the Non-Veg section.
A piece of advice for the first timer, it's better to take a parcel and head home to relish the food since there is hardly any proper sitting in the outlet. Also, if not buying by the KG, stick to the largest foil pack available and ask for extra masala in the Biryani which is really spicy. Both the Mutton and the Chicken version have excellent taste and go really well with a chilled glass of beer.
The starters available are not really great but the Biryanis are a must eat!!! Over a period of time, the taste has been consistent and if you are lucky you just might bump into Appa, the proud owner who sits there at the cash counter.
Final Verdict: Forget your manners and dump the fork and spoon. Relish with your hands and mark your Sundays!!!!
was craving for biryani today and zomato reviews took me to this place. birayani was good needed some more spices. kababs were awesome. it is not a hotel or resto, its kind of takeaway centre. food was dam cheap. Must be good option to order for small parties। like someone said above dont dare to sit ther lunch o dinner . he has just arranged few chairs and tables.

I would say if you are in borivali and want to have some good food visit noor .
