Inside Hiranandani complex, this is a great dining place with a lot more outside seating than inside. The service was fairly quick and very nice. Good food right from soup and starters to the main course. Even kids loved it. Slightly higher priced but then it is Powai Hiranandani area, so this is expected. Even on a Saturday night, we got a table without waiting, so very pleased with that.
Visited this restaurant for lunch. Food is very tasty. Chicken Angara Kebab, Gosht Dum Bahar and Chicken Matka Biryani were amazing. Service is fast. Staff is also very courteous. Sahil who attended us is also very polite and service oriented. Overall very good experience.

Utsav Cuisine restaurant is very good Indian restaurant in Powai. We tried cream of chicken, Paneer Methi, khasta roti and dal palak khichadi. The food was tasty but the portions are limited. The location is bit inside but against the taste of the food it doesn't matter.
Will definitely visit again 😋

Had a lovely family outing at Utsav wherein 20 of our family members celebrated my Daughter's birthday in the most comfortable manner. The cuisine is exquisite with a lovely spread of Non Veg and Veg delicacies which will satisfy everyone's tastebuds. Coupled with all this they have got extremely cordial staff who not only ensure safety and hygiene during this pandemic but also serve with a smile and relentless service attitude. Kudos to the entire team of Hotel Utsav. We will definitely frequent this hotel and recommend you and your family to do the same 👍
I just loved the food here ...everything from starters till desert was delicious. Loved the specials. Staff was really quick and responsive..the place isn't that fancy but it's not that bad either. Everything was clean and well organized..can't wait to try other dishes from this place.

Had an ok experience for dinner we have been for.
The manchow soup (was not written in the menu, which I would suggest to add it for the better of the other people) we ordered tasted good.
We went for tandoori veg platter as our starters, where only some of the items tasted good, it basically had collection of different veg items grilled in tandoori masala.Some of the items lacked the bite in the masala they marinated hence being bland in taste.
Masala papad also too lacked the taste that it should have.
The main course and dessert we had, is the reason the resto is getting 4 stars from me because it overcame the deficit.We went for Paneer lababdaar, Panchratna kofta and tandoori roti. The dishes taste very good and was nicely cooked.
Desserts we went in for :Gulab Jamun with ice cream, Litchi with ice cream, both score full marks for the taste. Awesome to say the least.
Apart from the improvements suggested in above comments , would suggest improvement in service speed which is a bit slow to my liking.
Powai has many restaurants but one restaurant which is quite consistent in its preperation is Utsav. No matter what you order food will always taste good here. Located at central Powai, you can easily reach here , has ample car parking, service is good and fast and ambience is cool.
Coming to food, recently we ordered hot n sour soup, roasted masala papad, chicken kebab and Paneer tikka . Everything tasted amazing .
In main course we ordered Murga mirch lasooni our all time favourite dish along with tandoori roti. We also ordered masala khichdi goes well with raita and papad.
We highly recommend this place for delicious and reasonably priced food in Powai.

In main course we ordered lasooni paneer and butter kulcha... Paneer was super smooth and fresh totally liked the quality of paneer amd kulcha was authentic one with proper layers of ideal kulcha...
