We have ordered chicken 65 and naan. It was awesome when we entered the place aroma made me crave my mouth starts watering when the aroma comes. Chicken biryani is also great not very spicy. Go and try this place.

Orlem gets a Good Dine In Restaurant after quite sometime. For people not planning to spend a bomb at the erstwhile Garden Court or drop in at the casual Honky Tonk, AL's turns out to be a great choice for the extensive spread, ambience, decent food and the pricing.
We've been there a couple of times and tried a few dishes but the standout ones have been the Egg Fried Rice and the Fish Chilly and FIsh in Lemon Butter Sauce.
Also in breads, their Naan is very soft and often perfectly cooked. Yet to try their Kebabs and Biryanis.
Good for a decent meal when in Orlem.

Al's Kitchen and Grill is the very good Restaurant at Orlem in Malad West . For Vegetarian People , You should try Dal Shorbha Soup , Veg Fried Rice and Veg Paneer Chilly Gravy . It is very very awesome

Brilliant place that attracts me to visit them frequently. And every time I visit them it makes me order their most delicious egg biryani. From starters to the desserts, everything is worth every penny.
Price - not so costly but not so cheap. Qould love to go there again and again for that biryaaani for sure

I have been to this place 4-5 times and everytime been happy with two quality and taste of food. A little on the oily side just little , however the masala and taste a well balance.

Always ordered home or taken parcels but punctuality is their motto. Always on time amazing food and wonderful staff. The chicken tandoori is always amazing. The best part is I carried the parcel to borivali west during peak hours and ate the food almost after 2 hours, the preparation even without eating tasted fresh as ever. Kudos
This is the newly opened place. Food is worth money with perfect taste and quantity. We ordered chicken tandoori lollipop which was mouth watering, chinese was average in taste. Staff service is very prompt and friendly. Overall the place is worth for fine dine.

The prawns were fresh, well marinated & perfectly cooked... my tastebuds craved for more every time I took a bite!!!
The grilled chicken sandwich was very good, it has a smooth finish to it, felt very pleasant in the mouth, all the flavours were bursting inside my mouth. Great experience! The veg grilled sandwich was also lovely, fresh and aromatic!

Al’s is the latest entrant among Orlem’s eateries and its reputation precedes it. It’s known for good hygiene standards and the food did not disappoint. To get a feel of the place, I ordered in the veg Tawa Pulao and Masala papad. Packing was excellent, the pulao had unique and wholesome flavours. Masala papad was delivered crispy and the salad with it was still fresh. The delivery was faster than the time it took to order! I’m certainly going to order from here again.

Formerly known to all by borivali biryani centre ,Al's kitchen remains upto the mark of the previous franchise. Me and my family were weekly customers of BBC and used to prefer this branch because of only one reason which is white pepper tandoori. It's needless to say that being a weekly customer we had almost tried most of the dishes from the Ala carte. So shifting back to the new name ,I'm happy that the taste hasn't changed irrespective of changing the name or management or the interiors.
Talking about the interiors it's quite great with yellowish light and cushion comfy seats. Coming onto the cuisines or dishes provided ,I tasted 3 dishes initially and would be editing this review after I taste a new dish eventually after visiting more and more.
For the starters one must try the paya soup provided here.
The bone(nalli in hindi) wich is the best part wich I love to eat frm this soup was also good . I prefer this soup over here because of the bone provided over here as it's fresh and healthy to eat. The main purpose of eating the nalli is because inside it or you can say in the bone marrow there is a black material which is rich in proteins and vitamins.
Now for the main course I always prefer white pepper tandoori over here. If anybody wants to eat other dishes from the tandoori section you can go to other branches of BBC but my recommendation would be to have white pepper tandoori over here.
The tandoor was well grilled and with properly added masalas to it which add ons the taste of the dish.
If you visiting a mughlai restro irrespective of any, a non veg lover would always prefer chicken dum biryani first and so did i.
It was delicious in taste with adequate amount provided in a whole or full biryani, which would be sufficient for 2 people to it .

Food - 4/5
Service - 2.5/5 (It was a bit slow irrespective the restro was mostly empty)
Ambience - 3.5/5

Als kitchen is the best place I would choose to eat in the whole of orlem...the butter chicken and kulcha was very tasty..the staff are very friendly and co operative..i would recommend every person to eat here..if u wanna eat some yummy and tasty food in orlem..Als kitchen is the best choice.

The Chicken Hakka Noodles and the Garlic Naan was something we loved the most. The rest of the items were just about good. Only thing that we ordered Cheese Garlic Naan and Grill Chicken but what what we got was Butter Garlic Naan and Tandoori Chicken. No complaints though. Just that you guys need to be a bit more attentive on what the customer is ordering. This being a new restaurant, the food overall was great. I just hope that it stays that way.

Al’s Kitchen and Grill is the newest restaurant in Orlem. Churning out some of the most delicious offerings of Indian food, this is a must visit place in the area. I’d recommend you try their naans with butter chicken. The staff are courteous and the manager was open to feedback that I had brought up. Upon my second visit, I had observed that he had taken the feedback and made the necessary changes.
Overall, you’ll enjoy this place for the ambience and the fantastic Indian food. Looking forward to visiting again!
For me living in Orlem, a nice quaint place with good food is what I look for. Al's fit the bill perfectly. food is good, place is not too noisy and it is perfect to enjoy a quiet meal at the end of the day. The owner is himself present at the counter and makes sure that the service is done right. Makes the whole experience of dining out more personal. Will most definitely come back here often. Great job guys!

The food is amazing.. I tried the chicken platter and the pieces were moist and delicious.. Lovely ambience and and very friendly staff. I also tried the chicken spring roll and it was amazingly tasty.
Its a step up from its predecessor BBC, hence Biryani is a must have. Tandoor is their pride and the Chicken Tikka recommended by the order guy was every bite yummy and justified. Interior is clutter free and adds value to the location. Malad has been home to many great restaurant and it now has a new feather to its cap! I have yet covered Indian and Tandoori, Chinese and Thai are on my todo list. Serves generous qty, owners welcome you, place is spacious and rest is for you to find out!
Love the place, it was not crowded, perhaps a recently opened casual dining place. The Service staff were friendly and liked the presentation of the food, and the ambience which is rare to see in today's crowded food joints. I tried Kebabs and Malvani dishes - Mutton sukka was yummy, very tender and the seafood was fresh. Loved the place and looking forward to order home delivery more often as their menu prices are very reasonable vis-à-vis other restaurants.
AL's Kitchen & Grill have a exhaustive menu and offer different cuisines and their tariffs are very pocket friendly. Tried Biryani, Thai and Juices, loved the food. Looks like a pretty new place, liked the service and ambience, will visit regularly for sure.

I had called them up to check if the restaurant is open and it was in the process of closing but I ordered over the phone and they allowed us to be there and services was very good.

The food was chef's-kiss (especially the Biriyani). I wanted to get my food parceled, so I walked in and sat in the open-air part of the restaurant. Immediately the staff walked up to me and told me to sit in (AC hall) I told him I was good, but he continued to insist & I stood my ground.
After that I noticed the entire service was just pathetically slow-paced, but those who chose to sit in the AC hall were attended to very well.
The food was the only redeeming factor the place had.
