A regular local quarter bar situated at a very prominent location. They allow smoking in the A.C. section which is on 1st floor. Ideal for people who want to have drinks at an economical price and not looking for sophisticated crowd or a very professional service.
Basically it's a local quarter bar. Food taste is OK. Not a place for those looking for a peaceful time.
