An absolute hidden gem! I don't know why this place isn't rated higher. A wonderful space to watch the sun set over Juhu beach. The music adds to the calming experience. You must come here and enjoy the lovely sea breeze with a beer or glass of wine. Chinese starters are served quicker, and taste better. Since we were staying at the hotel, we were also able to avail the breakfast buffet. It was less than stellar. Overall, food isn't worth coming here for, but the ambience.

This is THE place for a peaceful dining experience right on the otherwise crowded Juhu beach. The outdoor sitting opens up to unending views of Juhu beach and the music at the background will transport you to a calm world. Seaside patio is one of those few restaurants in Mumbai that can be visited with friends, family with kids or for a romantic dinner. Food menu is definitely something not unusual but the Indian dishes are really really good. Yellow daal, fish, chicken kebabs, jeera rice are some of the dishes we tried here. The daal unbelievably turned to achieve 5/5. It's a must try, especially if one is a vegetarian. The drinks, especially cocktails are literally refreshing and had the perfect mix of hard and soft beverages.
One of the most excellent thing about Seaside Patio is that they have a tiny gate that opens up to the beach and guests can use that. For a really peaceful meal, drop in to this scenic restaurant. One can even visit during sunset. It remains open throughout.
Only thing the management needs to take care of is the mosquitoes.

I tried Fish Tikka , Malai Kofta , Dal Makhni and a few mocktails. Malai Kofta was the best thing. And of course my drink i.e Juhu Breeze , it was a nice blend of Vodka and orange juice. Surely want to visit again.

Came back to the restaurant for the second time. Absolutely love this place. Inspite of it being a scorching 35°C Mumbai heat, the patio seating was very much breezy and comfy owning to the inhouse air coolers. This is one place where you can have a lazy afternoon lunch hearing the waves on the beach and enjoying the breeze.
Food is slightly on the expensive side but quantity and taste is on point. Had Red Pepper Chicken and Hyderabadi Murg. The meat was tender and spices perfect.

I narrowed down on this hotel of all the options in Juhu & Bandra, for the view. I was very Pleased with the ambiance of the restaurant. The staff are extremely polite, courteous & offered great suggestions for both food and drinks. I can’t wait to go back.
It is one of my favourite places in mumbai. The ambience is just perfect. The sea Side seating on juhu beach takes you back in time as if you're sitting in goa. It is an underrated place which is not so popular ( Acc to me ). From chilling scenes to heart to heart conversations or birthday party, this place is a must yes for small gatherings or groups. The place is small though cannot afford large groups. Their food is nice specially the snacks and yes they do serve alcohol on the beach. I'll highly recommend this place if you're bored from the loud pubs and restaurants.
A fancy place to spend the evening with your family/friends. I opted to visit the place on New Year's Eve with my friends. The fact that the restaurant gives you a seaside view with it's classic interiors is alluring! The food was extremely flavoursome. Do try their 'citizen sunrise special' , 'virgin mojito' (mocktails) and 'planters punch' (cocktail). The place definitely escalates your mood with it's fantastic view, food and collection of music! Do visit it.
This place is simple and location is too good. Bang off the beach and I think it's the closest to sand in entire juhu. Was here on a windy rainy afternoon and ended up staying back till twilight. Staff is good and courteous. Drinks are nominally priced but food is overpriced for sure. Eager to revisit to enjoy the location and ambience soon. A good date setup and some quiet me time place too.

This place is one of the most amazing places but surely underrated. If you want to watch the sunset and enjoy the chilled cold coffee along with cheese garlic toast.. head here .
I personally make it a point to watch the last sunset of the year every year at this sea side restaurant . It’s simply beautiful to watch the activities at the beach and you can even walk up to the beach and come back .
We tried their chicken cheesy tikka for the first time and it was simply delicious. Their service is slightly slow but these are one of those kind of places where you would just want to unwind yourself and sit back with beer . It’s the Goa feeling in Juhu. Enjoy

Very good place to have breakfast and witness the sea without being annoyed by the crowds on the beach. Food is typical indian and very nominally charged. The service is great. You can even walk down to the sea from the outdoor dining area.
Great for quiet dinner and some deep conversations. The music is mellow which does not disturb your talks, during high-tide one can easily hear the songs of the waves and feel the breeze on the night.
Good place. It has the perfect sea view. It's fun there during high tide nights. The place is hidden so you won't find so many people there. I would recommend it for a nice evening with your loved ones. Try booking a table before you go there. 5-6 tables have the best view of the sea so get them in advance.
Great location, Great Food, Friendly Staff, Economically Priced, contact Bhargav at the hotel for great personalised service. We had starters, soup, mail dish included fried rice, chefs special prawns and chicken, bhuna gosh, Tava Kheema, Multani Mushroom, chicken cheesy kebab, veg cheesy spring rolls, dal fry, mira tikka kali mirch, subzi dewane handi, subzi lajawab. The gulag Jamuns and Kesar Phirni was also great.

Tried this restaurant after years. It truly is a seaside spot and the sea breeze blows in while you sit there. You don't want to leave.
The staff is very attentive and willing to tweak the food.
I tried a pasta and cold coffee. Both were great.
Unlike many places, the pasta was not drowning in molten cheese and chilli flakes.
I think I will be back on several weekends.

It is one of the hidden gems in Juhu area. I had been there on a Friday evening to experience the sunset and it was speechless the seaside view just completed the evening. We wanted to have peach ice tea but they had only lemon ice tea so we had no option, they took almost 45 minutes to get it. But we barely cared because we were too busy enjoying the beauty. Its a must visit place for the location specially.
This is an almost unknown place but the most amazing location. Bang on the beach with no frills of a 5 star. A cozy n friendly place. Went there alone for an afternoon drink. Just mesmerising location. Excellent service and fabulous food... Seekh kebab was awesome. Just perfectly flavoured

So here's my story, i had gone for dinner with my some close friends, we ordered starters (mutton seekh with paneer) it was so delicious n yummy. Then we ordered (Mutton nawabi biryani & Chicken hyderabadi dum biryani ) the quality of the rice very good, size of boneless mutton n chicken n pieces very good, quantity per biryani good for 2 people and last but not the least Dahi ka raita was tasty too.
So dont just read guys, make your body move n go to this wonderful place n experience the taste by tour self.

Seaside Patio is a part of Citizen Hotel which is right opposite to the Juhu beach giving you a view of one of the wonderful part of Mumbai.
Craving for seafood we made a choice for most of the things Prawns on our day here. Ordered for Prawn Koliwada, Prawn Tandoori & Chilly Garlic Potato in starters and Butter Naan to accompany them with Chicken Pot Rice in the main course. In drinks, we ordered for a kiwi flavoured Mojito.
Prawn Koliwada was a perfect choice to start our dinner with. Spicy batter coated fried prawns were delicious and a must have. Prawn Tandoori again a divine spicy prawn dish but this time with dry masala served with onion salad. Chilly Garlic Potato was not a unique dish I would say as you might get these fried potatoes in any kind of Chinese food corner. Butter Naan was soft with the perfect balance of garlic topped on it. Chicken Pot Rice was cooked with flavorful of masala poured on a hot steam rice. You will surely drool on it till the last bite of it :)
Service is little slow but the friendly staff knows how to tackle this too.

Super cool place. Damn view, food, service, cocktails..you ask and get it. Right on the juhu beach just has no match with a beach view. Must try "aloo ki tokri" and Mojito. Good place to hangout at reasonable dent to your wallet.
The location is ideal for a chill out with friends or family.. ideal to spend some relaxed moments with a bear and some light snacks.
The food needs immense improvement.

Only place in Bombay which can give sea side/river side European famed restaurants a run for their money. Unmatched Juhu sea shore view with elevated seating arrangements for couples and family alike. Ambience is very warm and and lighting arrangement at night mks you forget you are in Bombay. Food is good too and tea is very refreshing and strong. Perfect place for friends and couples to unwind after hard days work and family for get together....If you haven't been to this place, you haven't been to European side of Bombay !!!

This place not only has a gorgeous view but also some delicious food items on it's menu. The multani mushroom , fish fingers and chilly fish are to die for. I have been to this place many times and never once been disappointed with the food taste and hence , it has me going back there again and again. The multani mushrooms are beautifully baked with cheese and herbs oozing out of it , just beautiful. The fish fingers , perfectly crisped on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside makes you just want more. The chilly fish , my favourite starter there was a perfect blend of spices and seasoned so beautifully , that it just melted in my mouth. This place is an absolute favourite when it comes to starters. To add to the whole experience , enjoy the scrumptious food with the stunning beach view , nice breezy air and a beautiful view of the clear sky. What else could you possibly ask for.

Dinner with a view. No matter what you order here, the sound of the sea will make it all worth while. Especially for a non-mumbaikar, this place gets plus points just for the beach view. Ordered drinks and couple of starters and platters, finishing which we headed straight to the beach! The night seemed to have just begun.

Born and brought up in Juhu, I always found the beach crowded. I never found a spot where I could sit quietly with myself or a couple of friends and enjoy a coffee or a beer, until I had the bright idea of visiting The Citizen Hotel.
The food was great, the service was great, the beverages were great...but it was the view that was to die for. One can enjoy the sunset at Juhu beach, the most crowded beach in Mumbai, minus the crowd and chaos.
It was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed...!! :)

Good experience... Food is somewhat slow to come but tasty. Location is amazing and prices are reasonable wrt location. Try Amritsari tikka fish and keema. Decent service too! Worth visiting again.
Perfect ambience for a scrumptious morning breakfast. Staff is warm and friendly. Breakfast menu is not elaborate like the 5 star hotels but right for the price they charge. It is served fresh and hot!

We ordered a jaljeera and a strawberry virgin margarita. The jaljeera was good but didn't quite like the margarita "shot" that we got.
After that we ordered a special murgh and fish wrapped chicken. The serving size was quite good and the food was also great.
We were too full and straight away went onto the dessert - triple sunday which was excellent although some roasted almonds or cashews added to it would have made it even better!
The crowd was decent.
My only complaint is that we had to ask wayy to many times to be served water! And in this heat, would have been grateful for some as soon as we got in.

Visited this place on a dry day that is yesterday and WOWWW!!! What a beautiful place. Love the location! Very few restaurants in Mumbai are sea facing and this is one of them! Their food is just brilliant. You could order for whatever you want because the ambiance is going to make your experience a HIT anyway! But do try their Chicken Russian Salad with a drink. Its delicious! I still can't get over the taste. Yummm!!! :)

Sea side patio is an beach side restaurant situated inside the citizen hotel. It is situated on the Juhu beach. The location of the restaurant is big plus. Recommend to visit during evenings. Suggest to call and reserve a table for next view. Best sunset can be viewed from the dinner table. They have private parking and even valet parking . Just tell the security guard that you visiting this place. Note- take a turn before the BEST DEPOT.
