This place is a good fast food joint closed just like a dhaba . but the thing is the cleanliness it could be better . it is bit unhygienic place to visit . But the fast food they serve is always hot and fresh and you can definitely try it out .
The best part about this place is the quality and taste of the food. A good place for fast food. Service and ambience goes in average list or beyond due to uncleaniness. The place is located near Western express Highway.
Siddhivinayak
Location: Kalanagar near Mhada office
This place is known for authentic Marathi breakfast and yummiest snacks of Maharashtrian. Located in Kalanagar near Mhada office and place is full always. I have born and brought up in Mumbai with Marathi people and love each their cuisine. Be it breakfast, lunch or snacks. You should try this place.
You will get Usal Pav, Misal Pav, Poham Sabudana Khichadi/ Wada, Wada pav, etc.
Since it is Shravan month, we order food which is usually had while fasting
We order following to satisfy our fast.
ThaliPeeth
Sabudana Vada
Lassi
Piyush
Siddhivinayak serves best ThaliPeeth and must have. It is crispy and served with chutney
Sabudana vada is a traditional deep-fried snack from Maharashtra, India. It is often served with green chutney and is best eaten fresh. Sabudana vada is the best option to have when fasting. Therefore, this filling and a nutritious snack are served usually during religious festivals and during fast. Sabudana vadas are crunchy outside and soft inside. Must have here and enjoy its crispiness
Lassi all know but you should try Piyush. Piyush is a liquid version of Shrikhand but must try here.

This is an awesome joint in Bandra East.If you want traditional Maharashtrian fare ..then this is the place to go..the Zhunka and bhakri are one of my favourite dishes. The bhakri is ohhhh so sofftt and the Zhunka is charmingly spicy. And ofcourse the omnipresent Mumbai cha Vada pav is a must try..
On a recent trip to Bombay, Ullu was craving for some yummy misal pav and this one hit the right note. Had it with some ambyacha panha. Whatte combination while the weather god plays so cool 😉
A simple restaurant with great food taste. Loved the kanda bhajji with great tea. The place is opposite mig club. Also the misal was simply awesome. They also have variety of maharashtrin food items.
Places serving AUTHENTIC Maharashtrian cuisines are very rare to find. This is one of them & I'm glad to have found it. We ordered a whole bunch of food items as we were damn hungry. And practically everything here was crafted to perfection. Accurate taste, lightning fast service, decent ambience, a hygienic place of preparation and last but not the least - excellent quality raw materials used for cooking are some of the salient features of this place. I didn't get even a slightest acidicity after having so many fried items!
Here's the breakdown of my review:
1. Aluwadi (5/5 - good big sized pieces and sumptuous quantity).
2. Upwas Thalipith (5/5 - perfect combination of hard n spongy at the same time and easy to break. Doesn't get crushed in to powder on breaking).
3. Amboli chatni (5/5 - super spongy n tastes delicious with the dry red chatni).
4. Kothimbir wadi (5/5 - again, good big sized pieces that were crunchy from outside and soft n spongy from within).
5. Lavang Latika (4/5 - It's a dessert available in their display counter which we ordered out of curiosity on the table. It was nice).
6. Piyush (5/5 - How can one not try a Piyush after going to a Maharashtrian restaurant? Very rich in quality.)
7. Special Tea (5/5 - With the richness of milk in it, it was a delight to try again the next time).
8. Mawa cake (4/5 - a good dessert).
Free tip: Ask for the dry red chutney. It tastes amazing with most of the snack items. And you get it at no extra cost! The coconut one is also good but the red one gives a Marathi 'Zanzanit Zanka'.
Simple place with limited breakfast and fasting items... The food is tasty and simple... I like going here... The service is also super quick
Wanted to do some time pass for 30 minutes . So dropped into this Bandra East restaurant. It's simple sitting . What most attracted me was menu of fasting /फ़राली/उपवास food. I decided to experiment with two unheard ( to me) fasting food item. फ़राली सेवपुरी & फ़राली pizza. It ws worth a experiment as it tasted good . Even though pizza did not hv pizza flavour but sev Puri tasted like real
Simple non fussy place with a limited menu of offering Maharashtrian snacks n few food items.. the Misal is very good.. I have also tried a few of their rice items such as methkut rice... very nice...
Very nice Maharashtriyan food
Pls visit that place again and again.misal pav,Kanda bhaki, amboli, piyush, batata vada, shabu Dana vada, masale bhat etc likes every time.
Great place for local food. Tried a variety of dishes. All were well cooked. Puran palli was awesome. Service is quick and the restaurant is light on pocket.
Taste is too good...must try usal with puri....also try misal pav....pedhe (sweet cakes) also yummy...batata wada also good...thalipeeth ok ok...
We went here for meet-up. Good for meetings,
It's not accessible , does not have Ramp for disabled ones.
Was room available and clean. It's on another floor and need to go up with about 10 steps.
Food is great option with Maharashtrian food is very gooe
Good place for Maharastrian Food, has variety. But needs to improve waiter quality, service and many things are out of stock.
Our goto place always. Every time we went to this place we have landed eating so much of food. Though there are lot of items on the menu but Maharashtrians specialities are the taste of the place. Try Kothambir wadi, bhakri , jhunka , modak and puranpoli. Well if you are a fan of Maharashtra food then you can’t miss this place 🤩
One of the best places to have Maharashtrian breakfast. We had ordered Kothimbir Vadi, thalipeeth, Batata Vada, Vada Usal and Chai. Taste is very delicious. The only concern is you have to go and place your order at the counter. The ambience is good and the interior is very creative. Overall an amazing experience 👍

Must visit for enjoying maharashtrian dishes. I love the Kothimbir (Coriander) wadi and also Vada paav. It is too good. Ambience is great. Food taste so so so good. Service is good only you have order by going to counter. Order arrive at your table. Washroom is available on 1st floor. Seating arrangement is also good.
I tried Maharashtrian food here for the first time with my friends and it was really a great experience. We tried a lot of different dishes here, out of them I liked the misalpaanu and the thali peeth the most.
Brings back me to home. Ohh so delictable yummilicious mouth licking authentic food. I am fan of this place since more than a decade. I use to dine regularly here when I use to work at BKC but still always make it a point to stop by whenever I am around here. Must visit again and again. Yes lot many changes now as there is shortage of man power and hence u have to place your order at the counter and then it wl be served to u at the table and the service is quite slower now as lack of staffing. Yet the experience of having such good food is all worth it. Kothimbir Wadi, Upvas cutlet, Zunka Bhakar, Dal khichdi, their filter coffee.. I think I can go on typing their menu here. So so yummy! Recommend this place for multiple visit. ThanQ for this kind of authentic food.
