To begin with, the store has an amazing ambience. The interior of the store and the collection are very detailed. All the dresses are special and had distinctive feature to compliment different types of bride on their big day. Each and every dress is made with a lot of effort and thoughtfulness. That's what makes them special. Also, the staff is very helpful and considerate. On my first visit, I had a rough idea of my wedding dress, and the consultant, Satyakiji, helped me to find my perfect wedding dress. The dress was not in my size, so he ensured that the dress was not altered but rather made to my fit. He made sure that my dress was delivered on time. When we went to collect the dress, he also guided me on several styles for draping the dupatta. I am very satisfied with the dress and the service. I felt very comfortable on my wedding day. I am so glad that I finalized my wedding dress from Anitaji's collection.
Anita Dongre clothes are so unique and look so gorgeous. Even though I was not able to go to the store in person, Nishali was a huge help in shopping for wedding clothes and jewelry! She always provided the best customer service ever and went above and beyond for us! So grateful she helped us match jewelry with the clothes and she's a talented stylist; she knows what looks good on you and she's very good about fitting too. Highly recommend Nishali if you go to the Anita Dongre store! She made the wedding shopping experience so much better.

I went to India for my wedding shopping last year in September and visited Anita Dongre store – Khar location with my family. Walking in the store for the first time, I had no idea I would end up being an Anita Dongre bride. On our first visit, we spent hours and hours at the store. It’s so easy to spend your day at Anita Dongre store when they have so many amazing and unique designs and outfits. Nishali, a member of the Anita Dongre team, helped us with our wedding shopping. In fact, she found me my dream bridal lehenga and I’ll forever be grateful to her for that! Nishali helped us find outfits for me and my family, in store and through virtual shopping. She helped my buy matching jewelry to go with my bridal outfit and so many other outfits for me and my sisters. Nishali made the whole shopping experience at Anita Dongre super smooth. She’s very experienced, listens to her customers and helps them find what they’re looking for. She’s reliable and has a great eye for what will look good on her customers. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Anita Dongre store, and I recommend the designer and Nishali to everyone. Definitely checkout the Khar location if you’re in Mumbai.

I had the absolute best experience with Anita Dongre Mumbai and the team, especially Reni. I stumbled upon them while bridal shopping and actually didn't love any outfits the first go round but she continued to follow up via whatsapp. I ended up finding an outfit in Delhi at the AD store that wasn't available in Mumbai but found Reni's service far superior and placed my order once I was back in the US with her because of her service and since Mumbai was my base. She saw that another associates measurements were wrong and took the time to virtually take mine so my blouse would be perfect. She went back and forth multiple times through many months and kept me updated to make the perfect blouse and had everything ready ahead of scheduled as promised for my trial. She went above and beyond and is the reason my bridal experience has been phenomenal and my Anita Dongre experience has been exceedingly wonderful. The piece itself is also a dream. Priyanka ma'am was also wonderful in helping pair jewelry and being informative. I cannot wait to wear my dream outfit. If you want a a luxurious bridal experience, that is informative yet not pushy but helpful, go here. They make you feel welcome and taken care of. Thank you to the AD team but especially Reni.
I liked the idea they gave of wearing family colours outfit . My family was looking fabulous on my wedding and also in mehendi . More than that I have a good memory of my family by seeing them in Anita Dongre ‘s couture .
