Have dined here before. The food is great. The flavours are outstanding. Generally opted for everything from the Himalayan menu. The momos are good too. The sauce with the momos is really great. Though very spicy. The Thukpa, Thenthuk, Ashti Dasti and everything else was good. Will order again for sure. The quantity is really good too. Especially for the Thukpa, Thenthuk and Gyathuk. Great value for money. Anyone who likes Tibetan and Northeastern food, this place is good.
Dumpling khang has the BEST most authentic momos I've had in a long time. The momo outer covering is delicate and flavourful, and then you have the stuffing which is just PERFECTION. Most dumpling places have either very thick covering or are not properly steamed & the good stuff can be ridiculously expensive. Dumpling Khang is just the best value for money and if you want to try fresh, tasty, grannys-touch, from-my-tibetan-home kind of food - this is it! Doesn't get better than this. So far I've ordered the chicken steamed, fried, chicken and cheese and even the mushroom, they were all great. Today I tried the thukpa and 😍😍😍 !!! * BURP *
This is one of the few delivery joints that serve really good momos, which is a big compliment coming from the Kolkata and Delhi momos i like.

Previously at the Carter road belt, which used to fasten the delivery to Pali and surrounding areas, is now it takes around 50 minutes to reach from their SantaCruz kitchen.

Mushroom Momos were generously stuffed with a earthy mushroom filling not overpowered with any unnecessary flavouring. The vegetable kothey were delicately pan fried but not greasy. The stuffing although tasty had only cabbage, wish they added more vegetables. Chicken Momos were plump, flavourful but a bit dry. The star of our meal was Datshi with rice, a Bhutanese curry loaded with cheese. It came close to the authentic dashti we have had in the hills, creamy but with a sharp flavour of cheese and chilli. Had they added other Vegetables along with the solitary mushrooms, it would have been even better.

Today after I had visited Dumpling Khang at vakola with my friends. We visited this place for the first time but the Chinese food served was very tasty.We had some good chicken fried rice, chilly chicken, chicken burnt garlic rice, manchuran gravy, chicken Lollypop, chicken crispy.
The also gave us complimentary chocolate mousse.
As per my experience the best restaurant in Vakola.

Must try Amchi Mumbai Momo... Steam and pan fried both the varieties have value for money... Small food restaurant near Vakola Masjid... Do try there momo sause, authentic north east taste with perfect blend of spice and do go well with Momo..
The momos here are a must have. Amchi chicken momos were outstanding. The red chutney was spectacular. I've never had such perfect momo chutney anywhere. Chicken burnt garlic rice was good. The rice was well cooked, the chicken was tender and the dish had perfect garlicky flavour. Chicken manchurian gravy was hot and spicy just the way I like it. The chicken in the gravy was well cooked and juicy. I absolutely enjoyed the food at dumpling khang. It's the place one would want to visit again and again.

They have the best steamed chicken cheese momos I have ever had!! But the sauce is wayyyyy too spicy!! Awesome must have momos!

We ordered a full plate of steamed veg momos along with half a plate of amchi chicken momos which is basically chicken momos cooked in schezwan sauce and steamed chicken momos. Their half-plate serves 6 pieces and full plate 12.

Dumpling khang, Vakola is a nice place to go for himalayan style food. The momos here are amazing. Specially the momo chutney they serve is really good and authentic. The taipo is another stand out dish here and the chowmein they serve here too is really nice. Service is slow ambience is decent but it is still worth it. Food is reasonably priced. I wouldn't recommend having buff here it isn't good.

It's pretty decent. They serve chinese and dumplings. It's a small place with 3-4 tables so you have to wait for a long time. So i rather prefer ordering online. We tried the amchi momos and steamed momos. Steamed momos are very small but tasty. Amchi momos were decent to try but i did not like it. It was a bit expensive. They were giving out the old menu so the prices have hiked up.
While heading back from airport to Navi Mumbai, this place is your hunger saviour for all Chinese lovers late nights. We pre ordered egg fried rice and chicken dumpling. However, the order was ready within 10 minutes of placing the order. Both the dishes were extremely good with fresh minced chicken stuffed in dumplings. Even the fried rice was not oily which perfectly suits my taste. The only let down was this place doesnt serve spoons while eating on the move. However, on special request they provided me the same.

Location of place is at Kalina in santacruz , quite cozy location but it was a merriment when it came to food .Paid a visit at this outlet for first time when noticed a documentary of ‘Dumpling khang’ on ‘Curly Tales’ which was quite inspiring and interesting.
There are quite different types of offers on food whole week which are pocket friendly with unlimited food . Cuisine is totally new in market (Himalayan-Tibetian-Thai-Chinese) .All food we had was made with fresh ingredients and homemade sauce .
We ordered ‘Amchi’ chicken dimsum (which is one of the speciality ) ,classic chicken dimsum, fried chicken and cheese momo, panfried chicken pancake ‘ Sha phaley’ (again a speciality ) , Devils chicken , chicken in oyster sauce , chicken thupka soup (speciality) and chicken chow men !
But above all I would definitely recommend ‘keto’ Chicken momo which was outstanding , simple preparation but introduced with creative mind of owner /chef .

The usual choice of dumplings are the panfried, the crispy and the steamed chicken dumplings.
This is a place that I've eaten at over 10-20 times and I just can't have enough of it. Also I'd highly recommend their clear chicken soup. It's healthy and super delicious!!
The place is a not much visible from the road or if you are in a vehicle but it's a must visit a very calm silent restaurant . The service is a bit slow but amazing food quality and good portions. I have been there a couple of times and each time have tried something new be it their momos or their main course and never have had disappointment in the taste or quality.
Had ordered for office lunch from this place. Except for their packing, everything about the food was awesome. The dumplings, the noodles, YUM YUM YUM!

Excellent place for momo lovers. We ordered veg steamed momos and veg kothey momos. Both the types were absolutely yummy, filled with nice crunchy veggies and shaped quite nicely. The dipping sauce was also one of the better ones I've had in Mumbai. Will definitely order again from this place!

This place has the best momos in vakola. If you're looking for some quality momos, this place is a must. The place is clean, the staff is good and orders are served quickly. However i dont know if the same can be said about their chicken lollipops, the lolllipops which i ordered were very deeply fried and tasteless. I definitely would recommend momos from this place.

I was walking down the street looking for Indian Chinese. I walked by this and thought that I should try it. The ambience is quaint with 5 tables outside. It was quite busy from getting online orders. I tried their chicken thukpa which was fresh and healthy to eat. Their assorted momos consisted of steamed, pan fried and fried. It was nice. They could have more options for the sauces. The best part is that they have goli soda which reminded me about my childhood. You don’t get nowadays. They had fried rice and noodles but did not try them.
The momos were really delicious and the presentation was good and impressive, it was happening place to hangout with friends and the prices were affordable, I’ll surely recommend it

It's the best Asian Good Place I've been in a while. Ambience is on point, the decor everything matches. People are very polite and friendly. They serve all types of foods, so if you want to grab a snack or fulfill your appetite they've got you covered. Will keep on visiting until I've tried everything on the menu.
This place is incredible! Small yet cosy and reminds you of the mountains. The ceiling is covered with prayer flags and will transport and the aromas will transport you to the Himalayan food outlets.
