Nice place for authentic south indian food. Lunch Thali is at Rs 120/-. Quantity is ok for 1 person. Sambar and Dal is served extra free of charge. Other refills in the plate are chargeable. Clean & Hygienic eatery. Due to shortage of staff at times you will have to opt for self service. Must try Beet root halwa and Filter coffee. You need to first take coupon. Recommend for a quick breakfast/filter coffee/ lunch.

Best lunch in Mumbai. Small local veg only restaurant. Great value for a busy touristy neighborhood. Just say lunch and they bring this fantastic dish for 99 rupees. Service is great. They refill your soups many times. Couldn’t recommend enough!!

One more very good hotel in fort. But only udupi cuisine - idli meduwada dosa uttappa - but no sandwitch no pavbhaji - lunch is udupi style. Sambar and chutney are good.

Excellent South Indian food. Loved Idli, Sambar, Chatni, Beet Halwa. Polite and good service. Supports UPI payments. Does not have air conditioner as of 24th June, 2022. One of the best South Indian food :)

Typical south indian lunch home with an awesome menu (fixed but delicious). The fort is one of the busiest street in Mumbai during the day and this is one of the good place to have your meal at affordable price it is value for money. The place is busy but kept clean during the meal hours.

Simple tasty hygienic south Indian varieties at reasonable rates. Set Dosas served with hot veg curry is my favorite dish. It's affiliated to Poornima on tamarind lane.

A decent South Indian vegetarian restaurant in its own right. Known for its special dishes like biscuit ambade and other typical South Indian snacks not generally available elsewhere in Mumbai. Serves a decent lunch too, with three vegetables, chapattis, rice, and unlimited rasam, sambar and chutney. Located off P.M. Road, a bit difficult to access because of the ongoing metro work. That though is not a deterrent to the hungry office goers in the area.
