Jantar Mantar is a hidden gem near Carter Road, serving mughlai and north Indian food, we ordered the chicken Tikka Khada Masala for the carnivores and paneer Tikka Khada masala for the vegetarians and the huge butter naans which they serve with it. The owner of place is very generous and suggested us his best dishes and the food was quite delicious, we also ordered butter chicken biryani and a mushroom slider with it. Slider was stuffed with adequate mushroom gravy and it was sumptuous. A must when you are in Bandra or around Carter Road.
The best staff with the best service. I usually have a Mutton Bhuna Naan turnover which is filling for one person completely. Must visit here if you're around Carter road/ Rizvi complex in Bandra.

Great food. Seriously amazing food. Quality of the food and the quantity is just perfect, well cooked and fresh. If you are a North Indian food fan with some modern twist then this place is a must visit.
Well we ordered Dum aloo and Butter roti. Both were delicious. The quantity was quite enough for two people. It's a small cute place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They have zomato gold and dine out pay. Overall it was great experience.
We had a great experience . The food was amazing we ordered chicken tikka khada masala and it was lip smacking not to forget the butter garlic naan which was so buttery and garlicky and super fresh . Then we followed it with chicken tikka masala biryani which was great and the garlic raita accompanying it was outstanding . Every dish was freshly made and the chicken was very succulent and well done. The staff was very friendly and warm . The owner himself was very warm and friendly . The stuffed butter chicken naan here is to die for. Can’t praise it enough it is sooo good. Its my favourite place to visit when I’m craving for some butter chicken! One must surely give this one a try!

The place offers different varieties of dishes.The Murg Badami Shorba was an awesome start to the meal followed by Chicken Tikka Lahori,Murg Kalimiri Kebabs and Shammi Kebabs.All the appetizers were upto the mark and fared above expectations.
In the Main Course, the Chicken Tikka Khada Masala was our choice and it was worth the hype.

Visit this quaint little place along with a friend. The ambience was simple and unpretentious. And most importantly the food was to die for.We began our meal with badami murgh shorba. The shorba was mildly spiced, creamy and refreshing.It set the tone for the rest of the meal.For appetizers we ordered lahori chicken Tikka, nimbu chicken and shammi kabab.The shammi kabab were succulent and just melted in our mouths like butter.But Lahori chicken Tikka was the best of all. It was spicy and tangy. For mains we ordered chicken Tikka khada masala with herbed rotis (on the manager Kumar's recommendation) and chicken dum biryani. The biryani was one of the best I ever had and the khada masala was worth the try. They had three options in desserts namely gulab Jamun, dudhi halwa and gajar halwa. But we were too full for it.Will surely try it next time. All in all a great experience. Hoping to visit again soon at the earliest opportunity.

Was here today for lunch and I enjoyed my meal to the fullest.
It took around 20-25 minutes for the food to reach our table, but it was worth the wait.

Jantar mantar in Bandra is my favourite place. I often go here for their naan turnovers. It is amazing. I tried their paneer Makkhanwala nanturnover crammed up with MAKKHAN inside is delicious. I have also tried their chiken biryani which is just amazing. Overall an ideal place for delicious north indian food.
A small but nice restuarant situated in Bandra. Good food with great offers available on Zomato gold. The starters were really good and also their drinks. A good place to hang out for snacks or dinner and even lunch. The service was good and the quantity of the food is huge.

Jantar Mantar has been around since years and has been know for their lip smacking take away food available at late hours. With their newest outlet now open at Carter road they’ve entered into the dine in category as well. The owner of this place assured us that all their ingredients are of top quality.
We walked in and were amazed by their simplistic yet unique interior. Tiffins (Dabbas) hanging by the ceiling with lights inside them really gives the place its character. With some suggestions by our servers we were all set with our order.
Chicken Tikka Kebab-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Kebabs were served with a really delicious mint and yogurt chutney. The Chicken pieces were just so tender and perfectly marinated. A bit lemony which balances out the spice. We definitely recommend this!
Afghani Mushroom Tikka-⭐️⭐️⭐️- These are Mushroom stuffed with cheese and marinated in a yellow marinade. This could have been better and we suggest you go for the paneer tikka if you’re looking for a vegetarian option.
Chicken Tawa Baghdadi Naan Turnover-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Now this is the dish you’ll be raving about to your friends once you try it! Cheesy naan stuffed with a generous portion of the chicken tawa. The chicken was absolutely mind blowing. THIS IS A MUST TRY!
Chicken Bhuna Naan Turnover-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- We can vouch for it that all these naan turnovers are amazing! This one is a bit spicier than the baghdadi one.
Butter Chicken-⭐️⭐️- Unfortunately, this isn’t our kind of a butter chicken. Our server did mention that it’ll be sweet but still we wanted to try it out since it is their famous dish. Yes it was overly sweet and we suggest you get this only if you like your butter chicken super sweet.
Chicken Tikka Biryani-⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- As soon as this was served on our plates we knew this was going to be amazing just by it’s aroma. The tikka masala has a bit of spice to it and that’s what makes the biryani so special!
Overall, we had a lovely meal here and we recommend everyone to dine in and enjoy your food hot and fresh. We’re definitely visiting again for the naan turnover and the biryani!
I visited this outlet with my friend and was very happy with the food and the service. This place is a bit small with only a few tables around but their food is quite good.
1) Paneer Pahadi tikka - a paneer starter worth trying for sure. Tender cubes of paneer cooked in great masala and served with some green chutney.
2) Tandoori chicken lahori - They have several option for tandoori chicken, we went for lahori . The taste was nice and the chicken was very delicious.
3) Tawa chicken baghdadi Naan turnover - Naan turnovers is a unique kind of a starter that Jantar Mantar has come up with. Naan is filled with some very delicious stuffings. I totally loved the Tawa chocken baghdadi. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
4) Dudhi ka halwa - You dont get to see this dessert in menu quite often. I liked this dessert, simple and delicious.

Jantar Mantar is a great place located near Rizvi College in Carter Road, Bandra. The place is small yet cozy and the place is well maintained. The service was quick and friendly.
We had :
🔸Masala Chaas : Since it was a bit hot during the time we had the chaas to quench our thirst, the chaas was well made, although the taste of masala was lacking which made it feel like a normal chaas.
🔸Tawa Chicken Bagdadi : It was a Naan Turnover and was filled with tender spicy chicken served with chutney. It was garnished with onion on top and the quantity of it was pretty good.
🔸Lahori Tandoori Chicken : First of all the quantity of this dish was just great and the presentation was even better, the chicken was properly marinated and tasted delicious.
🔸Paneer Pahadi : It features crisp and juicy veggies along with soft and luscious Paneer, all of which have imbibed the tangy notes and spicy flavors of the marinade.
🔸Veg Biryani : It was fairly a normal Biryani with adequate amounts of masala and veggies. The Biryani felt a little bit sweet, but otherwise was good.
🔸Dudhi ka Halwa : This was the first time i was having Dudhi ka Halwa and i must say i love the way they prepared it. the halwa was sweet and creamy just how it is supposed be.
Opened till 4am. This place really won our heart. There was nothing that we did not like. We called for Hara bhara kabab, Afghani Mushroom (must try), Chicken malai tikka and Chicken lahori for starters . Main course Paneer Makhani with garlic naan and Chicken tikka biryani. The food was out of the world and finger licking. Ambience is ok , service also no complaints. And you can use zomato gold. Keep up the good work definitely going to visit again.

This place truly is a hidden gem, situated in the by lane of rizvi complex. The food is fantastic, the owner Mr Amin is a very honest & genuine person he has suggested some fabulous dishes and I truly enjoyed the food. The mutton dum biryani is too die for.

The consistency of taste is worth mentioning. The kitchen is very clean & the owner confidently shares that if you don't like something we will not bill it. The owner walks the talk as all dishes will win you for sure. My only request is Don't judge the place by it's looks or size as the food here is made in heaven. As part of Goodwill gesture we were also given complimentary dudhi halwa. We will come here again & again.

The chicken tasted delicious and fresh. Secondly the mutton was truly fully cooked and soft as it was not a deep freeze stock pile. The Rohan gosh gravy was delicious and had mutton fully merging in its gravy.

Had tried the Juhu branch a while back... Was wanting to try the bandra branch since long.. it's decently big.. at least there is place to sit.. the Juhu branch was only delivery and take away..
We started off with chicken tangdi kebab.. t consisted of 3 chunky drumsticks.. cooked to perfection.. really tender and tandoori spicy red flavour.. tasted and smelled amazing..
Chicken pahadi kebab was a recommendation by the attendant.. it was green in color of course.. again well cooked... And good flavour.. but also on the spicy side...
We then called for chicken and mutton seekh kebabs... Frankly, have eaten better ones.. they were pretty average.. nothing great..
We then called for a chicken angaara kebab.. which by the name indicates its hot and spicy taste.. it was really hot... But was once again impressed by how well the chicken was cooked in each and every dish...
And finally the speciality of this place is the stuffed naan, which they call it the naan turnover.. so it's a basically a naan. Which is slitted and opened to fill it with different flavours.. so we called for a butter chicken naan turnover.. so the naan was filled with butter chicken inside with lots of cheese... This was a filler... It's really rich and heavy.. a portion consists of 2 halves of a naan.. it's good enough meal for an average appetite person...
On the whole very good rich food... The naan turnovers are thing to go for here... They are delicious...

Best Indian food I've had in a very long time. The galaoti literally melted in the mouth. The butter chicken was equally good. Cheese garlic naan complemented the food perfectly well. Doodhi ka halwa was a cherry on the cake. Keep up the great work will definitely come for more.

One of our colleague suggested this place and we ordered the food online. The naan turnover is a specialty and really good. Although our office was in Dadar he delivered the food as quick as possible and it was hot and delicious.
Been here today awesome place nice food naan turnover wow great taste we ordered chicken tava naan superb paneer zaikedar wow really I like it soft n cheechy naan with yummy feeling .will visit again..
Simply superb , I am a true foodie been to all most every single food joint in khar and Bandra but this place is class apart , I did visit this small little but very well made jantar mantar last night with my friends but v loved every single thing v ordered right from the Salid till the desert . Keep it up jantar mantar that’s the way to go
I decided to order from this new outlet in bandra after numerous positive experiences at the juhu branch.
I called for the paneer makhanwala naan turnover and I was not disappointed. It was loaded with well marinated paneer and just the right amount of cheese. Absolutely delicious!
The food came packed very neatly in a paper bag, wrapped in paper and foil. The food was delivered piping hot and very quickly.
Really enjoyed the food and fabulous delivery.
I will Definitely order again and hope to visit the outlet soon.

The Naan turnover rolls are its highlight! These are stuffed cheese naan breads with a filling of our choice both in veg and non veg, my personal favourite is the chicken Baghdad.
The Mutton biryani here is just heaven. For veg ,must try dal makkhani it’s a melt in the mouth.
This place is welcoming with charming service and the food Is the best I have tasted. Highly recommend this place !
Just visited this place and the food is too yum. It has a very friendly vibe. I really recommend this place. The Tikkas are so tender and mouth watering. One must visit this place.
The food is really good. It has a Cozy sit down and it has great value for money. It is also open till late so it is really convenient. It surely is a must visit!!
Always been a fan of their naan turnovers and rolls at juhu. Glad they opened up in bandra. The place has seating so even better. The food coupled with the ambience and the warm hospitality just makes for the entire experience. Shall visit again very soon!

So! Recently, We were in bandra and were craving for some badiyaa desi khaana!
Jantar mantar was nearby...so we thought of going der and hog some desi food (plus it was a Zomato partnered restaurant! So 1+1 food additional benefits!!)
Jantar Mantar is a small outlet with simple yet unique decor...
dim lights inside dabbas (tiffin box) with soft songs playing at the background! A perfect meal ambience!💛
The staff was courteous, attentive and ready to help!

Jantar Mantar located in Carter road is all about north indian, awadhi cuisine. It is newly opened outlet and serves amazing naan turnovers. Something i tried for the first time and is so so good. If you are looking to try good north indian food, this is the place for you. Has comfortable seating and Ambience is lovely. Service is quick.

LAHORI PANEER TIKKA is very yummy..BIRYANIS are worth the wait and mushroom dishes are yummy.
The restaurant has average space but the servers are courteous and very attentive..
All in all a good experience! 😋
It's a small restaurant and have good food ..I had gone with friends for lunch. .sitting capacity is not much..enjoyed being there...

Well we ordered Dum aloo and Butter roti. Both were delicious. The quantity was quite enough for two people. It's a small cute place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They have zomato gold and dine out pay. Overall it was great experience.
Mind-blowing food be it @ 9 PM or 3 AM.
The consistency of taste is worth mentioning. The kitchen is very clean & the owner confidently shares that if you don't like something we will not bill it. The owner walks the talk as all dishes will win you for sure. My only request is Don't judge the place by it's looks or size as the food here is made in heaven. As part of Goodwill gesture we were also given complimentary dudhi halwa. We will come here again & again.
While you bid adieu the owner comes out to give you a send off.
