The Paneer was soft and I would definately recommend Paneer dishes from Raj as Paneer here is expectionally.

Decent place to go and have a drink at. Ambience is nice, food is delicious. However, the pricing could at times be a factor, as some of the places around it have better deals. Despite that, it is surely a good place to go with friends.
Raj is the famous restaurant because in raj restaurant service is also superb and the most of dish in noodle is very taste and veg thali I like the most raj restaurant is comfortable with friends family then all and near location to raj restaurant is area is best I think you should go once then you will definitely will go next time in raj restaurant

The best place in chembur to have chicken tandoori. We had ordered cream chicken (i.e. malai tandoori) and it was juicy perfectly roasted and chicken was very soft. Also the chicken crispy was perfectly crispy. It's usually packed on weekends so try to reach the venue a little early.๐

Raj hotel is well know for his chicken all over chembur. Chicken lalpari is the best among all of his non-vegs even i love chicken lalpari.i would like u to suggest chicken lalpari with a fabulous flavour and best with a tandoori roti.
One of the best places in Chembur. Always have loved the food here and the service is quite friendly too. Really love the Punjabi flavour to the food that has been brought in by the owners and this is one of my favourites places in Chembur to go and have a drink. We were hungry and decided to order chicken Briyani 1 kg.
Even if it was late night they took the order and delivered on time. Without any spillovers.
Talking of Briyani it was perfectly blended one, chicken was tender and juicy.

Have never been to this joint to sit and eat but generally order form here...this place is good for its mughlai with good taste to the food and filling quantities that do justice when friends are over..the biryani both the Tikka and especially matka biryani were yum. Their maska chaska starter was one of its kind ..the Chinese starters are okay and does not keep up with the Tikka.

chicken tandoori, bheja fry, rajma chawal, palak chicken - i think they do an outstanding job at all of these, its a week end to go place for me for beer and food. Its been around for quite some time, taste and food quality is not compromised on, but u got to walk in with a never mind attitude for the ambience... Its a must go for all food lovers
The good ol Raj palace, back in the day this was my go to place for food post 2am.
I've never been disappointed as they are always to the rescue when I'm hungry late night. My favourites are the pota fry, liver fry, prawn koliwada, chicken triple, chicken lalpari, lalpari biryani and the chicken Khichidi.
PS they even deliver some bud as well and may be lots more.
An old restaurant located in Chembur camp. Not a great in terms of ambiance but good taste and quality is fab. If ever you plan to go there and order then carry and take back home. Ensure u stand and take it. Co there's a possibility that they forget the order and make u wait loooong. Unfortunately I went through it. Missi roti and Lacha paratha is defi worth a try. Chicken handi is something smthat shouldn't be missed. Over all food here is awesome. Go for it.
Always ordered food on call, so can't write anything about the sitting area. One of the busy restaurants on weekends for home delivery. Have tried there veg and non veg Chinese it tasty really good. Would highly recommend to try Chicken tikka biryani/ Panner tikka biryani..The quantity is good. If you like to have spicy food then this biryani will satisfy your hunger. The biryani has good amount of masala/gravy which doesn't makes your biryani dry.

The chicken chaska kebab was amazing the cheese adds wonderful taste to the wonderful tender chicken pieces, mutton lalpari was excellent with nice big pieces of mutton and quantity is very filling.

It used to be a lot better earlier , now the crowd quality has really deteriorated. The last time we went there , there were gundas in the table next to ours who were drunk and bothering us and the staff did not do anything about it .

Not the best of locations still love the butter chicken and chicken lalpari here, only drawback and a important one that they have increased their rates plus they charge 18% GST which is not clarified in the Zomato app... On arguing the owner has to say he have informed Zomato but they aren't changing it. So a cautionary fact which we have to understand and let other know...even the discount shown on the app is not applied so my bill as shown on zomato was Rs. 486 but when the delivery was made had to pay Rs. 583. Almost 100 rupees more.
The food is as good as required. Perfection is at point. Hospitality is very good and ambience is excellent. The prices are little expensive but It's fine if you are at peace.

Small place with good ambience, located in camp area Chembur. Prices are higher than usual and it's not much crowded place. They serve alcohol and good non veg starters. Go there if you want to spend time in a calm environment and have long conversations, among most crowded part of Chembur.
Orderd butter chicken from this restaurant along with some garlic naan. Butter chicken - the mere mention of this rich and creamy dish is enough for chicken lovers to unite! And eating it buttery garlic naan that is a different kind of satisfaction. One of the best butter chicken I have ever tried. It was simply delicious.

Raj restaurant & bar, located on the busy street food road of Chembur camp, is your typical local bar which has undergone a much needed renovation recently. I used to be a frequent to this bar & restaurant since the time this came into existence. During those days, this bar was notoriously popular among the locals & the call centre crowd in the early 2000s due to its all day & night opening hours. One could often come here, have drinks & food irrespective of how late the hours are. I remember during my call centre days, our gang used to hit this place around 5ish in the morning after our shift :p
Well, now it's a different story. The restaurant closes post 2 am. The place looks much livelier now after the renovation. Innovative lightnings & for a change clean interiors. Once you enter you'll be treated with the sight of the typical local bar with non AC section. But once you move ahead, you'll have the choice of two renovated AC sections. Bar menu is reasonably priced while the food is slightly on the higher side. But this is much compensated with the good quality of food served, especially the wonderful Fish koliwada, prawns fry, soyabean grilled etc. Seafood served here is fresh. Though they have decent chicken starters as well, I usually prefer the seafood for obvious reasons. Prawns biryani in main course is absolutely yummy. Bar menu has most of the well known domestic brands in spirits & beer.
Service is a bit of a let down, but do request the recently promoted Captain Sathyan alias Anna, while ordering food. He'll definitely make sure you are well taken care of.
Crowded during weekends, the place is located next to the famous sindhi joint Vig. Recommended for a casual meet up with friends over drinks. Hope the owner maintains the restaurant well and does not go the way like most other dim/shady bars in & around.
