Eggsplore is for egg lovers.... I had ordered Green paplet curry.. the taste was good but the quantity was very less for the price paid... there was hardly any gravy...
As I am a big fan of egg dishes. I decided to explore this place which is situated at Powai in Galleria.
It's a small outlet there on 1st floor. It has common seating But this place surprised me by its decent food. The service was fast and staff is so polite. They helped us in deciding our menu.
They have wide varieties in Omlet, Half fry, curries, some shakes and dessert is also available here.
Here's what we had there:-
Strawberry shake :-
It was so good and yummy. Thick strawberry shake. It had mild flavour of yougurt, just as I like.
Omani Half fry :- This one is awesome. tastes amazing. Perfectly Half fried. Came along with masala which tastes excellent. They serve two pav with this.
Butter egg mughlai :-
It is green curry tastes very good. it had Slice of eggs, topped with red chutney. came along with two pav. u can eat it with rice also.
This place is heaven for egg lovers. do try it guys surely u get good experience there.
Friendly welcome, great menu options, well guided to order by Mr Bhanuprasad. Tried egg pav bhaji a new concept!! A place for egg lovers to explore twisty options!!
Amazing food at Amazing price.. must try Pulao omlette combo which is just at rs 149 and amazing in taste.. Loved the experiments of Eggs.

I never imagined we could actually add egg to anything and everything! I loved the innovative dishes here, incorporating egg in each dish.
Starters:
Egg and vegetable balls served with schezwan sauce, Egg Lollipop was a perfect starter. A small suggestion, it can be served with a choice of white sauce or mayonnaise.
Even the salads have egg in it!! The Egg Kimchi Salad was quite filling too. It is most definitely more filling than a normal salad. The chinese spices actually made it a little less of a salad and more of a starter or main course. Loved the flavour.
Maincourse:
Being a pasta lover, obviously i ordered the white sauce macaroni pasta. While i absolutely loved the concept of adding egg, i was slightly disappointed with the taste of the pasta and the white sauce itself. Probably because the pasta wasn't cooked properly.
The Ande Ka Funda was good with a yolk based cheese gravy topped with a half fry and beautifully plated with a boiled egg cut into four.
The staff was also very humble and cordial.
Alas my stomach was full, else would have definitely tried more innovative dishes.

Eggsplore is actually a place to explore variety of dishes on eggs. Along with egg dish we had cold pressed juice. Damn fresh and yummy ..........
Good quality of food with a reasonable rate staff over here seem so humble and loving i am relishing my time well food was above the expect.

Spring omlette totally fell in love with it so authentically cooked. Yummiest egg dish i ever had. And if u r eggeterian then u must try this outlet which serves best egg dishes in all varieties. I am looking forward to taste all the dishes as i was so full today so surely very soon

Looking for egglicious lunch or Snacks, this is the place you must visit.
Recommendations: all chefs special dishes. I could try egg ghotala which was ok, but chefs special mexican half fry was amazing. Staff was polite. about ambiance, seating area is food court of galleria mall. Must visit place if you want to try fancy egg dishes..!!
Great variety of servings, all made from eggs, some dishes like egg ghutala, is something different you might not have tasted yet in Mumbai, is something very tasty to order

This is a place for egg lovers. They have about 100+ dishes of eggs. The outlet is located in galleria in Hiranandani powai, on the first floor. For first it is difficult to located the place but you can find it using the shop number. As it is located in the food court, it might smell a bit bad but that is fine because food court.
I would recommend you the egg special pizza and the shakes which are awesome

Eggsplore is a place for eggitarians. They serve approximately 50 + dishes of eggs from salad to omellete, egg misal to egg pizza, from egg paav bhaji to egg dosa and many more. It is located in first floor of galleria, it is a bit difficult to locate to with the shop number you can do it very easily.
It is a small outlet with a common sitting place. Basically it is some thing like food court and this is one of the restuarant. They have some unique dishes such as Egg misal pav, Egg pav bhaji, Egg lollipop, egg manchurian, roll, egg pasta, egg pizza, some crazy gravy, different types of half fry and omellete, etc.

Egg lollipop
It is scramblled egg and veggies ball served with schezwan chutney. The scrambled egg and veggies are almost a khemma kind of consistency. It looks like they have deep fried half a boiled egg but mo it is kheema kind of consistency.
Exoctic Omellete
It is the plain omellete filled with boiled eggs tossed in tomato gravy topped with cheese and served with a choice of paav, white or brown. It is highly reccomanded. We truly loved it. The combination of egg and tomato gravy is just amazing
Eggsplore special pizza
The base is made up of white or brown bread, it is topped with egg omellete, veggies tossed in tomato gravy, grated cheese, tomato ketchup, oregano and chilli flakes. It is very filling and tastes really very good.
Avacado milkshake
If you love avocado you will love this fresh, simple and delicious creamy milkshake with pure avocado and milk

Another hidden gem of galleria Mall in Powai!! This place serves everything that you eat but made in an innovative way by using egg in some possible way. First came the nachos with a topping of half fry on it. Then the ghotala reminded of pav bhaji but in a egg style. It tasted awesome with the breads grilled in butter. The two show stealers were the egg lollipop and eggsplore special pizza. The lollipop is fried egg in red gravy which makes a beautiful presentation. The pizza has the base and topping both of egg, base in omelette form while the toppings have boiled egg and regular toppings. So if up for some innovation, do visit here!!
"Eggsplore" as it's name,they got 125 dishes with egg. A perfect place for all egg lovers.
It's located inside galleria mall on first floor. Small outlet , sitting space available outside the outlet. Galleria food court space is small and hopefully sitting will improve with time.
We tried following dishes from here,
1) Egg Lollipop - Crispy Lollipops with Stuffed egg mixture. They were flavorful, must try. Recommended.
2) Ala Mexican Rice - Cilantro Rice with veggies gravy in Chinese style. This tasted good.
3) Egg Butter Mughlai - Green coloured egg gravy with thick intensity served with pav. This dish was delicious.
Beverages : We had Avocado Shake, it was pure,no sugar, no preservatives and healthy shake. Recommended
Desserts : We had Red Velvet , so this comes with two vanilla ice cream slices with red velvet cake in between topped with Chocolate syrup. Loved the entire combination.
Staff is Friendly , Polite and order delivered fast.
Overall a Nice Experience ! Would love to visit again.
The food was outstanding in both taste and freshness. It was served quite swiftly. This is a haven for egglovers. Truly eggstatic I must say. Would surely recommend to all those out there who cannot imagine life without eggs.

Great range of options for all things eggs - right from omelette to currys and pulav and biryani. Service is quick too! Situated in the food court of Galleria, Powai - very convenient for picking up and/or having food on the God. Haven't tried all dishes yet. But soon enough!

Nice place for egg lovers . The menu is so huge. Never knew you could do so so much with eggs . I liked the egg ghotala . Creamy and cheesy with pav. Nicely spiced and perfect taste . Beautifully cooked . Right stuff ! Seating is sad in galleria of course but the food is great .
Just walking by some of the restaurants at teh galleria food court when this guy called out to me . Thats when i saw this exclusive outlet for egg lovers. Luckily m one of them . So he suggested i have this egg gotala or something.
Was just wow! I wish the place and seating at galleria would get better someday to enjoy such delicious preparations in peace.

Let's make the weekend special with some quality food we decided and began our search..we came across the new EGGSPLORE at galleria shopping mall, powai. Delivery was a bit delayed. They recommended us to order,
555(triple five) - My tongue just swivelled after staring at the dish. It just held me capturing it's complete attention. Its look with grated cheese over it makes it even more delicious with a full omlet underneath it. Its a must try dish.
Gotala Green/Red - Red thick egg curry served with 2 paavs. The curry included chopped egg whites and crushed egg yog. Taste was good. The curry colour increases the tempt. Its a good try.
We ordered,
Egg Lollipop - The taste was ok. Different stuffings can make a difference. The crunch was good. Served with schezwan chutney.
Ande Ka Funda - The taste was excellent. The batter of egg yog and cheese gave a unique taste to the curry. Was served with 2 pavs. The half fried omlet at the centre and 4 small pieces of boiled egg makes it look even more blazed. Its aroma is to the core. Its worth a try.
It was an amazing experience with food and the staff members were too kind.

After shopping out for some goodies and going round and round in haiko my stomach started yelling and thats when i came across Eggsplore and aIso previously i had heard about it's Mahakali outlet success from some of my mates which made me More eager To explore Eggsplore.
A special shoutout for their super quick service. Once we ordered a stuff within 5-7mins it was there on our table.
They serve 125+ fingerlicking dishes all based on eggs...

Walking the the corridor of Galleria in Powai came across this outlet serving around 125 varieties of eggs.
Now that's something to be given a try. I am one of the egg lovers and would love to try few more dishes from their wide menu.
They have established around 9 outlets in Mumbai in a span of one year.
The seating is at the food court and served in a common area.
Started with their mushroom soup. A blend of mushroom cream with egg yolk with veggies and shredded boiled egg white in it.
555 was one of their recommendations which was really good try. Boiled eggs fried to crisp and tossed in Oriental sauce. Served on the bed of omlette and topped with shredded cheese.
Egg Lollipop - A mix of chopped veggies with shredded boiled egg white made to a batter and shaped to half round shape. Deep fried and oil well drained from it served as a lollipop.
Spanish omlette - Now this is one of my favourites there and highly recommended. Shredded boiled egg white with coriander tossed in the gravy made of egg yolk and cheese with the flavours of ginger and garlic. The gravy was spread inside all across the omlette roll with shredded cheese on the top.
Egg Penne Pasta - Penne pasta tossed in cheesy white sauce, oregano and chili flakes with broccoli, zucchini, capsicum and shredded boiled eggg white.
Egg Tiranga - A creative dish designed in the colours of Indian Flag. A blend of three gravies and cheese served on the bed of omlettes.
Shall give it a try to their other dishes at their other outlets.
Love this place ... One of the best places to go for any egg lover ... Tried ghotala (Gujrat speciality) loved the taste .. well done eggsplore ... Count me as a regular customer 😍😘
Been to this place yesterday @powai galleria .. tried their Spanish omelette .. its a egg omelette stuffed with green boiled egg masala thick gravy .. served with buttery pav and onions and tomatoes ... taste was phenomenal and this dish is highly recommended !!

New outlet in Powai galleria they have a huge egg menu ranging from starters - soups - pastas - sandwiches- rice and main course .. we tried American rabdi and American cheese omelette
Tasty food .. induction cooking a big 👍🏻👍🏻for being eco friendly.. pocket friendly... our total bill for these 2 items was approx 500 and two of us had our tummy full !! Must visit ❤️

bhaishaab gazab, zahar dha diya is dukkan ne tho, matlab dil se Jo ande ki shabji khilayi hai, matlab maa ki yaad aa gayi.. Yaha ka anda nahi khaya tho kuch nahi khaya.. Bhaishaab murgi bhi ya anda Le k jathi hai.. Ye ande ki nahi amrit ki dukkan hai.. Meri akhri icha yaha k ande kha k marne ki hogi. Wah kya ande ki dukkan hai.. Agar mai agle janam mai anda banu tho mai is dukkan mai aana chahuga... Gazab bhai gazab..

Some amazing variety of egg dishes to try with, never thought that egg could be made in such superb ways. Food is yummilicious. Polite staff. Service is really fast. All dishes have been cooked on induction. Loved it. Surely gonna eggsplore some more dishes!!
