The outer ambience no doubt is excellent.
However, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room seemed not regular. The hotel elevator operation was only one functional and the other was not.
Best part if the location and the rooms not so tight as usual we find in Mumbai .. it has good staff, but don't eat out at the hotel it's very very expensive... Dont know why do they have to charge 70/- Rupees for an Ordinary Chapati... N 110/- for Tea. You can have awesome Food and snacks just oppo

One of the best hotel in Mumbai Central. It's beat expensive but it's worth it. In a crowded city like Mumbai and in the centre it's hard to find peaceful area. The rooms are good the service they provide is nice and there is a small play area for kids also. As it located at the center of South Mumbai you have access to cabs, bus and train.
Old structure need revamp, rooms are clean, service is great, location is very near to mumbai central Station , masjid just opposite the hotel
Ok ok hotel. The manager in morning was horrible he was more into his cell than receiving the guest. Rest hotel is ok for business travellers. Centrally located. Bit expensive but still can visit. Breakfast quality is poor though.
