We went here for a Diwali Dinner party and just loved the food.
Barring one, all the dishes we ordered were really tasty.
Staff was polite and courteous and the chef at the end, handed some delicious chocolates to my 4 years old nephew which was very sweet.
I've never been more happy and satisfied with any trip such as this. From the entrance breakfast to till the hi-tea, from the rides to the pool, all of it was fun and great. The food was amazing with lots of quantity and great taste. The all staff were warm and helpful. They made sure we felt comfortable. Great service by from reservation.
It was a wonderful stay at Kohinoor Continental, we stayed there in 3 rooms, in-room service was very slow, The housekeeping was fast and good, breakfast is good I'll mark it 4 out of 5, 1 is loosed by restaurant people just because of slow services, quality of service products like dental kit, bathing kits are great. The location is very near to the airport which is convenient for us.

The room was spacious, well-appointed and had all the amenities that I needed. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of high quality, which made for a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and the daily housekeeping service that kept my room spotless.
The stay was amazing. Apart from that overall room was clean and well maintained. Had very few time to explore other facilities since I was there for some important work. Service was great! Got a perfect view of runway from the room. Could closely see how flights were taking off and landing from the huge window.
I stayed at this hotel in Nov. My overall experience was good but the baggage delivery service from entrance to room and vice versa during check in and check out was not taken care. We had to carry our baggage both the times even after informing at the reception.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We also hosted a event in ballroom and the arrangement and food was perfect. It's a best place to host event with a guest of 200 ppl.
Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available

Amazing rooms, Good Breakfast, better service! The staff is attentive, helpful and always available. I usually travel alone - Hosts Anindita & Sagar were really warm and welcoming, they made sure I was comfortable.
We had visited the restaurant for lunch. The ambiance is cosy and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. We had Veg platter, paneer tikka, aloo parathas, jeera rice &dal fry and ending with gulab jamuns with Rabri. Good place for lunch with friends.

I had a great experience staying here. Close to airport and embassy. Helpful hotel staff. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that lunch and dinner, along with breakfast, was also complimentary to us.
