Step into Levantine and you would think you have entered some Middle Eastern city. Though a small place, an impressive great deal of thought has gone into designing the interiors. Apart from the obvious baklava, I loved the Turkish coffee and pistachio and almond crepe chocolate.

, I decided to get this varieties of BAKLAVA's without traveling outside of pune, I searched & connected to the Owner/representative Suraj, soft-spoken and well verse with what he is selling (which I like the most)..
My take: A delicacy sweet break from all traditional sweets, culinary masterpiece that intertwines flavor and texture from rich Middle Eastern tradition and heritage. One cannot deny the very culinary experiences almost too beautiful to eat.

Sister got a gift of a box of Apricot covered with dark chocolates from a friend and we loved it. Packaging was beautiful, very stylish and chic. Decadent layer of gourmet dark chocolate made the chocoholic in me dance with joy. Would love to check out their offerings in near future :)
My friend got me a little gift box of chocolates from here, the packaging is superb, very upscale and gives a feel of chic Parisian cafe :) That gives me an idea of how stylish the place must be.
The gift box had 6 pieces of (what I believe to be ) Chocolate Covered Apricots which were amazing. My mom, sister and I popped them in and were roaming around in chocolatey bliss for next 15 minutes, so yes very gourmet offering. Would check them out when I am present in this area :)
What a beautiful range of Arabic sweets and so authentic. Tried the Turkish Baclava and it just melts in the mouth. Perfect place to pick up high-end gifts for your family and friends. Cheers!

Quirky little shop in Pali Hill which serves you the best middle eastern desserts like baklava which I was searching since a long time. As you all can see I have already eaten half of my pack before I could click a picture (I know I'm a glutton)
We ended up tasting hazelnut chocolate, orange peel and honey bar, assorted baklava, crepe chocolates and one more chocolate I can't remember but all were worth the money I spend. I'm a fan of baklava since a long time and hence I enjoyed my mix of baklavas. I'll definitely visit again.
many years ago a relative gave me baklava to taste...and it was love at first bite...ever since i ordered baklava whenever i saw it on a menu which was very rare!...n it wasnt always nice...flaky pastry with candied dry fruit..sounds simple but is tricky!...so when i googled baklava in bombay i came across this tiny place...tried it out a couple of weeks back..i dont have to try baklava anywhere else again! (except maybe turkey!)...so there are plenty of other options too like health bars n fancy flavoured cashews n assorted chips.. (high end chakna anyone?!)...i got a box of traditional baklava...and i relished every piece...it was perfect...rich n flaky..crisp and chunky and full of dry fruit goodness..it is very steeply priced..but do have a look if you are a baklava and a date fan...also i think they should serve more turkish delights...they'd definitely have takers....an amazing gifting option too if budget is not a limitation
I always check out the bylanes in Bandra to see if something new has popped up. I came across this store on a Saturday and loved the ambience. Tried their paan and praline dates, strawberry cheesecake chocolates and Baklava. Loved the flavours. Got some stuff packed for my folks in Pune as well. Their flavours we spot on, so was the packaging. Service was brilliant too. Will visit again!
got a box from some clients that were destroyed the same night! my kids made me drive them after school to pick up the dried strawberries and dates.
a better treat for the kids since it is at least natural sugars.

Levantine is an awesome place and centrally located cafe (Btw, I am in love with the name!!). As soon as you step in, you are transported to a different world with the mind blowing interiors. The place is done up so well!! Kudos!
The variety of the middle eastern delicacies are amazing. Love the 5 star quality, variety, packing and the presentation of the store. The owner, Suraj is a very passionate young man and a true connoisseur of these delicacies. I don't think there is any other in store in India which caters to such different type of delicacies.
Coming to the delicacies, Baklava, Dry fruit bars, Turkish delight and Turkish coffee is lip smacking and drool worthy :-). They are just delicious. I am from Bangalore and i carried a few for my friends and family to taste and they where in awe with it. They want to know when they can get delivery to Bangalore!! They are perfect gifting options too.
Its a perfect middle eastern cafe and i wouldn't want to change anything!! Please, please start deliveries to Bangalore and you will have a life-long fan in me :-) I really wish i could give them more than a 5 star rating.

I've been looking for Gaz for a few years and couldn't get the proper taste like the one that came from Iran.
I had a chat with the owner about my requirements and prices and the order got delivered to me in 3 days, so great buying experience.
Now for the taste of Baklava, it is sweet but in a good way, you are never overwhelmed by the sweetness and it was really fresh (because it is March) and we all loved it.
Baklava is mainly for my family and Gaz is for me as they are vegetarian.
The thing with such a specialty shop is you need to visit it to properly enjoy the delicacies offered, and I for one definitely want to visit Iranian Sweets Palace when I come to Mumbai.

Baklava, Louz e pista, Louz e zafran, I have never tried anything better sweets. Best for Noruz and Eid celebrations. Expensive but worth it!!
Sweet Memories from Iranian Sweets Palace
For the longest time I’ve been looking for a place that serves authentic Gaz - a candy that my mother loved growing up. After a long and hard search, I finally found Iranian Sweets Palace that served authentic Gaz. As soon as I found out, I called up Mr. Hajati to check the availability of stock but unfortunately because of COVID it wasn’t available then. I had told him to let me know when the stocks would be available and to my surprise, Mr. Hajati promptly reached out as soon as fresh stock was available. He ensured that I not only received the Gaz the same day I ordered it but also reached out to check if I received the package after delivery. The Gaz had a beautiful texture and took my mom back to her childhood when she would have this candy. Highly recommend this place not just for its products but also for the amazing staff who ensure that you get the best of service! :)
Meet The owner Mr. Hassan Irani. Very decent n down to the earth guy... He will share all his memories of his old time. Meeting such experience person will make your day good. The quality of sweet is very good n cost is not high.

Great sweets by Lovely man Mr. Irani. The known legend of Baklava in Bombay. The shop opens for a few days during Navroz every year. Ingredients come all the way from Iran. Worth a try for people with a sweet tooth.
Mind blowing taste of Sohan halwa. And Hasan sir is a gem of a person. May Allah bless him with good health and happiness.

The only good thing about this place is quality products. That is the reason I buy though it’s enormously expensive. But my last two consignments was delivered very badly. Very strange that I got walnut powder. Anyone heard of this. Also, every item got mixed up and looks like a beggar’s plate. When I asked him, the answer was that that was not his fault and as a customer i have to ask the courier guy. First of all his packing itself was very bad which he doesn’t agree.
No professionalism at all. Because of his carelessness, I have wasted around 13 K so far. May be it’s nothing for him, not for me.
