I had ghee dosa, thaat idli, pudina paneer tikka, fruit cream, gobhi masala, chilly paneer, paneer angara, roti, burnt garlic rice
. Everything was so yummy but my favourite is the ghee roast.. The staff is also very warm and polite. Loved the place. Will visit it again with my friends
Good family restaurant just beside the famous navjeevan society.
It is an AC restaurant by Balaji. Food is great and the rates are also lesser compared to other restaurants nearby.
We ordered podi idli - they gave 2 idli with sambar and coconut chutney. 4/5.
We also ordered amritsari paneer - fried panner with red gravy - awesome taste and must recommend.
Even the chapati was big and worth it.
Must recommend if you are looking for family dining.
Had an early lunch around 11:30, still they had almost all the items in the menu. Had Butter Naan, veg biryani, aloo Paratha & paneer tikka masala, all tasted good.
Best place to eat at walking distance from Mumbai central. The food, ambience and their service is unmatched. Unlike other congested restaurants near Mumbai central, geeta bhavan is far better in terms of space and comfort. Must visit restaurant in Mumbai.
Really enjoyed my experience here. The food was excellent and cheap. Service was great, staff were attentive and helpful. Menu is all vegetarian and has a great selection.

Earlier between 1980 to 1990
used to order Rumali roti, dal fry(in a SS bowl with layer of ghee on top) & Methi malai mutter & half pulao. I don't know whether that menu is still served. But was delicious wich I remember till date. May the current owner respond to this.
Paneer tikka is tasty , and for dessert fruitsalad is the best option to order.
It is one of the good places to have with family and friends near Navjeevan society.

♥️♥️Geeta Bhavan, a all time favourite place, where you will get your fav snacks like even pani puri and sev puri even at like 12pm and 10pm, and amazing Schezwan hakka noodles and my fav♥️♥️ butter Kulcha, which you can just eat like that only, it's so yumm!! And also the best is Schezwan Rice, is crazy!!
