This branch is the most pathatic branch I have ever visited in my life. I had requested to reinstate my mothers account. I took her to the branch as per their request. Signed everything in front of them, got the documents verified. The estimated time was a week. After two weeks I got the answer it's
The branch is poor in service. The ATM at the branch has not worked in my last 5 visits. Useless hai PS. to ICICI reply. I can locate the ATM. but it should function na. See my ATM withdrawal data and contemplate.
On one of the machines, the screen is awfully poor, non-responsive, and the system is super slow. It causes your transaction to time out and we all know there's a charge after a few ATM transactions a month. A pathetic ploy by ICICI to charge people to access their own money. I submitted the application and documents for reactivation of my dormant account in this branch.. Now i am calling for follow-up as i was told that i can call them to check instead of revisiting the bank and also it has not been activated even after 10 days...but no one picks up the phone..relation
Very Slow and not much of a support that we get in other branch of ICICI bank. Leaving the security guard and one two staff (who knows his job) rest staff are clueless and trying to sell the product which is not required.
