NEW YORK CHOCOLATE. Felt good having it. Good for a one time try. The delivery was quick and the the taste was fine. The bread was a little hard. And also the cake was not cold enough due to which the chocolate melted off.

Last night took a half kg New York chocolate cake for a family birthday and it tasted delicious. My family members somehow prefer cakes from Eden in lokhandwala however I been a loyalist of this birdys for a long time for the quality and taste that they deliver.
One of the finest places for any croissant and a brownie. Reasonably priced and standard quality which has not degraded over the years. You can take ur chance with their muffins too. This is applicable to all their outlets!
Good, nice and same taste as all Birdy outlets. Yet proving, that consistency is the secret ingredient of success. I have tried all their cakes/pastries from full chocolate to Dark forests.

Had two birthdays lined up at our office. One was mine & the other was of a colleague on alternate days. We ordered Dutch Truffle cake & New York chocolate cake. I must say, they tasted very nice. I liked both the flavours. Chocolate is my favourite flavour so it was obvious. But the quality was really good. We had ordered them on call, so the delivery was on proper time specified on the call. An overall nice experience.

A relatively small-sized branch of Birdy's located near Podar school; really convenient for when you crave for an after school bite. Prices are decent, and you've got a certain amount of variety. That being said, you must beware. This is the kind of place that makes its goodies in the morning, and that's the stock for the day. So don't be surprised if you see empty display shelves. However, the pastries are worth eating, and the snacks are okay. Nothing great in them, though.
Things worth trying here:
The Chocolate Eclair: This is something which I end up ordering almost every time I go here. Chocolatey on the outside, fresh cream on the inside. The pastry itself is usually at an optimum level of baking; not too crunchy, and not too soft either. For 50 bucks, it's not only filling, but it's yummy too!
The Blueberry Cheesecake: Personally, I love cheesecakes. I think this is a refreshing, yummy pastry, though slightly oversized for its portion. Also, just like any other perishable pastry, this needs to be eaten relatively quickly after buying; otherwise I feel the taste goes. Might wanna try buying this after its put up; in the morning.
The New York Chocolate: Chocolatey goodness, I tell you. This is a must try. It'll satiate all your cravings in one go!
In the savories section, the paneer and chocolate croissants are worth a try. The croissant was well made, nice and soft and warm. I really liked the veg Jungli Sandwich, though. I always look out for it when I go there. Definitely worth a try.
In terms of ambiance, there isn't much, to be honest. It's more of a buy and leave kind of place. There used to be a couple of tables for two, but they got rid of them to make more space. Personally, I feel they should keep some seating arrangement.
All in all, I do return to this place pretty frequently, and yes, it is more of a finder's keepers, losers weepers kind of situation. However, the products coming out of the kitchen are definitely worth it.

I buy cakes for any occasion from birdys. They serve you with delicious cakes. The new york chocolate and the dark chocolate are amazing. The puffs are also nice.
I absolutely love Birdy's! I had heard a lot about the red velvet cupcake, but it kinda let me down... Apart from that, the brownies are awesome! So are the cupcakes and macaroons... The Cheese croissant is heavenly :-D
I only indulge in the chicken cheese garlic croissants and the chicken puff.
We ordered from Santa Cruz West shop for our office, Dutch Truffle Cake, it was delicious. Also the delivery was done in time. Good and fast service.
