It's surprisingly a bigger store in comparison with other outlets. It's nicely designed and quite spacious with good design. So, the overall ambience is quite decent and familiar as well.
The place offers variety of snack food options to choose from in both vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian offerings. Also, the variety of cakes was quite good though it revolved mainly around chocolate and coffee but it was sufficient. You may not find something fruity or cheesecake type but that's not what they're famous for either so doesn't matter.
The quantity, quality and prices seemed perfect. The staff's service seemed average and it'll time for them to get accustomed with the offerings as the seemed clueless. Anyway, it's a place that won't disappoint.
Ribbons and Balloons is well known for its cakes. I picked up chocolate cake for my brother's birthday. The cakes are fresh and delicious. The price is nominal. Every one enjoyed the cake.
Chocolate nut brownie is completely fixing sugar cravings โค๏ธ๐ . its chocolately dip brownie. must try and garnished with chocolate sauce ๐ฅฐ
I had a bad experience with this brand in the past in their Andheri outlet. They served me days old pastry. Yesterday I came in to this outlet and had black forest pastry, it was delicious and fresh. Good job guys for not keeping days old stock.
Very good cakes available at this place at a pocket friendly price.. Dutch chocolate is awesome... Try it once. Every other cake looks so good.
When it comes to pastries ribbons and balloons rocks. Their cake are so soft from the base and have a different taste.

White forest F/C- This pastry has something unique texture so thought of trying and it's taste didn't disappointed ๐
Forest of fruits- This pastry also had a unique and bright texture which made us to buy that pastry๐
Choco mocha- If you are confused with their varieties of pastry then this is the best choice
I had given ordered for German black forest the cake was awesome it was prepared well was ready on time , the only thing which should be improved that they should give a computerised bill to the guest while the time of payment when guest pays, and no one attends the call when i used to call on landline, interior should be improved little bit... Rest everything was perfect.
Rainbow cake is awesome with a very reasonable price must try more then expected awesome taste................ thank u............................
Awesome outlet. Friendly & cooperative staff. We tried their new rolls - Chicken Bhatti Roll (red one in pics) & Chicken Rara Roll (green one in pics) - both of which were tasting heavenly. In just 15/- bucks if you're getting this, it's a delight for folks looking for small-snacking. The Chicken Bhatti Roll was on the spicier side, (but much better in taste compared to the other one) and tasted like the butter chicken gravy. Overall rating: 4.5/5.
Very good service . Good cakes. We ordered for a chocolate almond cake was real nice. Also the fruit cake was splendid. Keep up the good work.
Ordered choc almond and choco moccha cake from here for my sister's birthday.I have to say it was really good . Soft and spongy. The pastries here are also tasty .
It was my mom's birthday ๐๐and I brought the White Forest Choco Chip cake..๐ The cake was delicious but the only problem with these white cakes is that its too soft and coz of that it melts out too soon...so refrigerate it a bit and then have it...๐๐

First time i tried this chain of stores based on the recommendation of a friend who stays in Mumbai only and i liked it. The snack stuff like the chicken puff and fish items were very good and affordable. Forgot the name of the fish dish yet it was better than the chicken puff. Saw the cakes and they looked delicious but were a little too expensive for a light evening snack. Would like to try more of their items in the future!
