As recommended by the shop owner, tried Rainbow Pastry this time.
I’ve mostly tried all their range of pastries.
This was something new and recommended too and hence bought it.
As per the attractive appearance, this is good too.
Less creamy and soft bread + colourful makes it delicious and tasty.
Price worthy and tasty.

This place is special for me . it's cake made my birthday awesome. when ever i wanna celebrate and cut the cake. The only place which comes in my mind is monginis.

I love Monginis Cakes since I was a kid. Devil's Delight pastry is my favourite till date.

Service is a bit slow. Staff look uninterested. Cakes in the display counter were not labelled; basically you don't get to know the name of the cake itself.

It's a small outlet.. size of the usual Monginis Store. Store is kept clean.

Monginis has always been my favourite..however their quality of pastries have degrading in comparison to the initial years of monginis ...while the quality of puffs, pizzas etc still remain the same....However low budget good cakes are still available in here

Monginis has always been one of my favourite cake shops in Mumbai. As a child, their cakes played a special role in my birthday parties and they still do. So as a part of my moms celebration last year, i ordered for a double layer cake from this outlet and was surprised to see the variety they offer. I am well aware of all the pastries and cakes they provide, but was a bit doubtful about the double layer cake as it was the first time i was ordering for it. So the staff at the outlet handed me a book featruing a variety of double and triple layer cakes they offer. I was surprised to see the number of varities and also how helpful they were to take me through the whole book. I pre booked a Black forest double layer cake and they only took a day to prepare this one. It was packed in two seperate boxes and they took me through the layer process. The taste was fresh and amazing. Simply loved it:) The outlet also offers snacks including wafers,puff, rolls and more. The shop is too small though. And they are always crowded:(

I was inducted into cake eating by Monginis. I have been a loyal customer to this outlet even since it opened up back in 1995, i guess. Until the recent evolution, I have loved Monginis for it's pastries and cakes. This is still a one stop shop for celebratory food and preparations. The variety has changed over the years and I somehow believe Monginis has failed to keep up with the changes happening in the bakery industry. Nevertheless, the cakes and pastries that are available here are still very tasty and fresh!! Nostalgia!!
Quite a regular visitor to monginis..the cakes are fine..but the patty doesnt taste gud.even the pastries seem to taste dry sometimes..other products are great..
