I always prefer to buy sweets from Anant Halwai. All sweets are authentic and made from quality material. They have variety of sweets including laddus, pedha, barfis, mawa sweets and bengali sweet they also have variety of snacks items. Owners are very friendly they will treat you as guest and allow you to taste their new products so you can buy as per your taste. Only one suggestion will be better if they can renovate the shop.
Anant Halwai ... Yummy PuranPoli, Softest and best dhokla, very tempting Chakli and halwa.
This shop displays only a limited variety of sweeeeeets and savouries. Every item though is an amazing delicacy with benchmark of taste and quality.
You get Puranpolis that actually melts in your mouth. Anything made by third party and displayed has to have a quality benchmark else you dont see them in this sweet mart.
If you are in Dombivli west and looking for sweet dish with best taste, Anant Halwai is what you should visit.
I like the shrikhand here. They used to sell really small shrikhand boxes suitable for 1 person. The sweets are also great here.
This is the only franchisee of Anant Halwai Kalyan owned by Mr. Mohan Bhide. This dedicated and energetic gentleman is running this outlet under the name Kanak Enterprises. A senior personality, very loving, caring and a man of principles. There is no match to the quality and taste to this brand. In this shop you may purchase products other than Anant Halwai sweets, there are mainly, biscuits, chocolates, Ayurvedic supplements, juices & syrup, Tea powder, chikki, etc. Few make to order eatables are also available such as Puran poli... Small children are offered chocolates, and elders enjoy sweets and juices as a complements in the visit. The location of shop is just opposite to Dombivli railway station west side, in Everest shopping complex.
Nice and fresh shop with lesser variety.Go visit. Worth it.
