Very slow service.. staff doing their own work..

State Bank of India Branch sector 20, Nerul. Typical SBI Branch as long as services are concerned.

It's time already 10.17 am but, till now the bank is not opened. Whereas in the map it's given 10am as a opening time.

Not a customer friendly environment. Employees are slow in response (Mostly old aged employee who are irritated with life). Maybe some new recruits would become active one day. Mostly the branch managers have been active in response but they keep changing (transfer rule) so can't say anything about

Yes...Service is slow it took 1.5 hrs to give me printout of nominee form....But they don't mind if a customer wants or likes to wait...

Very very slow service with extremely RUDE staff.cant single out any staff who is cordial and helpful.and always they have systems error and don't know why they have a slope to reach their counters due to which allmost every person struggles to not fall .SBI stands for slowest Bank of india.

Staff is too good calm and friendly they always help others .
