Have been quite regular to this joint starting from the day they opened. They too have their share of bad days by it's quite rare. Most of the time they are pretty consistent.
📍 What I tried:
🔶 All Parathas: 4/5
Over time I have tried all the paratha they have to offer. The magic is in their crust which is unlike anything you get in Mumbai. I would go as far and say they have one of the best Delhi style parathas in Mumbai. But the whole could use a bit of improvement as it lacks some flavours.
🔶 Jalebi Rabadi: 4/5
The good thing is they freshly fry the jalebi on order. What they serve here is jaggery jalebi which jas it's own unique flavour complimented by the creamy rabdi.

Service is pretty brisk as the owner handles it himself. The owner us pretty friendly and will guide you well.

I can't think of a better place than this when it comes to parathas. Their menu is pretty limited which is a good thing according to me as it signifies they know what they are doing and you can be rest assured that it will be good.
I tried there Cheese garlic kulcha double which costed me 290 INR.....after looking at the pictures I initially thought the size of kulcha is small but it is good enough for one person and I had two such so I had to have it anyhow but it was really tasty and the stuffing was real good.
Coming to chole the chutney served was good but I did not like chole and I think Amritsari kulcha junction has better chole or even Gulati has.....I read reviews of people before ordering and many had the same opinion in respect of chole.
Worth the money. Also the owner uncle and his daughter are very helpful people. Looking forward to visit this one post lockdown ♥️😊

This place has authentic punjabi taste of amritsari kulche.. yes chhole cn be better.. but chutney and kulche were awesome and lassi was also too good..
It was a delivery from khar to BKC, however kulcha held up taste and texture.
So, this place caught my attention when I was visiting another cafe close to it. So, I had made a mental note of it. We ordered four types of kulcha here, the citimar kulcha which was really full of chilli thus justifying it's name, the cheese garlic kulcha which had the apt amount of cheese, paneer kulche and aloo wale kulche.I really liked their service as they had placed a piece of each kulcha in one's plate without being asked.The kulchas are served with chhole and salad . The chhole could have been better though. I loved the lassi and the jalebi. This place is a must try for kulches
This place is the best option near Khar Railway Station. Should definitely visit without any hesitation.

The prices are a tad bit high.....for the quantity. But the taste was spot on. Also a bit of cleanliness especially on the tables is expected. Overall I don't mind coming here to try the other stuff like lassi, rabdi, jalebis etc. These are quite appealing to the eyes

Glad we tried this place... Very nice kulche... We tried their aalu pyaaz kulcha and gobhi kulcha.... Loved the aalu pyaaz kulcha more though the gobhi kulcha ws decent too .... The green chutney with chopped onions is nice and tangy... Kulche were stuffed well and hd nice char on them... The chole were decent too... Though it wud b gr8 if they use less baking soda in it as the taste of tht is tooo overpowering... 1 piece of kulcha with chole chutney and sliced onion is priced at 150 and a plate with 2 kulchas is at 250 rs... Bit on the higher side bt the taste and the decent ambience and gud service mks up fr it... Mst imp I happy to find a place tht serves authentic punjabi flavours in Mumbai.
1 suggestion .... PLEASE add a few more items to ur list... Atleast dal makhni, shahi paneer, sarso ka saag and makki ki roti as m sure they too will taste gr8 at ur restaurant.
Another small suggestion is tht if u serve ur kulchas with a spoonful of white butter it wud take it to the nxt level :-)
We also tried gudd ki jalebi with rabri and it ws quite nice... Distinctive flavour of gudd in jabeli so if u r 1 who likes gudd den u shud def try it and d rabri balances the sweetness of the jalebi very well.
I had visited this place one rainy evening, I wanted to try some delicious kulcha with black chole. I was recommended to try Aloo cheese kulcha for my son, panner cheese kulcha for my wife as she eats jain food and cheese garlic kulcha for myself . All the 3 kulchas were served to us within 10 mins of placing order. Kulchas were very crispy and with lots of butter. It was served with with chole, chutney and onion pickel which added flavor to the finger licking kulchas. 1 single kulcha is more then enough for 1 person. We wanted to try lassi and desserts like kulfi and gud ki jalebi but we were so full we thought we will try it next time.Then the owner gave 3-4 pieces of gud ki jalebi complementary to us ,trust me those were the best jalebis we have every had. We had that gud ka flavor for 1-2 hours in our mouth .it was so yummy. I would definitely suggest this place a must try.

To those who have encountered the friendly Punjabi uncle and his stall serving amazing chole-kulche at fests and events over the years, Punjab Da Chula is a cult favourite. So when we heard he had opened a restaurant, we made the trip all the way from Powai- rain or no rain. There is no better chole-kulche in all of Mumbai and I reckon far beyond. The kulche are crisp, just the right level of spice and served piping hot. Most people post fancy photos of food- I posted my empty plate- when you get food like this, you take no prisoners.

I found this place to be somewhat over-hyped, it is not considered seating, the restaurant's seating arrangement is at the balcony passage of the building, and the kitchen section is inside the proper building structure.
I used to see a huge crowd waiting every time I passed from this road, and i would wonder why there are so many people waiting ?, so this place was always on my list to have food some day here, at last that day came and i got seating after waiting for just 2 minutes, i was lucky that day to get a table that fast.
The main highlight at this place is their, chole kulche, chole bature, roti and maa ki daal,
I tried paneer kulcha which was ok-ok,
Then I tried cheese garlic kulcha, it was good. Then we tried their jalebi with rabdi, jalebi was also good, we liked their food,
The owner of the place is very friendly, he is always there to take care of the people, it was amazing to see the owner of the place picking up the places by himself, they offer some best hospitality at this place, their way of taking care of their customers is phenomenal.
Me and my wife liked this place, and would definitely like to visit this place again and try maa ki daal with roti & chole bature.
Excellent place if you want to have yummy chole kulche! It's next to ISKCON Juhu. Cheese garlic kulcha and paneer kulcha are the best! Chole, pickles are served along with the kulchas.

I had a fantastic dining experience at Punjab da Chullah! We savored their mouthwatering Amritsari Aloo Pyaz Tandoori Kukchas and Chole Bhature, which left us craving for more. The flavors were authentic, and the portions were generous. The pricing was a little high though, around 370/- for 2 kukchas and 280/- for 2 Bhatures, however the taste made it delightful. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff was welcoming. I can't wait to visit again for another delicious meal!
Punjab da chulah is one place I can trust for Amritsari kulcha. I must recommend their aloo pyaaz and cheese garlic kulcha with chole and chatni and lassi and Gud wali jalebi with Rabdi. Uncle ji the owner of this restaurant is very sweet.

This place was suggested by one of my friend. I went here quite late in the evening say around 11.15PM, I loved the kulcha’s it’s one of the best I have ever had in Mumbai. They do serve Chaas and Lassi which you must try. We have order two type of kulcha, Aalu pyaz and CT mar 😃

This restaurant specializes in Authentic Punjabi Kulche.
They provide foods like Chhole Bhature, Cheese garlic Kulche, Pyaj parathe, Lachchha paratha, Gud Jalebi, Rabadi with Kulfi, and drinks like Lassi, Masala coke, Masala soda, etc.
Let’s start with Chhole bhature, the bhature which they provide is so soft and fluffy, it was fried perfectly. When we order one plate of Chhole bhature there are two thick, soft and big sized bhature with unlimited Chhole, delicious Chutney made with raw mango, Mint and Mango pickle. I liked the taste of Chutney they served with Chhole; they use a perfect ratio of mango and Mint for making the Chutney. The taste of Chutney was enjoyable and unforgettable. They use a good combination of spices in Chhole which tastes amazing but it was less peppery.
I loved the service of the restaurant and the behaviour of their staff towards customers.
Ambience of this restaurant is cool. The restaurant is decorated with some traditional items which are generally used in villages, like ‘Hath pankha’, small model of a ‘Charpai’ (cot), old ‘Charkhi’ (the thing in which the thread of kite is rolled), etc. The restaurant is beautiful; it also looks like a dhaba to some extent from the inside. The tables are painted with cultural arts, like Madhubani, Mandala art, etc. I liked the way they used Indian cultural things and arts to decorate the restaurant.
Overall the restaurant is good, pocket friendly and health friendly.

It is one of good restaurants in Mumbai where you can find amazing Punjabi food in the form of Kulchas. They have different varieties of Kulchas available to select and enjoy. They even have Chole Bhature and some great options in Dessert. Place is little small to accommodate and location wise it is located in Juhu.
Quantity and Quality is very nice and prices are also reasonable.

Well I guess everyone has tried chole bhature or kulcha but I bet Punjab da chulah serves one of the best chole bhature and kulcha in Mumbai. I have tried other places like Gurukripa and Chawlas but the taste of the dishes over here are lip smacking. The place is not that big but the ambience is like a dhabha you will totally feel like you are in Punjab. Well I tried many kulchas here but cheese chilly kulcha and aloo cheese kulcha are must try over here. You should also try the bhatura cause it's really fully and soft. For desserts you can have jalebi Ani rabdi. The jalebi is really good it's not made in sugar rather than sugar it is made in gur(jaggery) and it tastes really good. It's not too sweet it really has a subtle sweet taste and the jalebi literally melts in your mouth. Overall a great experience. A must visit place.
Authentic Punjabi food.. House of Variety of Kulche. Small setup but quite interesting. The food served is yumm and finger licking. Their chole is also very tasty and they offer extra servings too.. We had ordered Paneer Kulche And Cheese Garlic Kulche. Portion size is good for 2, unless a heavy eater. The service is amazing and quick too. The staff always serves with the smile on his face. He offered us complimentary gud jalebi in the end which came as a surprise. O it was mouth melting. As warm as their service. Recommend this place. Will visit again. ThanQ for being authentic.
Its a small place but Chole kulche is very authentic... Gur jalebi and rabri was also good.. It is very heavy portion.. Food is awesome only one complaint place can be more presentable as ambience is not that great.. 5 star for food and quality and quantity is awesome

Its a cozy liitle place serving some delicious kulche and chaap. We tried the following items - Malai Chaap - This had a creamy taste to it, Not that spicy because of the creamy flavor.
Seeti maar kulcha, accompanied by green chutney, chole, pickle & onions. - This was just too good. Soft and thin khulchas with the flavorful chole was just a best combination. Both of them were absolutely very refreshing. Surely visiting to try the other flavors of kolche and choles ofcourse.
The owner of the restaurant was very humble,polite with homely vibes.
