A small but decent place to chill in hot Mahim sun. CCDs have become expensive though, it has a useable washroom which is convenient.
The staff here were kind enough to let us use the bathroom and sit inside while we waited for our tour guide! 👍

The ambience is good, very close to railway station. So makes it convenient for daily commuters or church visitors. The coffee served was bit sweeter than usual.. be particular to ask for the syrup quantity if you are picky about your drink..
