Kulcha Jara Hatke- Tadka Mumbai da..paani Amrutsar da. Don’t take the slogan for granted guys... cos the water is actually brought all the way from Amritsar ( the land of Golden temple). You need to come and enjoy the food here to understand and appreciate the “ Thet pindi style food “ or in litteral sense the authentic village taste and experience. Started the menu with a special Chaas and Kurkure Kichya regular and cheese papad to set the mood for a gastronomic experience. The journey continued with Mirch wala paneer tikka, paneer malai tikka, Tandoori aloo tikka, and masala tandoori soya chap. And can it get any better than to gush it down with a extra large copper glass of an awesome Punjabi Lassi. Still hungry... not done yet, no worries as here comes Amritsari Kulcha with pindi style Choley, achar, pyaz (onions). If after this your sweet tooth is still tingling do try the Crispy Chocolate Kulcha. Be here to experience the culture, the love for food and the wholistic gastronomic experience as I’d give full credit to the Management for taking the pains for getting even the water from Amritsar to cook food the authentic way. All in all good value for time, money and energy. I definitely vouch for this place.
