I set out with my friends to try Hungarian cuisine & visited this cafe which has a cosy & pleasant ambience with good music in the background. The owner and the staff are really polite and humble.
I tried out the Chipotle Chicken Kurtosh, the crust was crunchy and had a yummy flavoured filling.
We also had the Mushroom Peri Per Mac & Cheese pasta which was cheesy and also spicy.
Also the Loaded Chicken Nachos and Tandoori Chicken were good.
Overall I had an amazing experience.Should visit if you're around.

The owner was extremely polite, humble and helpful. The food was just amazing. Obviously, because food is freshly prepared/baked, it takes approximately 15-20 min to prepare. I tried amongst the Hungarian options suggested by the owner, himself and honestly a really good decision to travel merely to try their food.
There are board games too.

So last week i visited kurtoshh which is just opposite SNDT college on Juhu Tara Road. The ambiance was really good with good music going on in background. I ordered their Chipotle Cottage Cheese Kurtoshh and at first the size of it looked small but because of the filling inside is so heavy that this is enough for 1 person. Coming to taste of it. It was on an another level the taste was soooo good something so good i have had after a very long time. Next was their Mac and Cheese they blowtorch the mozzarella which goes on top so you will get a really good Cheese pull. The Mac itself was very soft and had good taste of Both the cheese. Lastly it’s their chimney cake which is a Hungarian dessert. It was very crispy and the one which I ordered was tender coconut flavoured and that flavour you were getting exdam aachese. Overall the experience i had here was just amazing and definitely a place I would again go to.
The owners of this cafe are one of its best features; they are gracious and accommodating. You can all tell that they put a lot of personal touches into making the cafe. The only drawback is that food preparation takes a lot of time, but that can be fixed later. You still get a good variety of foods.
Must try this cafe once if you are trying to catch up with your friends and family.

The food was soo soo good. Absolutely in love with their Peri peri Fries and Thousand chicken Kurtosh. The owner is so warm and kind that he makes sure you are comfortable and keeps asking if we like the food. Great ambience and the owner noticed that I was clicking pictures so he came and switched on all the lights🥰 Really good place to hangout with your friends. Worth a try atleast once tho if you go here once you will surely revisit😬❤️

One of the first places I visited post lockdown and must say this was definitely one of my favourites!
From the time I entered the restaurant this was a completely memorable meal.
Kurtosshhh has delectable food, great games to go along and the owner and staff are very interactive and will help you throughout.
They'll give you great recommendations and the pricing is also very reasonable!

*ITALIAN VEG KURTOSH*
Kurtosh is originally a Hungarian cake dish and this restaurant has perfectly implemented this. The Italian veg kurtosh was super cheesy and served in a pizza cone. Perfect portions for a single person! In all a must try and very cheesilicious dish!
*CHICKEN KARTOSS KURTOSH*
Literally the perfect dish in terms of quality, quantity, taste and everything! This was a truly magnificent dish. The portions were really good fot the price. This is more like a Hungerian pizza which is really cheesy! The chicken was very well cooked and the crust was crisp and great!
In all this dish was a true treasure to have and I highly recommend everyone to try this!

Two refreshing drinks to go with the magnificent Kurtosh dishes!
*JAMAICAN FRENCH FRIES*
Crisp fries with a slight hint of spice served with ketchup and mayo, this was a great side to have!
*PISTACHIO CHIMNEY CAKE*
A perfect dessert to end our perfect meal at Kurtosshhh! This Hungarian styled chimney cake is a must try for all the sweet tooths. My taste buds felt a very rich pistachio flavour on this dish that I completely loved!
Also had a great interaction with the owner and his son as well who told us about the heritage of the dishes and gave us great recommendations!
The ambience of this place is also quite good and they host small parties as well!
In all my meal at Kurtosshhh was a heavenly journey and I absolutely loved everything I tried there!

Few days back I visited this amazing place which serves Hungarian food at its best! The menu here is very huge and you'll be able to try all the best dishes of Hungaria at affordable prices. They have a open kitchen from where you can see how it is Made also there is another kitchen where non veg food is prepared so there is proper transparency. The ambiance is very pretty and comfortable. You can even arrange birthday parties and gatherings here. The management here is very kind. I had many types of dishes.

Memorable Night it was... Truly one of the best cafe in Juhu or mumbai so far.
Within This price range its impossible to find this type of place in juhu....its a low budget restaurant infact you can have your lunch and dinner on regular basis over here.
The best thing about this place is that they have come up something unique Hungarian street food...which explains that they bake their bread fresh and serve the customer so you will feel that taste of oven.
Next thing was the owner of the restaurant Mr.Piyush.He was the best personality i have ever seen...So Friendly with their customers that its hard to find that he is the owner or your friend...he entertained us so well that our night was more special because of him..
He shared lot of stuffs with us and gave us a practical knowledge of his baking and all the food related things.
We had a high quality of food here... Everything was healthy..
1)kurtosshhh cottage Cheese..
It was a kurtosshhh bread stuffed with baby cubes of paneer and cheese and mayo...it was crunchy from outside and soft from inside..the cost of this is around 80 to 90rs..
2)Burger
This was so good and so low cost burger...
It was a very delicious burger with cheese and pattice..the cost of the burger is usually 65rs inc all taxes.
3)Pizza (Highly Recommended)
It was such an amazing lifetime experience pizza for me...i never had this type pf healthy pizza wuth this kind of presentation anywhere...

After a longgg wait, I finally visited this place on Sunday for my lunch. So this place serves Hungarian Street Food & this was my very first experience. Their menu looked super tempting and I was so excited to try their food out!
Mr Piyush, who's the owner of this place, hosted us in a very courteous manner. Told us a few things about how Hungarian food which was pretty exciting to listen to! Ate everything as per his suggestions.
• Olive and Cheese Langos (5/5): So it has a base of deep fried bread. It was topped with some really good cheese and olives. Had such a great oregano flavour to it. This was something different, yes! You must have this!
Mexican Cottage Cheese Kurtosh (5/5): This had a tangy-spicy flavour to it. This was a chimney cone with the filling mentioned. Super easy to eat this one and so so yummy!
• Chicken Chipotle Kurtosh (5/5): This one was chimney cone filled with spicy chicken filling since it had Chipotle added to it. I finished this in what, 5 minutes? Yes, it's that delicious and you surely can't miss out on having this one.
• Veg Gulash (4/5): This was like a rice bowl. It had a barbecue flavoured gravy with zucchini and babycorns added to it. It's super filling!
• Mug Cake with Ice Cream (5/5): This looked hell a lot to it, but guess what? We ate it in one setting😋 Mug cake topped with a swirl of vanilla ice-cream. The warm cake went so well with the ice-cream. Yummy!
I am so gonna visit this place again! Very very sooooon!
They also have a upper floor where they also conduct parties with very minimal rent and food rates, you might want to consider that for a small gathering!

Have you ever tried Hungarian street cuisine? I hadn’t either, until yesterday. @kurtosshhh in Santacruz is so far the only restaurant in India bringing Budapest to Bombay (and other cities).
1. The first two pictures are of Italian Veg kurtosh and Chipotle Chicken kurtosh. A kurtosh is basically a bread cone with fillings. While you’re street hogging in Hungary, they hand you a kurtosh. And it stays with you throughout the meal, like an appetizer you can bite into.
2. The second dish is the miniature version of Langos, which is basically a deep fried bread that comes with a lot of toppings. This one was olive and cheese!
3. Veg Kartoos Kurtosh is a pizza like dish with lots and lots of cheese. If you check out the video, you’ll see the sudden pop of cheese. 😚
4. This is the Goulash. The gravy managed to be sweet and spicy at the same time and that is what is special about it. It is a rice bowl wherein the gravy can be customized but I would recommend this one.
5. Lastly, the Roasted Almond Chimney Cake is one of the most unique desserts I’ve tried. Crispy wafer like rings covered in chocolate and almonds: this concluded a meal perfectly!
The owner Mr. Piyush is a warm and amiable personality and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. They follow a strict transparency policy of an open kitchen wherein you can just watch what they’re doing while sitting outside. This helps more keeping in mind the covid situation. They also bake their own breads.
If you want to try out Hungarian cuisine and these pictures call out to you, this is the place to be! ❤️

Next olive oregaon Kartoosh Kurtosh - It's a pizza with Hungarian bread as base. This took time. So first bread base wasn't proper, so they had to prepare another one. So the process is difficult but worth the wait. The taste and the softness of bread is great and delicious.

It is located right opposite to sndt womens university santacruz. Its a small and cozy place with good music and lot of board games. They also have a guitar in case you like to play some. They specialise in hungarian food. The quality is up to the mark. So the dishes which we tried are as follows
1. Veg goulosh :- It is flavoured rice served with goulosh which is a hungarian gravy which has a lot of veggie. It is a good healthy fulfilling option
2. Safrany kulfi shake:- This was so good with the right amount to sweetness and the taste of kesar was perfect to refresh you.
3. Broccoli salad :- Another healthier option with their inhouse mustard sauce tasted very good
4. Roasted almond trdlenik :- It was kurtosh topped with chocolate and roasted almonds. This was the best of all things tried
5. Grilled cheese kartoos kurtosshh :- It was lavish dish with lots and lots of cheese and fillings
6. Chocolate langos :- It was kurtosh topped with chocolate sauce and chocobites
7. Mexican potato kurtosh :- It was cone filled with potato and mexican spices
8. Mug cake :- It is cake in a cup topped with icecream. The combination of hot and cold is perfect
Overall just enjoyed the ambience and the meal. The owner and the staff is really polite and humble. Should definately visit if your around. It is nearest to santacruz station.
