Good amount of sittings, enough staffs, good cleanliness. They do have table numbers here so your order can be served to you at your tables. Self-ordering machines so you can avoide queues. Washroom is available here.
Good food, good service and good ambience. Pretty spacious outlet with a pleasant ambience. Nothing to complain about. Staff is polite and helpful.
Slow service and usually is crowded so you don't get place to sit and eat 70% of time.

Air con not working very well. Still hot inside. The girls were very nice and helpful in their service. The coffee on Almond milk dud not taste very nice.

Very friendly staff nicely kept place clean washrooms and most of all upgraded ordering features to deal with the crowd.. ofc the menu and the food quality and taste is just like all other McD but what makes this place different is the crowd and the staff.. it has also got good seating arrangements which doesn't make it seem like too crowded despite of being one.. overall a good experience.. the best part they serve your order on your table.. 🙃and yes you do get unlimited coke here😊
This outlet of Mcd has a quite different ambience than others which is beautiful I loved the ambience. Also the service was amazing. We had Mc american cheese burger, Mc veggie burger, fries and a coke float. Everything was delicious. I especially liked the coke float quality of this outlet.
The place serves food at your table. The service was quick and the tables cleaned everytime. Tried the gourmet spicy burger the buns were soft and fresh. The taste was good.
The place is good with the great services and ya there interior is best as compared with other McDonald's yeah i enjoyed it and spent a great time over there loved it really
Excellent ambience, seems like a new place going by their cleanliness and fresh interiors.. better than other McDonald's outlet has a card machine that allows you to place an order by selecting option of your choice manually and hence saving on standing in the queue.. Staff is hospitable, courteous and friendly as well!

Post renovation visited Vile Parle West outlet for the first time.
The place is quite spacious with self order kiosk placed right next to the mc cafe.
Place was neat and tidy which was good to see.
We were 2 adults & 3 kids and ordered the following items
1 Pizza puff
1 Veg cheese burger
1 Large Fries
1 Mexican Aloo Tikki Burger
1 Veg Burger Meal ( Large )
1 American Veg Burger Spicy Meal (Large)
Swapped our soda drinks for lemon ice tea & green apple ice tea.
Our overall bill was approx Rs 900 /- which is alright for the items ordered.
Order was taken quickly but serve time can quicken up as they give you a table number and get your order directly on the table which sounds great but they get the complete order so you will have to wait.
Mc Cafe serves amazing hot & cold beverages and I would recommend order from there instead of soda drinks.
Veg burger with cheese was our favourite
Pizza puff was hot and tasty
Mexican Aloo was alright & I would stick to. Mc Aloo tikki burger.
American cheese spicy burger was a new addition and it turned out pretty good.
They served chilli sauce instead of regular ketchup which on request on given to us but be careful before you open the sachet to check which sauce was given.
Ice tea contained so much ice that I requested them to remove it & my glass was half full without my first sip. Quantity is really less for the price & it’s too sweet in taste
Overall service needs to pick up, ice tea is too icy & too sweet which needs to reduce to balance it out.
Bill accumulates very quickly so be careful while ordering as it gets expensive considering it’s fries, burgers (fast food)
Classic McDonald's experience anlong with McCafe. The place is large with lots of sitting area. You can order at counter or at digital kiosk. Great ambience and the food is as usual. There is also dedicated party area is one needs. Being near the station accessibility is also great.
Lovely food. At some places the tikis are given without tomatoes,not here. McD authentic taste found here!
Service is very slow in this particular MacD branch. And the music is a bit loud. But the food is as always delicious.
Located at 2 mins walking distance from vile parle Station(west) this out is newly renovated and the new look is amazing and have more seating facility available. They have 2 different counters for food and cafe and they also have LCD Displays for placing orders. They also have a different section available for party & celebrations.
They give you hot food, which somehow is better than the linking road bandra mc Donald's.
The place is well located, it is near vile parle station and close to one of the most famous colleges of Mumbai Mithibai. But the staff are not that good, some staff talk very rudely. Also they don't have a place to sit. Most people don't after finishing their meal.👍🏻
Service is kinda laid-back by the ordertaking staff (Parle-W)..as have returned the order many times over the years to have them redo/replace the same.
This is one of my favourite McD outlet. It's very spacious and always full of young crowd. I love sitting on one of the high stools near the cafe corner and enjoy my freshly brewed coffee.
You can walk in and order from the self service digital order machine. It's simple to use. And your order would be served at your table. Woah! But if you find it difficulf, the staff here is very courteous and helpful, especially with the kids.
During the pandemic and the lockdown, they have opend a take away counter. The service is safe and fast. They are also available on all the delivery apps like Swiggy and Zomato.
