Bhel was good but in Kolhapur , no one adds carrot in panipuri or shev puri, I have visited Kolhapur, so if you are giving Kolhapuri bhel , try to give Kolhapuri pani puri, shev puri etc so that people get to taste a different and authentic Kolhapuri chats and cuisine
Best place to hav chats.the spl churmuri is exceptionally good one of its kind in mysore and you can get lot of signature tastes such as palnit churmuri, sev masala etc.
Quantity also good fr the price.
Small outlet near nanjumalige circle ( they have branches now as well)..
It's BHEL is must must try. . They use unique 'churmuri',the bloated up one... Masala is good. And also served with raw mango.. I like!!
Vada pav is Oki... The vada is not consistent is taste though.
Other chats like tomato slice, nippat masala are good. Dahi puri s decent.
Don t order from Zomato it is cheating the customer why because Kolhapuri BHEL price is 40 in store and in Zomato it is showing 50 plus tax and delivery charges
Ordered sev masala and nippit masala and requested to pack the liquid separately but was already mixed and when it reached home both of them were softened, which we didn't like.
I ordered vada pav from this place.. It was at its best and my family loved it.. Recommended place for the chats and the bread was totally soft and yum totally loved it and all the best guys!.
It has got lots of option to taste...but all churmuri tastes almost same...the quantity they give is too much..which v cant it n everything tastes sweet ...but kolhapuri bhel is gud ...with a raw mango n dahipuri is also gud

One of the popular chat huts in Mysore the taste of their dishes is quite good but the pricing could have been a bit on the lower end of the spectrum due to the fact that there are no seating arrangements but the bhel they offer is their speciality as the name suggest and it doesn't let the name down , other chats are fine too. Service is good
Quick bite of Street food
Ambience not so okay
Crowded
Quality overrides quantity and price
Dahi puri and Behl puri are simply amazing
Fairly friendly staff
No place to sit.
I was driving towards Nanju malige when I saw a place with the name 'Kholapuri Bhel' but it was closed as it was a Monday.
The name caught my eye and I wanted to try this place out which I did only to get to know that such a dish by the name Kholapuri Bhel existed. I immediately ordered one and was amazed as how good it was. It's nothing like the normal Bhel Puri we all have had. It's dry and more spicy and hot with more onions and sev, a distinct tanginess to it and it was yummy. What makes it even tastier is the spiced mango pieces that's added a topping with a friend chilli with it. A spoon of Bhel and a bite of the mango, yummmmm...
For all those who haven't tried Kholapuri Bhel yet well I will say start here.
Their other items are good as well, the special churmuri and nippit masala.
They probably make the best vada pav in Mysore so that's a must try as well.
Kholapuri Bhel and Vada Pav is a must to enjoy a pleasant evening with friends/family.
Kolhapuri Bhel, Nanjumalige Circle, Agrahara, Mysore
When they are so confident about the bhel they make( they have named the entire place as Kolhapuri Bhel!), We should also try this without any doubt!
One had to collect the token as its prepaid, once your turn comes they will call the token number and you have to collect it.
Kolhapuri Bhel differs from the normal bhel available at regular Panipuri vendors. The puri (puffed rice) used to make that is not the usual puri used to make churmuri, the puri is slightly shorter in length but bigger in size, it is added with spices which resemble the 'Masala Mandakki'. As they claim, they will get that puri from Kolhapur itself!
To that puri (puffed rice), they will add finely chopped onions, coriander, chat powder, pea nuts but the best thing which gives the taste is the sweet made of tamarind, dates and jaggery which is very thick and has sweetness to the core. So overall it is spicy, sweet and little tangy in taste. Garnished with their 'trade mark' item, the 'marinated and fried chilly', along with that, they add a small slice of mango.
Vada Pav, we had great expectations about that but it was bit let down.
There is saying, "One should earn bread on their own", Likewise we shall slightly alter the saying as "One should bake the bread on their own!"
Yes the real problem of vada pav here is the pav they use! They won't bake the pav instead they will buy it from other vendor so manytimes they will give sweet pav or bun which spoils the true essence of vada pav. Inside the pav, they will use a cutlet made of aloo and dal which is crisp and good to eat. They add pudina chutney on top and tomato chutney to the bottom. Overall one can have a try coz of the name.

One of my most favorite places for churmuri and bhel. Do try the palanit churmuri- has a chutney pudi which is incomparable to any other churmuri I've eaten. Of course, the kolhapuri bhel is delicious too, my favorite being thw preserved chilly it's served with. The vada pav is crispy and bursting with flavor. Finish off with a soothing crunchy cold tangy dahi puri :)
Kolhapuri is one of my favorite grub spots of Mysuru. I have been enjoying Bhel since 5-8 years roughly. Every Time I visit the taste is consistent and that why I love it!
Along with my review, I'd love to share my course at Kolhapuri Bhel centre:
-First I go for Vada Pav: This is served in the classic Maharashtrian style, its classic and no has no fusion. Always served hot.
-Second choice would be Kolhapuri Bhel: Novel to Mysuru but has its unique taste of sweet and spice with onions, tomato, greens, etc. served with a piece of briefly dried green chilly and a piece of mango (ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ).
-Alternative second choice Palnit Churmuri: This chaat is absolute delight. Because this Churumuri is spiced up with five types of grains and spices combined into masala powder/tatemaker! Its spicy and its tailored to taste well!
- Third choice "The classic Tomato" : The dish is not called "the Classic Tomato", I'm just making it up! The Tomato slice is one of the classic things you get at chaat outlets. And why mention this here? Because they serve one of the best Tomato slice here, yes no wonder you think I'm exaggerating. But When you eat one you'll agree with me; served with fresh/juicy tomato slices topped with spices, lemon, carrot, onion, coriander and puffed rice! The fresh coriander topping feels so special, I feel good when I taste fresh greens!
- To end the course "Dhahi Puri" : This is definitely is worth eating here because of good curd, veggies, shades of chaat masala makes it a winner! Most of the times I don't get out of her without eating Dahi puri.
Phew.... The next thing I do is call up home and say, "I've had my dinner!"
When I started working on my food review show on YouTube, this was the first choice; we got first hand info on all of these chaats from them. If you are interested to check the show, search for "Mysoora Paaka" on YouTube.
I have been visiting this place since they had lorry (gaadi) in Agrahara. This eating joint serves Maharashtrian and South Indian thindis. My favorite is
kolapuri bhel
Garlic churmuri
Tomato churmuri.
Place is bit conjusted ,I always prefer to takeaway. This place is perfect for churmuri lovers .. And is only place is Mysore which serves kolapuri bhel.
Must try
Nipit masala
Tomato churmuri
Kolapuri bhel
I visited this small time eatery after recommendation from my colleague and I will visit this place again.
Run by a family, Kolhapuri Bhel offers a lighter, tastier version of Bhel that we are normally used to. No gravy masala to make the puffed rice soggy! No endless pinch full of masalas sprinkled over the dish for added flavours.
The bhel served here feels fresh and makes your tongue drool with burst of sweet, sour and spicy flavours topped with a piece of pickled raw mango and vinegar soaked whole chilly!
Apart from the bhel, the eatery offers a range of churmurris (snacks quintessential to North Karnataka and Maharashtra) and Vada Pav.
A good place for quick snack!
Location: Doesn't matter! This place has a prominence of itself.. People travel from all over Mysore to munch on the bhel!
Ambience: Its a road-side eatery (in a shop, of course) where you can either stand and eat or just take it away.. The place itself is maintained well, if not bad..
Food: A 4! Yummy and mouth watering is all i can say!
Service: A self service eatery, but follows the bank teller system (token no. and call out method)
Price: A 4.5!!! No dish costs more than Rs. 30! and quantity is good too!!
Want something different in Chaat! a Must Visit!!
One of the best chat centers in Mysore. This shop is run by women. They are famous for their sabudana vada, kohlapuri bhel.
Tried their vada pav, it was so tasty.
Took their signature dish Palanit churmuri which has their in-house ingredients like chutney powder, coconut flakes. It was spicy and tasty too. Do try them you will get a different taste from the regular churumuri.
Sabudana vada was hot crispy and tasty with chutney.
Kohlapuri bhel and dahipuri was good.
Nice place to visit for a chat centers in Mysore. This shop is run by women. They are famous for their sabudana vada and kolhapuri bhel. Please visit this chat center shop and support women.

Do visit this place without miss
The location is around 200m ahead ( near Nanjumalige Circle ) from where it is currently shown in maps. Location edits are not getting updated for some reason.
This place offers good and unique Bhel Puris in town. Palnit Bhel is their unique offering and it's a must try. The show in run entirely by women, and they do a good and efficient job in running it.
Must try: Kolhapuri Bhel and Palnit Bhel.
The owner and staff is really kind and polite.
Definitely recommended ✅

The only place in Mysore where Kolhapuri Bhel is available.
I am a fan of this place since from 2016. The Bhel here has unique taste and is a must try place in Mysuru.
Price may look little higher but it's worth. Taste very nice and good staff and owner.
One of the best places to try chaats in Mysore is Kolhapuri Bhel. They dont have any seating arrangement though.
We tried their Pani Puri which was great. But their best sellers are the Kolhapuri Bhel and Sabudana vada. The bhel is a mixture of sweet, tangy and spicy flavours and not to be missed. The Sabudana Vada is another delicacy while is crispy from the outside and soft from inside. Comes with 2 chutneys one sweet and the other spicy.
Best place in Mysore for chaats. There prices are quite nominal.
One of the best chats center in mysore.
There authentic Kolhapuri Behl must try!
All chats are tasty and yummy 😋
They have recognised and certified by many food critics. Do visit the place!!
And yes they don’t have any branches.
Tasty and clean short eats place.
They are really good at Maharashtrian snacks, I like their vada pav, sabudana vada and of course their signature dish Kolhapuri bhel. They also make other regular chat items like masala puri, pani puri, dahi puri, and also mirchi bajji, plantain bajji and others.
Best place for vada pav and bhajji.. they make the patte very fresh. After you order vada pav they prepare patte. After you order bhajji it will be put fresh into oil and will given to you steaming hot. Must visit for the ones who like to eat their food hot and fresh..
Small place
Good chats
Not the best but good and slightly different taste
Being a Maharashtrian I would recommend the Vada Pav. The Pav obviously will not be the same but the overall package is close enough.
One of the best places in Mysuru for delicious Kolhapuri bhel! 😋😋
Famous place for chats. Taste was ok but price is more.
Amazing taste...went by reviews ...was not disappointed...must visit..Since being brought up in mysore I hadn't come across this taste. This is run by only women and the cashier is the only male guy which was a bit weird, all said until the taste is fine no compliants. Will go to this shop everytime I visit Mysore now
Perfect snack place and worth visiting it🥰🤩
