Its a small food joint where u will get Chinese and continental foods at affordable prices. We took chilly corn pasta which was exceptionally good. It doesn't hav large seating area and its self service. Its hygienic and quantity also worth for the price. Triple schezwan is my personal favourite.

Very tiny place with 2 tables for seating. We ordered their wrap and triple Schezwan which was good. Best part was we found Limca in those glass bottles giving a nostalgic feel. The only thing is they do not give u extra ketchup, sauces etc. Even inspite of asking them we did not get any ๐
Italian dishes at Basanth's Roving feast are amazing, budget friendly too. You can find delicious Italian dishes here. Visit once to taste them.
I have tried the Veg ball Manchurian, Veg Noodles, Chilli Cheese Corn Pasta and the triple schezwan while being here on multiple visits. Pictures attached. What i loved the most was the pasta. Was really good. The noodles and Manchurian were good. The triple shezwan was super spicy, people who love an extra dose of spice can try this. The ambiance is, decent. The place is small with tables and chairs, very basic. The staff is polite and helpful.ย The place is very budget friendly, with good quantities served at affordable cost. This is a pure vegetarian outlet. Recommended to fellow foodies to give this one a try!

This Chinese food place in Mysore is where I had one of the spiciest and kickass noodles. The owner was very friendly n receptive, and he was the one who asked me to go for the Triple Schezwan special right away. It was a mix of rice, soft noodles and crispy noodles with an overload of Schezwan sauce. The burst of extreme spice just hits the spot and they just nailed it! It was very easy on the pocket too.
P.S.- Just loved the confidence of the guy- when I asked about the specials of the place, he unhesitatingly said that they are the best Chinese food place in the whole of Mysore and everything over there is good. He wasn't lying! Cheers, brother! :)
One of the tastiest foods I have ever had. Had Veg Ball Manchurian and Veg Pasta.Was Blown away by their taste and hospitality. 10/10 would recommend.
This is undoubtedly the best place to eat Thai balls and noodles. Or should I say it is the best place to try some amazing food.
There is no compromise in the taste.
You better pack your food and eat it in your vehicle as the space to sit is limited to 5-6 people I suppose.
But they serve mouth watering food. So one should visit this place at least once.
Small little outlet, with 2 small tables which can seat 4 people. They have few additional chairs and small platforms where you can sit and enjoy your food. They have a very good menu with lots of interesting dishes(only vegetarian though ๐). They serve soups in small cups but was very nice. Starters are all worth a try. Fried Rice also is recommended.

The food here is just amazing and it's a great place to get a takeaway or hang out with friends for a short while. (Limited number of chairs,I end up standing and eating quite a few times).They serve pretty quickly too given the number of people waiting.

A great place that serves fresh hot and very tasty food. The service is a bit slow as they prepare everything fresh but the wait is worth it. Had baby corn Satay and cheesy chilli corn pasta. The baby corn Satay was perfect and the dip sauce was great. The pasta had the perfect mix of cheese and chilli flakes.

It is a small eatery located next to just bake. The place is clean and there are a few chairs and tables however I prefer take away or home delivery as the best option. The noodle is pretty good and so are the starters. It is pocket friendly and serve sufficient portions.
Wouldn't hesitate to say tat this is the best place for Italian food in Mysore.

Yummy food. it's a small outlet near VV mohalla. Food here is really tasty. Best thing here is Mashroom special. worth of money. I could have given 5 starts but only thing lack behind is their ambience but still don't miss this place.

The picture of Magic Mushroom caught our eyes and so we made a visit to this place. And truly it was worth it! Just loved the specialties of this outlet! Yep, it was a start with Magic Mushroom dish which was tooo yummy. Would like to add that soup wasn't that great. We tried veg club sandwich, which was also a regular sandwich, nothing that great. Still, It's a do visit place and do try their special dishes and pastas.

A small outlet with a well made and focused kitchen having less than 15 chairs to accommodate in its eating area.
With Italian cuisine being its forte, the kind of pasta they serve is decent but not special enough to comeback for. Sandwiches were really great especially the cheesy ones. Noodles were full of veggies that was great but they missed on the salt measure which according to me was higher than needed.
Service was good enough. One thing to note is that the place charges for each separate plate you ask for.
Ambiance is minimal as it is a small outlet.

A very small place in vontikoppal 5th main. There is seating accommodation for just 8-10 people. Food was quite good here. The soups, pastas, burgers ,fried rice and starters were all very much well Cooked and the essence was concentrated giving you a good smell and flavouring tasty food. One dish with didnot meet the expectations was gobi. It was too crispy and hard. But never the less price is budget friendly and having a pleasant flavour of food was stand out. Being a vegetarian myself, i already have less options to explore , starting with my first today, I visited Basant roving feast. About food , in one statement it was hot and spicy. Pasta , is the most ordered dish to my observation.To an extent , pocket friendly. Ambiance needs an improvement, too many flies around. It is a after dinner / less hunger situation types place.

Its an small eatery outlet next to mahalaxmi sweets,generally throng by youngsters.
They have a cool menu with multiple options for noodles,pasta,sandwiches and rolls.
Now what is the highlight of this place?
It is the hot piping food they serve which is easy on pockets and a treat to your taste buds.
Our Order based on what I read on zomato before visiting the place:

Veg triple schezwanLoved them all.
Only drawback I felt were the plastic forks and spoons which sometimes where making difficult to eat.
I did suggest the owner to make proper spoons available so that people enjoy the food more but he stated that during rush time crowd really doesnt pay attention to cleanliness and put all the plastic cups and stuff on the ground.
Would like to appeal to all the people please do help the joints in maintaining cleanliness and put the trash in dustbin.

This place is classy, however there's very limited place to sit. But if you're looking to take food home this is totally recommended. We had tried lemon veg ball Manchurian, triple schezwan rice , Chinese bhel and white sauce pasta. Everything tasted quite great. Pricing is decent for the quantity.

It's like a must visit... Trust me!! Everyone will have something they love there.... It's like one of my new discoveries..... I just regret I didn't find it earlier... But still better late than never right??๐ My personal favorite there are the pastas.... Try their very veggie and pesto they are yummmm!!!!๐๐ Some of my friends loved their rice recipes and others their burger and satays... They are good too..... Definitely a place worth trying.... First thing first, this is not a restaurant; It's an eatery. Located very close to the Loyal World on the V. V. Mohalla, this particular eatery is known to be a favorite among a lot of college students, youngsters and families.ย
I happened to talk to the guy who runs it and he has had an experience in the kitchen as he worked abroad as a Chef for quite some time. They have a very decent, different and a limited menu, with a few innovative dishes which you won't get anywhere in Mysore.
Coming back to the ambiance, it's more of a standing eatery; It's hard to get place to sit and gets congested if you even try that.ย
Their service depends entirely on the crowd. If there's a lot of crowd, you'll probably have to wait for your order to be served in about 15-20 mins, else max in 5 if you're lucky! The owner is pretty friendly.
Coming to the best part, the Food! It's really good here. Till data there was nothing that disappointed me here. Elaborating further, I haven't been too experimental with my orders but I've tried the following:
1. Chilli Cheese Pasta - Amazing! Hot! Cheesy! Worth it! The quality speaks for itself.
2. Mushroom Magic - Scoops of Mushrooms cut into the ring shape, fried from the outside and filled with Cheese in the concave part was again something that is innovative. It's not only a feast to the eyes but also tasty.ย
3. Triple Schezwan - If you're craving something spicy, this is the THING for you!! A mixture of Rice, Noodles and Crispy Fried Noodles, tossed thoroughly in hot schezwan sauce makes it spicy, crispy and addicting at the same time. A must try!
4. Veg Burger - The patty they use is amazing! It's not a ready made patty. It's big, it's filling and it has a lot of filling. The patty is soft and melts in the mouth. Loved it!
5. Baby Corn Satay - It's hard to find Satay in Mysore except from a couple of very premium restaurants. I'm not a very big fan of this particular one but the sauce they prepare it in is amazing, thick and spicy. This again is a recommended dish.
I've seen people order Pulao pretty often.
Overall it's a must visit place.
It is a small joint located in VV Mohalla serving some amazing Italian and Chinese food.
Their menu boasts of some unique varieties of some well known dishes. Each and every dish they serve here tastes really yummy and leaves you wanting more. We were a group of 6 families and got to taste a lot of their dishes.
We got to taste:
Mushroom Magic, Baby Corn Satay, Lemon Vegetable Balls, Veg Balls Salt & Pepper, Cheesy Chilly Corn Pasta (White Sauce), Veg. Fried Rice, Chilly Garlic Noodles.
Each of the dish I tasted was exquisite. My personal favorite being the Lemon Vegetable Balls, Veg. Balls and Chilly Glic Noodles. They are open to customize your dish the way you want which makes the dishes all the more tastier.
Though the place is pretty small, there is ample space to sit right in front of the joint. People can also park their cars close-by and have it seated in their car.
I am sure to visit this place every time I am in Mysore.

Roving Feast is a small but probably the best Chinese and Thai food joints/restaurants in Mysore.
The reason as why i tried this place was the fact that 1) the Roving Feast in Bangalore, both the Italian and Chinese outlets are simply amazing 2) in search of good Chinese/Asian food in Mysore and it did not disappoint me one bit !!!
Located on one of the cross streets in Gokulam on the road harboring the Malalakshmi Sweets Outlet in Golukam on Temple Street, is a small outlet with limited vegetarian options but yet very delicious and yummy Chinese and Thai food.
The appetizers are delicious and taste like no other food outlet in Mysore and kinda remembers you of the time one would have had authentic or close to authentic Asian cuisine.I have most of the appetizers here with the best ones being Babycorn Chilly Fry, Thai Crispy Vegetable balls and Schezwan Cottage Cheese !!! Of course the Gobi/Vegetable balls in Garlic/Schezwan sauces also stimulate your taste beds and lemon vegetable balls pretty good as well.
The Soups are hot and tasty and are served in one of a kinda, Roving Feast special Soup cups. All the four soups are good and worth a try !!! ( Sweet Corn Veg > Lemon Corriander > Veg Manchow > Hot & Sour ).
Honestly i have never tried the Rolls and Sandwiches but the pastas and the Chinese, Thai, Asian dishes are really a must try.
My personal favorite being the Triple Schezwan Crsipy Noodles and Chilli Pineapple Fried Rice. The Schezwan Rice/Noodles are definitely stimulate all your taste buds with not so great interest on the Cottage Cheese Tawa Pulav, which i feel they have gotten it horribly wrong.
The Pastas arent really upto the mark but they are good enough i guess with options of Red, White and Pesto Sauces. Probably would rate the pastas at 3.25/5 for their taste and quantity and also the price.
The Biriyani and the Satays are definitely worth a try but the Triple Schezwan being a MUST try here.
All in all an amazing Asian Food Outlet, giving importance to the Asian cuisine taste with a reasonable price and super fast service.
Its a go to place for me when i feel like having a good Chinese/Asian/Thai food in Mysore.
Pluses:
1. Menu: Interesting unique dishes on the menu that you might not have tasted elsewhere: Soups. Chinese / Thai, Burgers, Pasta, Rolls.
2. Good Food: I tried the Triple Schezwuan (very good), Gobi Schezwuan ( Tasty) and the Chilli Pineapple Fried Rice (very good). All of them unique and tasty.
3. Reasonable Price: Between Rs 60 - Rs 70 for the starters and Rice/Noodles and Rs 100 for Pasta
4. Quick Service: The food is prepared very quick.
5. Customization: Please speak to the owner who sits at the counter for suggestions and customization of your order.
Minuses:
1. Quantity of food: one order of rice/noodles serves 1.5 people. But for the low price i guess it is reasonable.
2. Mostly Takeaway: There is hardly any place to sit. It is mostly for takeaway.
Final verdict: Great place to try some unique dishes at a reasonable price
Cute little outlet tucked opposite loyal world. The food is your average everyday indo chinese. Had the thai crispy vegetable balls, wasn't authentic thai but delicious nevertheless. The triple schezwan fried rice deserves a special mention too!
A good place for an evening snack... Have been there a few times.. famous for their pastas and also few of the mashroom dishes are worth trying.

This eating joint servers really good Indo-Chines food and probably this is the only few places were u get Franky aka katti rolls. I had ordred katti rolls, it was good but not the best one ... Felt the wrap would have been bit more crispy but the stuffing was good,stuffed with Cabbage ,mayo and other veggies. Katti rolls made me to try few more stuff here I ordered triple schezwan which was combination of noodles , crispy noodles and rice ... It was fab ... I enjoyed every bit of it !! Quantity was like jumbo...
This joint serves only veg food. Place is bit conjusted if u r with family or with group of friends u have to manage either standing out or you have to manage few seats which are available @ eat out joint. Prices are reasonable.

I liked the new concept of this food joint. Usually we get pastas at big restaurants or hotels but in this small food outlet will get yummy and delicious pastas for very reasonable price.
The starters were very spicy and tasty.
I have tired many types of pans. But here we get a different type of pan - "chocolate pan" it was very tasty.
In this outlet you can't expect for a good ambience ( no proper seating arrangements) here. But can expect for a tasty food ..
