Taaza - Mysuru (Mysore) - Photo album

Visited for lunch on weekend. MTR thali is ultimate. Enjoyed the authentic South Indian food starting from hot served pooris, dosas followed by obbattu, bisibelebath, pulao, rice, sambhar, rasam and curd rice. Ending with desert and paan. Highly recommended if you love vegetarian South Indian food.
This place is right on the main road. Ample car park space is available. It's basically a famous restaurant chain. Delicious south indian delicacies are up on the menu. I loved the dosas(there are different types) and rava idly. Very affordable and worth a regular visit if you are in Mysore.
Menu is typical MTR style as it belongs to the same chain of restaurants. Bisi bele bath and masala dosa are must try. Coffee was ok and bit sour. There is enough sitting space but can get crowded during weekends and people may need to wait for a while. Also there is ample space for parking.
On a non busy weekday we tried breakfast idli, dosè and uddina vadè. Not upto the mark of MTR but was OK, not too great not too bad. Not sure if we got a diff chef on our visit. Masala dosè was not cooked properly and vada was not hot neither crispy, We visited just before lunch around 11:20 am.
One of the best places to have South Indian food in Mysore. The South Indian Thali was delicious.
The restaurant serves tasty food items. Service is excellent here and the atmosphere inside is nice.
We had special lunch on Sunday. 10 of us were hungry after traveling from Bangalore. The food was awesome and it felt like food served in a marriage. They started with pallya and then masala dosa, poori, vegetable pulav, bisi bele bath.. the food kept coming and they were insisting on trying all
Authentic south indian food! Simply delicious!
Iconic Mavalli Tiffin Rooms (MTR), Bangalore has started a branch in Mysore. The location, ambience, interior, and other amenities are excellent. The food is very tasty and up to MTR standard. The service is good. We enjoyed Masala dosa and filter coffee. The price is a bit expensive!!
Typical MTR style food. All the special meals were amazing. The quality is very close to the one in Bangalore Lal Bagh Restaurant. You will be fully satisfied if you love south Indian food
A really good place for breakfast. There's always some crowd here but that's just a testament to the good food they serve here. Loved the kesari baath. Highly recommended 👍🏻
I am delighted to write a 5-star review for MTR restaurant based on my recent visit. The experience was exceptional from start to finish. To begin with, the ambience was great. The restaurant was well-maintained, and the seating arrangement was comfortable. Additionally, there was ample parking spa
Been visiting MTR restaurant in Bangalore and now glad to know they have opened up in Mysore..food quality and taste is similar to one in Bangalore. Place gets crowded during peak hours but it's worth to wait for your turn to have scrumptious food. Don't forget to end your breakfast with filter coff
Authentic food properly made with very good taste. Good ambiance and well maintained place. Must try place for South Indian food.
Ambience is good. No extraordinary frills, very basic, but serves the purpose of having tasty food. The South Indian varieties are traditionL. The wow! Factor was definitely missing. There is lot of hype about this place. But this place keeps a simple promise of delivering basic and tasty food i
The MTR special masala dosa was really delicious. They serve it hot with chutney, sambar and ghee.
