When it comes to good thali restaurant, Thaat Baat always pops up in my mind. The place is legendary, very clean and hygienic. Loved their thalis. It’s unlimited and damm tasty.
Absolutely a perfect place to try realising for , they serve you with a huge veg thali consisting of 3-4 sabjis , daal bati chutka and accompanying them are the Bajra roti and makke ki roti. The complete meal is served at a very reasonable price.
Nothing can be a better option if you're searching for a Thali Restaurant in Nagpur, Staff behavior is ok but not very delightful, Sadly they've stopped moving Cart for Bajra roti which was their niche earlier
Veg thali lovers do visit. It is one of the most tasty and awesome thali place. Brand haldiram. No need to say more. Spicy food lover gets lil disappointed but once a while u can have non spicy n different food. Orderd rajwadi thali and it was grt.
Love this place! Inspite of coming from a home which would, at any given time, prefer meat eating, I have a very queer affinity for the place. The thalis are delicious. The new renovation is a delight! (P.S. I liked the old one more)
Ambience, service and food is good.
The thali has been set well. Except for finding dahi Bhalla a little too sweet, we loved almost everything. Dhokla was amazing and gatta in dahi curry was tasty.
In all I would suggest it for a good family outing for authentic Indian food.

This is essentially a vegetarian thali restaurant. There are 4 types of sabji, roti, bhakri, farsan, dal, kadhi,rice/khichdi, dahi wada and a sweet. Also they serve amazing jaljeera and chhaas at the start. Everything is delicious, with very less oil, and good quality. One of the best places in nagpur for home like comfort food.

They serve great food on Sundays. The variety they serve at that price is quite astonishing and the food tastes great. You won't regret spending your money here. This is of the best places for dinner on Sundays. Ambiance is not that great but you'll enjoy your time. The food keeps flying in. You gotta keep up the pace. The staff is nice and responsive.

Ordered Rajwada Thali. Food arrived in time and was neatly packaged.
Thali was really extensive and had 5 Fulka Rotis, Rice, Two types of dal including Panchmel Dal, 3 types of Vegetable Sabji including Paneer Sabji, Dahi Vada, Bengali Sweet, Rice, Pickle, Papad, Salad and One Farsan (some Pakode).
Food was really filling and delicious.
I just felt that it wasn’t freshly packaged after receiving the Order but was already packed and was just delivered, as evident from Farsan being very cold.
The packaging was really appealing and great and wet tissue, mouth refresher, tooth picks and salt in sealed packets were additionally provided too.
A nice family place to have a very good vegetarian food. Good ambience. Located at the heart of the city, is one of the go to place for food lovers.

You get a complete rajwadi thali including 6 different dishes along with "daal baatti churma" which is one of the best part! You get 3 different types of chapati viz. of wheat, baajra and maakaa..it's taste yummy and heavy with ghee and Jagger.
All the food is made completely in pure ghee.😍
Food is served with Jaggery and different types of pickles.
Served desserts:-
1.Dahi wadda
2.Bengali sweet.
And the best part is all these food (except for desserts) are unlimited!!!! 🤩🤩
All this menu keep changing according to week days or according to festivals, the day I visited was - Saturday ( on Saturday rajwadi thali is served) but the format remains the same.

Food is exceptionally good. Best place to visit with family and friends.
Taste of food was average, but the pickles made the meal a great deal. Expected ambience to be little brighter and cleaner. Staff was humble and attentive. 3 stars for food and ambience, additional star for pickles, and staff.
Decent place with average ambiance but Great Food. I like the service and food taste a lot. Such a Great Thali @Rs.210/- is justified. Thali was mix of North Indian, Gujrati and Maharashtrian cuisine.

Tried real hard to reach this place as there were lot of rallies going on in Nagpur and roads were closed on and off.
It was recommended by one of my friend and was not sorry to visit the place but at the same time not that happy.
First of all the dining hall was under renovation on the first floor and there was an adjacent shop converted into dining hall.
You need to take a coupon from the cash counter first and then entrer the dining hall.
It was carefully designed for 2 pax, 4 pax and 6 pax.
We were guided to the table and then came bright shining silver ware.
I wanted to handwash but there was no water in the tap but the waiter helped.
Food was maharashtrian styled and was great. The puran polis were stiff and made crispy brown and the amount of sweetness was just perfect.
The showcase was a small cart running around the dining hall serving missi rotis and jowar bhakri on the go, grilling over hot coals.
Jaljeera was quite subtle with hues of jaggery which made a perfect.
Only distractor was gulab jamun which was though good in taste but tough.
Maybe my palate was comparing it with mava bati and gulab jamuns of chappan dukan and sarafa in Indore which I happened to be there just two days back.
But still nice place to be there once.
Enjoy the silver ware.

There are plenty of options in every thing from snacks to lunch and dinner even you can buy item like dryfruit, sweet, and namkeen. They make new items for every festival and the pyaaj kachori is vary delicious at just only 20 rs they offer it. You will get Sweet of different range from normal paida to sweet like exclusive anjeer katli, gulab katli and many more. In namkeen there is no one take their hand in market. Talking about instant snack they offer khaman Dhokala, mung kachori, pyaaj kachori, samosa, paneer patties and many more with cakes and petries like choco volcano, strawberry island and death by chocolate, they have variety of range in this too. The staff is very supportive in case you need something or help.last but not least You can't forget about choco dip softy which comes just only at 19 rs.

We went for Lunch here and couldn't be more happier about the food. It's a thali system with range of options for everyone inclusing rajasthani dal bati, maharashtrian jhunka bhakar, gujrati kadhi, dahi wada, etc. The service was very good and we never had to wait long for anything.
Valet parking service offered is convinient as it's a busy road.

Place was bit cramped but otherwise everything else was nice, fast service, yummy food, filling and worth the money. Parking might be a big issue, try to park the car in the mall nearby.

Haldiram's Thaat Baat is only a thali restaurant with a sweet shop at the ground floor. And actually a yellow building, not the one with glass at the front, that one is also haldiram but it is below the Sitabardi metro station next to Bank of Baroda
