Have been visiting this place as first choice for dinner. Excellent authentic Chinese food. Perhaps the best in Nagpur. Polite, well behaved staff and nice ambience.
Finally found a place in Nagpur where the Chinese food tastes like the Chinese food back home (Mumbai / Goa). The set up is comfortable and the staff was very friendly with my little boy.

Had some really good fine dine experience at Mainland China!!.. The angara Chicken that I had was totally love!!... perfectly cooked with balanced and amazing smoky flavour. Although the Singapore Chicken rice noodles were little dry.Amazing ambiance!! Had a very good service staff too. Overall a great place
Ambiance, food & service at this outlet was really good, in short it's premium. Chicken Teriyaki was yummy, the curry kind of thing made out of cotton cheese, broccoli & zucchini was delicious and the Veg fried rice & Monchow soup were good as well. Overall, a great experience on 01.01.2019. A bit of music in the background would've made it even better. Definitely a must place to dine.

Authentic Chinese food, good service, great taste. This is a place which has standard mainland China offering across the country but the taste over here is very good. I had tried the veg soup with almond which is a must try. Overall a good place to go.
Few day back I visited this place. mainland China always my favourite for oreintal they provide wide range of buffets with lots of choices as well as alacart .but if i compare with Delhi or other city than yes need to more improvement on food & service.

Loved it, totally recommend it. Best place for authentic Chinese. Whatever I ordered was absolutely delicious and lived upto my expectations. Was really looking forward to try their chilli garlic noodles and drums of heaven in hong kong sauce were ohh so yummy. Daiquiri was perfect. Ambience is way too beautiful, staff and service were at their best. Perfect to celebrate ur special day.

I know almost all of us have been to Mainland China by now. But the reason I'm writing a review, that too a long one as this, is because there are just about a handful of restaurants in the city who have consistently served good food and provided great service without asking for much. We need to appreciate such places so as to keep 'em going and be an inspiration to others.

A Sunday isn't one unless there is some good food.
Since my friend and I were in mood for a lavish lunch and Oriental at that, we decided to go to Mainland China for their weekend lunch buffet.
Initially I was skeptical that the buffet wouldn't be an out-and-out Chinese one and that there'd be some Indian food as seen at most places. But Aryan, our guest attendant, assured us that everything that'd be served would be Chinese only and authentic.
We choose to go ahead with the non-vegetarian option and paired the meal with red wine : Sula Merlot. We were also told that we could have the vegetarian delicacies also if we wished to. (Unlike some restros where it's strictly-stick-to-your-choice.)
Food:
1) Soup -
The chicken 8 treasure soup was delicious, not heavy and a smooth beginner, indeed.
2) Starters -
Loved the - Chicken wings in chilli & basil, Pan fried chilli fish, Seafood fried wonton, Red curry chicken dumplings and Cottage cheese chilli soya. Even though all of these are red chilli based, none of them were zesty and fiery. It was perfectly spiced. On a side note: If you love spicy food, you might find it to be too subtle for your taste.
We found the crispy chilli potato, spinach & corn dumpling and the vegetables coriander sui mai to be mediocre. One could even call the last two items as simply 'ghaas-phoos'. :P
3) Main Course - Since we were stuffed with starters, we decided to go easy on the main course and tried only a few.
Loved the - Sapo chicken, Prawns in Thai green curry, Singapore chilli crab and exotic veggies in smoked chilli sauce. We had these with burnt garlic & egg rice and sichuan chicken hakka noodles.
4) Desserts -
Loved every dessert (Listed in the menu I've attached), except the apple cinnamon wonton. The carrot cake and red wine turned out to be a winning combination. Also, the banana pastry was something new and really good!
Service:
An extremely warm and welcoming set of staff that made our dining experience all the more better. On top of it, Aryan made sure we didn't have to leave our table for anything at all. He was always around and leading the train of food coming to our table.
All in all, an afternoon so perfect that my friend and I have decided to make it a monthly ritual.

I am fan of Mainland China. I have been to the one in mumbai for n number of times.
This was the first time i was visiting Mainland China in Nagpur.
The place is pretty big, and def the ambience gets big thumbs up.
I was lil hesitant since having tasted most of the dishes already in mumbai, what will the experience in Nagpur.
I must say the food is the main usp of the place. To my surprise/expectations the food served was great.
My tastebuds were completely satisfied at the end of the meal.
The only issue i felt was
1) That of the staff here as no one seemed to have good idea about the dishes since they cudnt explain things properly.
2) Most of the alcohol brands there on menu were unavailable.
3) The communication skill of the staff was not up to the mark.
Foodwise it was wonderful, only if the management takes efforts to better the service provided it will be an overall satisfying experience for the customers.

Staff was very good and warm. Aryan and team gave us very warm service. Food as usual was amazing seafood fried rice were excellent and prawns in hot garlic sause was the best till date. Had amazing time with friends and family.

4. Vietnamese clear noodle soup : it's water + vegetables , very bad 1/5
5. Hakka noodles sezuan style : very tasty , it was spicy and tasty :4/5 ( it's not in the menu)
6. Wok noodles : these are a bit sticky and the flavor is bland 3/ 5
7. Garlic rice : the flavor was amazing : 5/5 ( it's not in the menu)
8. Exotic vegetables brown gravy : this is like any other Chinese gravy with a lot of vegetables, we asked it to make it a little spicy for us , 4/5
9. Basil vegetables in clay pot : I love the flavor of basil so I loved the gravy , it is different in taste and a must try , 5/5
8. Mango pudding : It is tasty in it's own way , 3.75/5
The total bill was 2500.

So to start with the attenders aryan and Robbin, they were extremely courteous and well educated about the dish . And the dishes were excellent drums of heaven , fried wontons , American chopsuey . Amazing taste and decent quantity . Kids had fun and had a great experience.

Extremely Awesome cozy and comfortable Ambience with Happy and joyus staff. The most important is that the Staff is well educated about the recipe. Ask a dish and they wonderfully elaborate the Base and details.
Have tried out the following:
1. Chicken Eight Treasure Soup
Wonderfully Balanced with proportionate quantities of veggies, chicken. Was not over starchy with subtle use of cornflour. In short it was heavenly and full of flavour treasure.
2. Golden Ginger Fried Fish
Excellent flavour full of Sweet and Gingery tones. Mild on spices and aroma and colour. Extravagant off track highly recommwnded dish where people choose for Pan Fried Chili Fish. To be definately tried upon!
3. Darsaan (Crispy Fried Flat noodles with honey and almond flakes served with Vanilla Ice Cream Scoop)
Yummilicious delight to be had in a dessert to complete a meal with drops of heaven. The noodles were so crispy and no way chewy as we usually find nowadays at various places.
4. Jasmine Tea
This does not need any introduction and is rich in blissful antioxidants which helps digest all the sins which have been devoured on. A must to be had after a wonderful oriental meal at Mainland China.
5. LOVE
The love shared was infinite.

Food: In brief, Delicious. Succulent prawns, Dimsums, Mushrooms, Fish- Made to perfection. They could improve the quality of rice. However, everything was just right. My compliments to the Chef.
Ambiance: Elegant and peaceful.
Service: Extraordinary, efficient and helpful. My compliments to the management.
Location: Too far from the city center, and nearer to Airport. This place would be buzzing had it been located in the heart of the city.
Others: Some may consider this place a bit expensive, however, the portions are quite large and the quality of food is excellent. It is value for money and an excellent place for special occasions.

Great decor, nicely laid out Menus, prompt customer service, knowledgeable staff, great mouth watering taste, attractive looking food! All in all, a 10/10 experience.
They invited us for a complimentary dinner since we had a very bad experience last time which we had complained in Zomato. This time they made sure everything was perfectly cooked and were extremely friendly as well. The dishes were really tasty. One thing I would suggest is to add more starters . There are more options in the menu of mainland china, Bangalore like lotus stem etc which are really tasty. It's great to see restaurants making an effort to please the customer after a bad experience. Thanks mainland China, this time the dinner experience was really good.
This place is known by its name...i cannot say much to describe this place..will keep it short n crisp..The best Chinese u can have in town is here..give an absolute try to pan fried noodles,sea food fried rice, Smoked chilli chicken in mains and Singapore chilli prawns and assorted pepper chicken in starters..all d dishes were mouth watering..was overwhelmed by the service provided specially by Rabin and Pinaki..and Zomato gold added more happiness to the awesome dinner..So don't wait to visit the best Chinese eatery in the town..cheers🙂
This place is just AMAZING! The food is outstanding, ambience is awesome, everything is excellent. Can't say pocket friendly, but definitely should give a try! It is more than worth a try. Both veg and non veg dishes are lip smaking! Should definitely try Chicken in black pepper sauce, hot and sour soup, hot chocolate rolls! One of the best places I have been to for Chinese food. This places is really crowded on the weekends however the food is exceptionally good and tasty. Cocktails are decent as well.
What is the rate of buffet ....and if buffet service is provided why isn't it mentioned in more info...

Visited mainland china in nagpur for the second time and was a pretty gud experience i would say... the ambience is gud and staff are very warm..
Ordered 8 treasure soup, king prawns , thai style dumpling chicken for appetiser and starters . For the main course had tobum chicken fried rice and chicken cannibus.
The 8 treasure soup and prawns stood out exceedingly.. but was disappointed with the fried rice.. was very blunt..
Overall a gud experience as there r limited options for chinese food in town..

Mainland China is my favourite for executive lunches. The buffet offers a wide range of options to select from just for rs 370. Their soups and dumplings are very delicious. Also try their dragon chicken and devils chicken. Its damn yummy. For vegetarians i would suggest cottage cheese in pepper sauce/ devils sauce and veg dumplings in dragon sauce. Their darsans and chocolate rolls are one of its kind. I would suggest everyone to try this place. Also it has a beautiful ambience.
Iced tea was not satisfactory chicken in cilantro sauce was good corn cubes were ok but no worth the price rice noodles was ok spring rolls were ok coconut dumpling(dessert) was really good Choco rolls (dessert) was ok
But my suggestion pls serve the deserts in bowls makes it easy to eat

Huge seating area and classic mainland China ambiance. It was actually empty when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Quite surprised.
Ordered veg spring rolls, crispy chilly potatoes and toben’s chicken fried rice. Spring rolls were good but very oily. Crispy chilly potatoes was very tasty. Fried rice was also good. The portion size is huge.
The service was good. The meal cost us ~800 bucks. Overall felt they have maintained mainland China standards in their Nagpur outlet as well.
Been there 5 times, so obviously they serve great food. As a non vegetarian I am pleased by the food. But my wife is upset, last 3 times we have tried ordering tofu, corn cubes and it was unavailable.

I went there for dinner with a friend. Ambiance was just perfect and the service was good. We ordered Thai style chicken dumplings, Shanghai spring rolls and Chicken satay. Dumplings and spring rolls was so delicious but the satay was a tad bit dry.

Overall it was a wonderful experience.
So I have been to this place on twice, wasn't happy with the food the first time as I fell sick after eating it but the second time was much better.
Mainland China is a big branch and name in Mumbai and Delhi along with other metros and it was amazing to see it open even in Nagpur. They have tried to incorporate the same ambience and menu as its other outlets.
We tried the power lunch here on both the occasions and were impressed with the spread. This menu is value for money as the quantity and quality both surpassed our expectations. The soups and dimsums are definitely worth a try!! On the first occasion we tried the lamb as a main course and weren't so satisfied maybe because it was undercooked but the next time we tried the chicken hunan and it was amazing.
The service and taste of Mainland China always leaves you with a smile and their new buffet and brunch menu seems a good occasion to come again to visit.
This is the best place for Chinese dinner. I totally loved it. Every dish has its own unique taste. We had ordered king prawns, barbecued fish, dumplings, fish in clay pot, pan fried noodles. Prawns were the best. With each bite the taste got better and better. Service is prompt. Staff is welcoming. Interior is cozy. A Must visit place. Full marks to the taste.
After an above average first visit.. visited the iconic chain once again.. Nd this time I wasn't disappointed.. the food was delicious and the taste unlike other restaurants was mild and different which is typical mainland China... Previously Mainland China, this is in a way it's own new China. Cuisine remains the same but the taste seems different and good. I loved Jaiung's Chilli Chicken and would come back for more. Thai style Chicken dumpling was a work of art with a thin covering of dough, filling was okayish but I'm a little biased to street dumplings anyway. Ambience is good, especially the Chinese lanterns and antiques make it soothing to look at. The place can be a little expensive for friendly hangouts but is a perfect dine in for family and get together dinners. We watched India win against Pakistan today on projector so that's a definite add on, not sure how it is relevant but still. The staff is extremely polite and nice about everything. I talked to them and looks like we'll be getting a party zone soon. Not sure when it opens but I'm excited only for the food :p Would definitely go back again.
This restaurant is located near the Airport on the Wardha road. It has great ambience and the staff is friendly and courteous.
We ordered a fried Wonton, Garlic noodles and exotic vegetables gravy. The noodles with gravy were a little on the spicier side.
We also ordered mango and orange mocktails which were amazing. Do visit if you are at the airport and want a good bite or you want some relaxed and quiet ambience.
