Love. Yes, love. I loved the Ron Swanson with Cheese Cheddar (with add-on bacon strips).
When the Zomato Valet delivered the item, I was upset to see the size of it. Honestly, I was expecting a sandwich or a burger. But what was it? I quickly realised its worth when I picked it up. It was heavy considering its size. Then I took the first bite, and 🤤…
This is unlike anything I have ever tasted. And trust me, I have been places, ate things. It is layers upon layers of chicken, alternating juicy and crispy.
God damn! Why did I not find you before! I'll certainly shout-out to all my friends to give it a try.
I do have a question for the owner- What is this? What category does it fall? It's neither a burger, nor a sandwich. So what is it?
PS: For those of you who don't know who Ron Swanson is, he is a character from the comedy series Parks and Recreation.
It's been a while since I've acquired the taste of this place and I still can't find any other place to match them! Ordered 'The Ron Swanson' and if anyone is ordering for the first time here, I urge you to give it a try. The chicken was tender, the egg was perfectly cooked and the sauce is as usual rich with flavours. Worth the buck if you want to enjoy some flavours rather than your average food chains.
P.S. - Sorry for the bad picture, I digged into it as soon I got the order.
It was one of the best burgers that i had in the city. Rather I will call it the best burger place in the city. Got a takeaway today. The chicken popcorn is to die for. 5/5 for the food.
First of all I loved the packing very unique and I have never seen before I liked the theme of making burger a secret kind of a recipe so was already impressed with the burger before even eating

A meat lover can never get disappointed in here. Great burgers, and one can add on anything he or she prefers with the burgers. Menu isn't vast, but that's something that I like about this place, limited menu, less fuss about what to order and anything you choose is gonna trun out excellent, so no worries. Happy me!
Been frequenting this place often lately. Came to know of it through a Facebook group. Must say I'm really happy with the taste and cordiality of Harshal and his better half.
I've always just had the Ron Swanson and Masala fries. The Ron Swanson is nothing like you've ever had before - It is a Burger with no bread and instead you have crisp chicken over the patty. Proper meatlovers delight. I honestly can't get enough of it even if it means an extra 30 minutes on the treadmill.
My friend swears she hasn't had better fries anywhere in Nagpur.
Harshal is very cordial and accommodating.
I'd love to see these guys diverse out of burgers though, they are honestly excellent cooks.
Here's to hoping a lot more trips to the joint, I hope they can maintain the quality

This is a favourite from grad school days when the shop was actually a secret. Now that the cat is out of the bag it has just added to the delicious food these guys send out. The chicken popcorn is a classic love for me, but the fries were such a lovely surprise. It was extra crispy and not bland. We are able to eat it almost after 1 hour including delivery time. It was still crispy and not a bit burnt. The dip is to die for an oregano lover like me. Loads of love Harshal Bhaiya and Secret Shop. This place is by far the best burger place i have ever tried. The tagline no place fr vegans is best. I have tried almost every burger on the menu. But my personal fav is grilled chicken with mozzarella cheese. Even tried there new machette also n it was fab. The cheese inside that wrap was very mouth melting. Its awesome. What exactly is a Ron Swanson? I call it the protein overload. No bun burger. The Messy burger. Two fat slices of breast chicken marinated and fried in ‘secret’ spices and in between stuffed is cheese and goodies which melt with every bite. A disco of secret spices. Be prepared to make a mess and simply enjoy the meal.
Glad to have a place in Nagpur which delivers burgers with its own (NOT FROZEN) patties- juicy, cooked to perfection, yummy. The secret spices added to minced meat are truly appreciated! A good #burger is all about a good Pattie and a fresh bread. No loads of mayo and sauces, just a good burger - the way it should be.
👍 Highly recommended are the Chicken popcorns which gives #KFC some serious competition. healthier and yummier - you would feel the difference. Generous portion and complete value for money. Run by a chill couple, the place is extremely casual and doesn’t offer anything more than a clean place to sit and chill, apart from some lip smacking burgers 🍔! I want to go back and find out what is ‘ Machete’ and ‘DD’ 😀.

Hey, hey, hey.... it’s secret...shh.. a top secret. This secret place is located at Shewalkar Gardens , opposite VNIT. And yes, it’s strictly for non vegetarians only... or for chicken burger lovers we can say. Burgers at this place are simply amazing , and super juicy and satisfying,,,, bla bla I can go on. Seems like classic American style burgers. There is not much variety , but every single burger on the menu is must try. They have choice for cheese as well. Add ons are the best part , as it lets you customise your burgers as you want, and yes they also have BACONS in add on!! My personal fav is grilled chicken burger and Ron Swanson, both with cheddar cheese. The ambiance is quite simple and good hospitality. Ingredients used are quality and fresh. Best thing is it’s quite reasonable.

This post is sooo long due..i even forgot how long. But much needed coz it changed my life drastically. Let me not get into it since it's a really long story, will jus speak abt my take of this place n the yummilicious burgers they serve.
First I ordered the chef's recommendation, 'the fried chicken burger'. Have u ever felt that depressed in your life that u need some time off everything( little exaggerated😎). That was my mood when i first ate this burger n boom..i suddenly had the urge to get back to all my problems. I had this burst of flavours in my mouth, the mayo was something i had never tasted before, the freshness of lettuce n the sweetness of the buns added to my taste bite after bite..n in like four bites exactly i finished it off, who would stop eating it once u know how good it tastes. I didnt let any of my friends who accompanied with me to have a single bite, m not 'Joey' always, u just need to be at times. Drooling over my burger my friends ordered too.
'The pan fired chicken burgers' n 'the grilled chicken burger combo'. They turned out great aswell. I loved the juicy patty both the kind served. The mayo here they used was different which blended perfectly with the patty n of course the sweet taste of buns, just adds in flavour. One of my friend didnt want the burger with the sweet bun, the chef was very humble to serve her with the non sweet bun. The fries were good. Not too oily not too salty n they served it with some different sauce again. It was descent too, but the burgers won my heart.
A really bad day was again bright n shiny...i guess 'great' food does have that kinda positive impact on life.😋

we ordered a couple of pan fried chicken burgers and a chicken popcorn. the burgers were great and i can now tell that they are the best in the city. the chicken popcorn was hot and crisp when delivered. can be a great side dish with drinks. will order more soon.

The secret shop, located just opposite VNIT, is a hidden gem in Nagpur. With a very very small menu, it serves some of the best burgers in the city. The place is quite small, can sit around 12 people at one time. Even though the service time is slow, but the wait is worth it. The Mayo, the cheese, fried eggs and bacon - each of them is excellent. Go for fried chicken burger if you don't want traditional minced patty. The owner is extremely polite and caters to your needs. Overall, if you are looking for non-vegetarian burgers, this is the place to be in Nagpur.

We ordered their famous Ron Swanson and grilled chicken burger along with Chicken popcorn last Saturday. The Ron Swanson was superlative! deep fried, wonderfully spicy, crusty and juicy and filled with perfectly made sunny side up 🙂 One bite n the flavours just burst in your mouth...yummmmm!
The grilled chicken burger was a revelation . It was freshly prepared, extra juicy, nicely seasoned and the patty crumbled beautifully on biting... the best part? The patty was NOT frozen :)
The chicken popcorn was perfectly tender and moist inside and crisp outside. The sweet chilly sauce complimented the popcorn beautifully.
They delivered within 40 mins of ordering. Neatly packed food, perfectly hot and we polished them off within 5 minutes! No secret here, they are doing a fabulous job 🙂 Well done guys and thank you!

The best burgers in Nagpur at a reasonable rate, hands down.
They know their burgers, they know their fries, they know their chicken popcorn, and they have a secret- their secret sauce, which is quite unique.
The patties are cooked to perfection. The DD is an egg burger, and is amazing for its price. The fried chicken and grilled chicken burgers are scrumptious. The taste is unlike any other burgers I've had at burger chains. Also, the chicken in the chicken popcorn is flavoured, unlike quite a few versions of the chicken popcorn.
Downsides - secret sauce quantity is less. Also, would be better if they provided water for free. Service is a little slow, but the quality of the burgers compensates for it.

Excellent place for non-vegetarians, great food, reasonably priced.
We visited The Secret Shop for snacks. It is located in a hard-to-find corner on Gayathri Nagar, just near Reliance Fresh. The ambience is below average. No real thought was put into it, just some chairs and some tables. Seating is minimal, there is space for just 2-3 groups. Luckily, we managed to find a seat.
We ordered a Grilled Chicken Burger and a Double Cheese Sandwich Burger with Chicken Popcorn and fries (and a Coke, which the owner popped over to Reliance Fresh to get!). The burgers were divine, with a delicious patty and tasty dressing. The chicken was perfectly minced and tossed with vegetables and spices. The Chicken Popcorn was similarly excellent. It was just the right amount of crispy, not too little but also not too much, with the chicken inside tender and juicy. The fries were decent, but the sauce which accompanied the popcorn and the sauce was commendable. It was a honey-chilli sauce which is usually used to glaze chicken. It provided a unique flavour, certainly better than if a simple ketchup had been tossed our way.
The owner himself does the cooking and serving. Service is reasonably fast.
The price is very reasonable. Repeat visits here are possible and encouraged.
I highly recommend this place for non-vegetarians.
This place is heaven for burger lover if you are non vegetarian this place is not for vegetarian people. Burgers here so juicy and amazing in the taste. No other burger place is better that this in city.
Serivce is quick owner himself prepear all the dishes so you get it quick and uniform price.
Ambiance is average but you can compromise that for the great taste.

The Food is prepared with love, however, just a note to the owner not everyone will like lots origano on chicken popcorn try less cornflour and more chicken instead. The food was less oily and felt genuine love towards cooking. They provide Korean sauce along with their chicken popcorn. Burger was best and I choses cheddar cheese which goes perfectly with burgers, they also have burgers with mozzarella cheese which fealt alien to me so I didn't try. The staff is friendly so it's worth trying their burgers
Visited the new outlet and was greeted with a warm welcome by the owner. The experience was as always top notch and satisfying. Definately a must visit place for their fresh and juicy burgers. We tried the grilled chicken burger as it is our favourite here and the taste is still the same as it was few years ago.
Four stars assuming there's a scope for improvement in the taste as well as the ambience. As the name suggests, it is a little secret, you might spend time finding it in the shewalkar complex. Ambience is next to zero. But the place makes up for all of it with its unique taste of burgers. Never had a better chicken burger than here. The Ron Swanson is to die for. But it is Pure Non Vegetarian and all Vegetarians will have to settle for french fries :p
I had heard of The Secret Shop a long time ago and I'm so happy I finally got to visit. I had one of the best burgers in the city here today and I'm definitely going to keep visiting!
