One of the best places to eat good food in Nainital, Saraswati restaurant is located in Mallital, Nainital and provides good food at an affordable price.
The portions are sufficient and the staff is polite. All in all just a good place to enjoy a happy meal with your family or friends.

Had dinner there recently, ordered arhar dal butter chapati & mix veg raita... The dal was great in taste and quantity both. Raita & rotis were also good with a homely feel and tea was excellent. Service quite quick and courteous. Had poori bhaji on an earlier occasion and didn't find it as good as other restaurants in the vicinity, so deducted one mark for that... Still recommended
The place provided decent food at reasonable price.

The chapatis can be improved. The dough was not fresh but overall very good

Awsome restaurant in nainital.. Must visit to spend a good time. Staff and service are good. Give you time and cooporate for any small gathering they have place to cater about ₹150 people in case of parties. Also, great for a daily snack the offer tea, coffee etc.
A great place to hang out on a daily base, the food cost is quite nominal and the place offers something to people from every walk of life. They offer south Indian, north indian, chinese and local street food. They are quite famous for there momos, and dosas in town. A great treat for the pure vegetarian foodies out there.. A must Visit!!
This place i tell, is really good, no matter how many times i come to Nainital this has always been my favorite go to place. They are very hygienic and above all the food here is tastes real good and is economical.
One of the best things they serve here is their steamed dumplings (momos) they are really authentic pahadi monos and i just love them

I'm lucky i found this restaurant....to be honest the food is just delicious...the staff is very polite and helpful....the owner is also very softspoken....one should try every item on their menu..cuz everything taste's so good..... it'll leave u craving for more.... really enjoyed my time in this restaurant...

Located on the main road in market area ..this restaurant plus sweet shop is very popular in the area..
Gawar ka halwa tasted good and fresh .Sweets are in variety over here.
Chole bhature tasted good with chole which wasn't too spicy and tasted home like..bhature was big in size..and can refill chole
Veg momo is very good with 6 big pieces and chutney which was very good..

This place was really good. During our stay in Nanital, we mostly had our food fr Saraswati. It's a pure vegetarian restaurant and they try to serve food as per your choice. As we travel with our kids we prefer to have less spicy food and they tried to give them.
Food quality was good and the manager was so friendly and try to help as much he can. Even the staff member was gentle.
But during dinner, it's so crowded. Overall a good place to dine in or you can order online where you stay.

During the lunch time we were here for a quick bite than we tasted the food it's was mouthwatering and too good. Price is very reasonable. Taste made us to came back to have dinner. We ordered Dal Making, Handi Paneer and Mutter mushroom and we loved it.... the taste was super and I can't express more 👍👍👍👍👍must try once every one..... you'll worth it

Rajma chawal, Roti, aloo shimla mirch, jamun were amazing.

Samosa was also very good but only thing I felt was that instead of the filling being very smooth battered aalu, it should've been hand mashed to give a more coarser texture and an added taste
The seating area was okay, considering the small space and the service was quick, efficient and courteous
The price was also economically affordable and there were quite a few things on the menu for a filling meal like snack

Place at hill station where you can get tasty food. Variety is available in menu and specially masala dosa, chhole bhature and veg thali was awesome.
You can not forget to have gulab jamun there as it is the famous delicious sweet you can have.
This has been my go-to restaurant ever since childhood. Every time I want to grab a quick bite after shopping or running some errand, I usually end up visiting this restaurant. Have always fixed things to order- momos, idli sambhar, chowmein followed by lassi/cold coffee and gulab jamun and ice-cream. A good place to satisfy your hunger pangs without burning a hole in your pocket. Must visit for people at least once!
I ordered 3x from this hotel momos was really tasty dosa too as it is vegan restaurant i would recommend cheap and unexpensive restaurant for tourist
We went to their newest branch in Bara Bazar, total three are there almost next to each other.
- Nice and clean setup
- Quick service and nice servers
- Everything we ordered was good like Poori Bhaji, Chole bhature, Samosa, Momos etc
- Jalebi in original branch is also good
- Must visit if you are craving for non-pretentious and tasty food

Literally one of the best restaurants in Nainital for any kind of cuisine.
We went in October 2021.
Stayed for 5 days and ate at saraswati restaurant, all these five days.
My family and I were fully satisfied.
Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. Everything was so delightful and tasty that we couldn’t stop ourselves to visit saraswati restaurant every day.
South Indian and North Indian was perfect.
I would just say that Pizza wasn’t upto the mark.
If they could improve on that it will be great!!

It's very nice restaurant for fast food and routine food. You can also celebrate birthday here. Waiter staff is also soft talking and helpful. Half plate items in fast food are not available means half plate momos are not available you have to order for full plate. Overall quality is excellent
We just Loved the food. IT was really really delicious 😋 Dosa was so so so yumm..The taste of every dish was so wonderful 😍 Haryana walo ki language mein...Bhai swad aa gya 😋😋
