Went post 3pm so only snacks were available. Tried the Dahi Puri chaat, pav bhaji and Kesar falooda. All were so good and totally worth the money charged. Definitely recommended!
Had the grand thali here for lunch. The service was very quick and courteous. It's easy to find a table as well.
The food was fresh and good, the varieties were decent. The spread was good too. Price at Rs. 180, it is a bit on the higher side. But for the ambiance and the experience, it can be tried once in a while.
Awesome food, well managed services and lots of variety. Even good for breakfast especially South Indian food. Maharashtrian food is also good here.

It is quite affordable. One unlimited thali costs around 180 bucks including tax. They also give jaljeera along as appetiser. There are three options - order from menu, unlimited thali and buffet.
I recommend to try out thali it is really very nice I have tired all 3 serving options.
It is pure veg restaurant
This place is near my house and hence frequently visited. The food here is defiantly good and so is the staff. This restaurant is divided into two sections, the lower one for snacks, chaats, breakfast etc and the upper one is reserved for thali.
I've tried both and was quite happy with the service.
Had thali here during my visit to Nasik. Good ambience with fast service. Decent parking available near restaurant. Thali had 2 typea of dal, 3 veg, papad, sweet diah, rice, welxome drink. Overall a good experienece.
Shiv Sagar, a restaurant mainly popular for its Grand Thali is located at Pathardi Phata on the way to Nashik . Visited the place on a Monday afternoon , there was no rush as such . The ambience of the restaurant is modest but the service is lightning quick. Had ordered a Grand Thali which consisted of salad, vegetable tikki, papad, tamarind and mint chutney, patti samosa, roti, three vegetables - sukka gobi, rassa aalo and rajma, dal, kadhi, steamed rice, pulao, chaas and sheera .The tikki was all right , patti samosa was fabulously prepared and it tasted delicious with the mint chutney. Sukka gobi and rajma had a standard taste while the rassa aalo had a sweet flavour in it,so did the kadhi ( expected as it was a Gujrati Thali) . Roti's were serve piping hot and so was the rice .

First place very easy to find. I ordered upma and misal.. both taste good buy upma tastes really authentic. Neat and clean place and hygiene is well maintain. Fast service. comfort sitting and most affordable.. misal taste can be improve by making thick curry.. buy i am seriously net picking. Keep it up.
Till date one of the best Sambhar servings in Nashik. South Indian food is just too good. Always the first choice for light South Indian snacks. They also serve good coffee and grilled sandwich’s..

This is located exactly opposite Mumbai Agra national highway. One thing I definitely like about nashik is that it serves food at a very cheap rate with maximum quantity. Here we visited a pure veg restaurant the other day.
To enjoy the Thali system you have go on the top floor. It's usually crowded and to get a seat will definitely take around 10-15mins.
As you can see in the picture they have a good amount of variety let me tell you it's all UNLIMITED just for 200/- also after having the first session later on they give you two options either " rice with Dal or dal khichdi"

Personally would recommend the first three dishes. Misal pav and wada pav were not very spicy.

Discovered this place when returning back from shirdi. A good place to have veg food. Surprising was there was no ac section but ambience was good. The rava onion dosa was perfect n crispy. The coffee was good without sugar. They served sugar cubes if sugar was required. A good place overall
The dinner buffet is simply awesome at this place. They serve noodle soup along with dilli chaat and chaach for starters. Personally I didn't like the dilli chaat at all, they must live up to the name or should not be served at all.
The buffet contains ghee rotis, parantha, daal, paneer subji, noodles, Manchurian, some pakoda served with chutneys and sauces, and coconut raita. The Manchurian were hard and could have been better.
The desserts contain gulab jamun and sevaiya. Overall the experience is good and it costs ₹200. The ambience of the restaurant is also commendable
Visited this place a lot of times, a Lot! A good place for Cheap Buffet & a good pocket friendly Thali. You'd always find people over here. There'll hardly be a day when there's no rush. You'd get all sorts of food stuff in the Buffet and that's pretty much to say about the place.
It offers two things -
Good Buffet & Good Thali.
You'll have to go upstairs though. Good place for cheap dining. That's all.
One of my favourite veg thalis in Nashik. Absolutely delicious. The consistency of taste and the quality of food is worth a mention. Also, do try their dosas and definitely try the coffee. They have recently started the sweets counter and if you have a sweet tooth try one of each! It's that good. I will keep going back to this place for all the things I mentioned above. They are good on the service and cleanliness front too.,
Its a good restaurant to hange out with friends and family and very great place to spend time. You will get a good service and taste is best than others. Mostly crowed on weekends.

Tasty and affordable food.. The thali is worth a try.. Also the south indian food is lip smacking. There is a huge variety of food in the menu including north indian, south indian, gujrathi,chinese and fast food..

I came to know about this restaurant from my colleague residing at Nashik. I have been to Shiv Sagar a couple of times. I first tried a la carte (thali) and then the next time for dinner Buffet..

Definitely one of the best thali dinner I had ever had.. I think it is Gujarati Thali which they serve.. Should definitely give it a try.. Â :)

Costs less than 200 bucks.. After dinner you would definitely feel.. Are you kidding me?? Most of the restaurants out there cost us double the amount(even more) for dinner buffet, when they don't even delight us half the amount as Shiv sagar does... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. Â

Pure Vegetarian. Only thali system and snacks items are available. Thali is awesome. I feel that the Thali available here is one of the best Thalis available in the Nashik. Location is somewhat outside from main city but worth going.
The food was delicious. They have divided their restaurant in three floors of serving different cuisines. Purely a vegeterian restaurant and easy to locate. The service is top-notch. Highly recommend.

Restaurant is on service road and is easily accessible by road. Very good place for south indian/ maharashtraian veg food options. Ground floor serves the south indian/ common food items and first floor is dedicated for Grand Thali.
Food items are very tasty at economic rates. Unlimited Thali items can be fully finished only by foodie people. Had been there multiple times in last 3-4 years and used to order 3 Thali for 3 adults and 2 kids ( Not sure whether sharing option is there for adults or not)
Parking space is a concern for Restaurant. Frontside parking on roadside is available for some 7-8 cars.
Restaurant don't have lift and need to take sairs to 1st floor for Thali meals. There used to be sweats counter at ground floor with some awesome sweets (before covid) but they have not reopened the bakery section aftr covid.
Overall a very good place to enjoy veg food ( breakfast/lunch/dinner)

Best sound Indian breakfast around. Came to this place twice for breakfast. Extremely good service and quality of South Indian is upto the mark. We tried upma, idli, onion uttapam and Mysore masala. Everything is amazing. If you are around and want to have south Indian breakfast, this is the place.
Serve best in quality of Snacks. Taste of snacks is best. Takes little more time for preparation but get the best. Best hotel for SNACKS in Nashik.
I used to eat wada, Mendu wada, Dosa etc. Usually takes tea and taste of Special tee is mindblowing but little expensive compared to other hotels.

4 star because of cleanness, service and chaat. Menu is regular nothing special. Three subji three thin itoms (sweet dal, spicy dal, kadhi). Actully if they right menu on display bord then customers knows what is todays menu. Because many popel dont like turai, doodhis subji. Unnecessary food westage stop. There taste of sabji is very ordinary. But there green peas pulav, papdi chaat is best. Sweet taste is also average. Try for change.

Great place for someone looking for nice Gujarati Thali. Food is homely and service is very prompt.
Thali has variety of veg Currys, dal (sweet and spicy), kadhi, Sweet, salad etc. Except sweet, everything is unlimited. We paid 210/- per person for this delicious Thali. Would recommend it.
