Tawa paneer masala
Tawa paneer masala and naan from global culture is something new I tried today but it worth giving it a try. It is one of the classiest dish and I could feel the roast Paneer n it's masala in every bite. Not too much cooked or evn dry, it was perfect. Choosing anyone dish from this restaurant was hard but m happy that i ordered tawa paneer masala coz it was heavenly divine. It was sizzling hot when delivered. No spills, perfectly packed. I m going to recommend this to people who loves to explore veg food. Definetely a thumbs up.

Surprisingly this place was so packed on a regular weekday! There was a veg and non-veg Lunch Buffet, the attender shall bring the starter you ask for at your table. The variety was good enough to state that it’s a perfect place especially for the families to have lunch or otherwise. It has amazing peacefull ambience with comfortable sitting area very decent music and the highlight is a huge Buddha statue.
Starters....
The Ministrone soup was pretty thick, Beijing style corn cube was crunchy. Veg tikki was good , Cheese chilly toast was served with good amount of cheese !
Main course....
The paneer kurchan was very fresh & soft,Pindi chana, Dal miloni, Rooti/naan was also an option. Asian veg in sanghai sauce was served with fried rice & hakka noodles !
Deserts.....
Not forgetting the fabulous chocolate lollypop, assorted icecream & gulab jamun one must definitely visit the global culture

One of the best buffet i ever had better in taste than other buffet. Service was excellent ambiance wonderful. View was great.
If you want to have some amazing buffet then global culture must be your go to place. The starters were very good and the desserts as well. It is a nice place to fully up your tummy with some tasty food.
Last weekend visited global culture with my friends as I heard lots of things about it .
The location of the place is in prime location of the sanpada and it's very close to the Palm Beach road.
The ambience and decor are quite good. They have well maintained the seating arrangements.
The service is good. It's buffet Soo for the main course we need to take what we want.

In starters they were having on that day for the veg panner chilly, beans , they have live counters for the Pani Puri, pancakes .
Cesar salad veg it was little bit disappointing they have just given lettuce and Olive's and bread they had served us it was raw.
Main course they have Soo many things for the veg and non veg
Mac and cheese veg it was really good highly recommend it . They had cooked it properly .
Desert
Mud pie with ice cream without desert our meals cannot he completed .

I tried buffet meal here. There were a variety of options to choose from. To begin with we were served with soup, then number of appetizers. Then we began with main course and ended the meal with desserts.
In appetizers, I totally loved Beijing style corn cubes and veg nuggets, they were very delicious. In maincourse I loved dal tadka and veg hakka noodles. In desserts, gulab jamun were just awesome.
In drinks we had oreo milkshake, it was delightful.

It was Monday so we got the best price for the buffet dinner! I love their selection of starters that begins with the Chicken Mexican soup, then the main items came in- Chicken Patanga, Tawa Fish, Chicken Fry Wonton, Prawns Sui Mai and Chicken Kibbeh. I loved the taste of each and every dish as it really justified its name- The Global Culture. I also tried the vegetarian starters and the Egg Plant Soy Chilli blew my mind! It’s a must try. I loved the Chicken Patanga and the Prawns Sui Mai. The place provided best starters for both vegetarians and non vegetarians! I give you my word to get the best quality of starters here. The mains were something that I expected a lot from, but something didn’t add up in the main course menu- the non veg section had Chicken fried rice with Fish In Hunan Sauce and Chicken Fajita. For North Indian dish they had chicken tandoori masala. The taste of the dishes were very good! And you can know that you are tasting the quality in each dishes. They will have to improve in keeping a look on interchanging the finished items. The whole time there was very less chicken fried rice and the fish in Hunan sauce had no fish while I went for my main course. The thing was, the vegetarian section was looking more amazing than the non veg section. So I think that’s something, the restaurant can look after in the main course. Now coming to the desserts! My favourite part 😄 it was impressive, not something new but they struck to the basics and did pretty good job. There was gulab jamun that I ate with vanilla ice cream; honey tossed noodles, butterscotch pastry and French custard. I would have loved it there had been some fusion work in the desserts too- just a suggestion 🙂 I would certainly visit the place again. We also got 25% off on the total bill from @zomatogold 🙂 I really think 25% off is better than 1+1 if you are going in group.
Looking or a nice buffet menu restaurant so my one of friend suggest to try global culture which are located in sanpada , navi mumbai . It's near pam beach road easy to go there . They start with starters in which we try corn. Tikki , crispy potato, seekh kebab,tofu chilli , etc all are made perfect with great quality. They have very large buffet menu in that veg and non veg menu are different. We had try biryani and noodles really amazing. In desert we try gulab jamun and cake they make our dinner with happy ending.
Staff is too good and service is so quick . Hotel decoration is perfect one . Sound system in background make dinner time more interesting. Seating arrangement is well managed

Looking for a nice buffet restaurant then global culture is your go to place. This is a beautiful place located besides the palm beach road. They start off with the starters in which we were served a couple of dishes like chicken wings, prawns momos, corn tikki,crispy potatoes,seekh kebab, tofu chilli,etc all the dishes were top notch and very tasty. For mocktails we had a virgin mojito and watermelon punch. The watermelon punch is a must try drink here. Then we went for the open buffet in which we had two chicken salads and a chicken curry with butter naan. The chicken curry went very well with the naan. Then we had the chicken biryani and the chicken noodles. For dessert we had honey noodles, kiwi panacota, vanilla cake, icecream. The food here was very tasty and at such a small price this is some amazing feast a person could have.

Global culture is one of the finest and most luxurious dining place in Navi Mumbai. Its serene and calm ambience is highlighted by the huge Buddha statue near the large dining area. It has soothing vibe which is totally conducive for both formal and informal dinings.
I recently had the dinner buffet at Global culture which offered a wide variety of dishes to suit everyone's palate.
In appetisers, I first had The Stir Fry Beans. Its important to have your greens so I started with a healthy and tasty appetiser which totally went against the stereotype that healthy food cannot be tasty. It gave a flavourful twist to a heathly dish. Next I had the Veg Nuggets which were very crispy and delicious. They were fried to perfection till they were golden brown. They were very well garnished with greens. There was even Prawns Sumai Dimsum which was a Chinese inspired prawns and vegetable dumpling style snack food. It was lipsmacking and was very well garnished with bell peppers. Last in appetisers I tried the Tofu Soy Chilli which was very similar in taste to Paneer chilli but with a healthier alternative to paneer in the form of tofu and soy.
In main course I was amazed by the variety of dishes at my disposal. I tasted the Paneer Butter Masala with soft and buttery Naan. The panner butter masala had many chunks of fresh and soft paneer which was well flavoured. I even tried the Veg Handi with soft Roti which was very flavoursome and delightful. There was even Veg. Hakka noodles and Veg Fried Rice for Chinese lovers which looked very appetising and delicious. No main course is complete without the Traditional Hing Daal Tadka and Steamed Rice which was so tasty that it reminded me of my Mom's food.
In dessert there were small round gulab jamuns which were really appetising and scrumptious. There was also black forest pastry which was a perfect sweet end to this perfectly planned dinner buffet.
Global Culture is a dynamic dining place serving assorted dishes in their dinner buffet which are not just well presented but also scrumptious and lipsmacking.

Global Culture was recommended to be one of my friends and it turned out to be an amazing one. Global culture is located in Sanpada and is an amazing option who love trying out different variety of cuisines.
Flooded with options, Global culture will leave you astonished with its options.
Salads and appetizers in the buffet were fabulous. Especially the Chicken coleslaw salad. Fish Amritsari literally melted in my mouth. Paneer soy chilli for vegetarians can be a good option. Didn't prefer the veg Nuggets and the Malai seekh kebabs for vegetarians.
Appetizers in the buffet had us full but we still managed to dig in some mains and devoured the Chicken kadhai with breads and chicken Biryani.
Finished of with desserts by having the minj gulab Jamuns.
Global culture, Sanpada have recently come up with a brunch buffet concept and has been some sumptuous buffets for a long time.
Loaded with varieties, this place is surely gonna leave awestruck with it's humongous buffet.

Surprisingly this place was so packed on a regular weekday! Visited this place for dinner, thankfully I made a reservation. It’s situated on the first floor and the staff is courteous to help you find way.
I got a table with a pre set buffet menu. There was a list of veg and non-veg starters, the attender shall bring the starter you ask for at your table.
As the place was crowded, the service was slow but the food was delicious.
After having an array of starters, like any other place there was a long table for the soups, salads, breads, main course and desserts.
The food was unexpectedly amazing and the variety was good enough to state that it’s a perfect place especially for the families to have dinner or otherwise.
The ambience is regular, soft music and the highlight is a huge Buddha statue.

visited this place with my friend for an dinner buffet. Upon entering it has an amazing ambiance with relaxing lights. Had amazing starters in which chicken patanga and chicken wonton were amazing also there were plenty of starters to choose from and made freshly hot. For the mains murgh biryani and hakka noodles also various types of dishes were freshly available. Dessert section was so stunning had different types of pastry and hot gulab jams even the ice creams. Had amazing experience at this will visit again.
Let me start with the seating arrangement, the table and chairs look vintage and are very comfortable. A decent seating area with few large tables for a family gathering. Food quality is good, service is quick and the waiters are polite. Music is mellow and fits well with the surrounding. Wallpapers are nice and give you a sense of positive feeling as you enter. Not to forget the big Buddha at the heart of the restaurant looks amazing. All together a great place for good buffet , good service and dinning experience. Cheers team. Especially paneer butter masala with roti and butter naan was a perfect delicious match.
We ended with desserts like gulab jaam which were impressively tasty, cakes and varieties of ice cream servings. It was all worth going there and having an amazing experience. Would highly recommend this place to have best buffet experience.

Spacious seating area with minimal decor and glass panes making it a perfectly lit place.

Visited this place on a weekday and mostly all the tables were full so it is better if you make a reservation if you are coming for a special event or with a big group.
The place is well connected to vashi station and will hardly take you 5-8 mins to reach.
The restaurant has Ala cart menu as well as option of buffet and both have many good optioms and we went for buffet.
The prices are extremely good & service by restaurant was fast too.
Same like mostly all buffets have there were many options in starters,salads & main course.
Desserrts were treat in end.

Global culture situated on 1st floor on the bylanes of palm beach road is our regular goto restaurant whenever we crave for good variety of food with great ambience.
They have recently updone the interiors and the place has become more cosy and vibrant.
Servers are extremely helpful and service is pretty decent.
They have options of buffet and a la carte which you can decide depending upon your preference.
This time we opted for buffet as it was lazy weekday afternoon and we wanted to relish and enjoy our food at peace.
Buffet consisted of 3 veg, 3 non veg starters.
Mix of veg and non veg main course along with desserts.
We Started of with :
♦️Veg Minestrone soup - Tangy, loaded with exotic veggies and noodles.
♦️Rajasthani Tikki - Loved it, consisted if corn, peas and fried to perfection. Tasted very good with mint green chutney.
♦️Chicken Patanga - Spicer version of tandoori chicken which was absolutely delicious.
♦️Angry birds - Minced chicken balls cooked in creamy, orange makhani kind of gravy. Soft, succulent and very tasty.
♦️Tofu in Shanghai sauce - Inspite of ut being tofu, it was supremely tender. Deep fried and tossed in shanghai sauce. Spicy, tangy and sweet.
♦️Tawa sabji - I call it shaadiyo wali sabji and it was made so well that i literally ditched chicken rogani which was equally delicious, and took 2nd helping of tawa sabji. Tartness of bittergourd, chunkiness of brinjal, fried ladyfinger, mushroom and big chunks of potatoes cooked in indian spicy masalas. So so good.
♦️Fish in shanghai sauce - Deep fried fish tossed in Spicy sanghai sauce with bell peppers and lot's of garlic tasted extremely good with hakka noodles.
♦️Chicken Roghani - Medium pieces of chicken tossed in cocconut based red gravy, tasted amazing with butter naan. Bit on spicy side but very delicious.
♦️Banana custard - I have a soft corner for banana custard and this was loaded with black grapes, banana and apples. Creamy, chilled, perfectly set and not too sweet.
♦️Pineapple pastry - Soft bite size pieces of pineapple cake. Very fresh. Lived it.
Mocktails:
♦️Go green - Rustic alamgation of kiwi with pineapple. Bit on a sweeter side but the nevertheless colour looked gorgeous.
♦️Ras Bharri - Pomegrante juice, tangy orange and tinge of ginger ale. Beautifully crafted..
Overall we had an amazing time relishing our food and prices are pretty reasonable considering the price, quality and quanityity.
Global Culture is fine dine in place and is a very good option if you want to take your family on an amazing dinner or lunch.
They have buffet system which have great varieties of food right from soup, salad to scrumptious starters, main course and desserts.

Last night I visited Global Culture, Sanpada and I enjoyed the dinner there.
I started with soup and starters which had Chicken Patanga, chicken spring roll and prawns Sumai dimsum.
In veg starters they served- veg peanut tikki, Bater fry potato and veg seekh kebab.
Then they had veg and non veg salad bowl
In main course they had buffet system which included both veg and non veg like chicken handi, chicken masala, chicken biryani, In veg- masala, paneer masala roti/naan and many more varieties were beautifully arranged.
Lastly, coming to the dessert part they had black forest pastries, honey tossed noodles, dhoodi halwa, assorted ice cream.

Visited global culture Sanpada and we must say we truely had amazing time spending over there. A perfect buffet system meals served with so much appetizing menu. Each day they have different menu and its totally amazing to try them all.
We visited on Monday so we had the menu of 3 non veg and veg starters of each.
We had:
Nonveg starters- 1) Prawns dimsum 🍤- We tried prawns dimsums for the first time and the very first bite made us fall in love with it. It had a strong prawns flavour at the first but eventually it turned amazing.
2) Chicken patanga 🍗- Chicken patanga was heavenly good... Totally loved it. It was a type of tandoori but more yummy than that. We loved it so much that we are still craving for it🤤.
3)Angry bird🧆- This was something new too. It was like a meat ball covered with yummy gravy. The taste was fine.
Veg starter- 1) tofu chilly🧀- To be honest we always wondered what does tofu taste like!!! But when we tried it for the first time we actually believed it to paneer chilly but it was tofu. So so so amazing it tasted that tofu is our new favourite now😍.
2) Corn ball🌽- This were amazing too. Cheese and corn made Amazing combination.
3)Veg kebab 🥬- Veg kebabs can never disappoint you and I think we totally agree with this by trying it at global culture😍
Main course🍽- Main course was a buffet system and had many many veg and non veg appetizers. We tried some of them like butter chicken,palak paneer, fried rice, and some more dishes and they all were amazing. The food was fresh and perfectly made.
Desserts🍮- For dessert we had Gulab jamun, strawberry jelly, blackforest cake, honey noodles and icecream scoops. They had 4-5 flavour of icecreams🍨.
Our overall experience was amazing at global culture and we are looking forward to visit it again.

This place is a perfect balance for family dinner, a date or a friend's hangout. Global Culture serves North Indian, Continental, Italian and Sushi. The ambience is top notch. The outlet is spacious which can accommodate 40-50 people. The staff is very welcoming. Service here is excellent. We tried their buffet menu for lunch. The menu was vast.
The appetizer was served on the table and the rest of the meal was more like a self- service.
RAW PAPAYA SALAD: Raw papaya shreds, bird eye chilly,red and yellow pepper and mint in sweet chilly sauce dressing.
MEXI CORN SALAD: Cucumber, Tomato, onion, corn, Carrot, green, red & yellow bell pepper and sprouts. It was amazing.
VEG TIKKI
These were deep fried tikkis. It is made of potatoes, corn, paneer and peas. The tikkis were crispy and tasty.
BATTER FRY POTATO
Crispy nuggets were delicious and served with veggies. Rich in taste. They tasted amazing when ate along with mayonnaise.
A must try starter. They were scrumptious.
CHICKEN SUI MAI
These dimsums were steamed perfectly and had good stuffing in it. They were really good. Loved the presentation.
CHICKEN PATANGA
It is perfectly grilled and served with onion, capsicum and beetroot. The taste is pretty good. Chicken is tender, juicy and flavorful. Aroma is not that great but the taste is amazing.
VEG FRIED RICE
It was tasty. Perfect balance of flavours.
DAL TADKA
The dal was freshly prepared and tasted really good.

hi ... i had went for buffet and it was really worth it in taste , ambience and theirs staffs. the starters was really awesome,hot ,fresh a d as i said tasty. chln walton was very crispy and basa fish🤤 and theirs veg starter was also too good specially crispy corn. the main course are limited but they were also really good in taste as compared to many buffet i had been. specially chkn nawabi, fish chilly, panner, bhindi and butter naan n roti wass really yumm. As unnecessary i never write or post bad of anyone untill it is, so telling u frankly i hd been in discount, but there actual buffet rates are little higher for wat they severd.
Global Culture in Sanpada is a Multi cuisine restaurant which is famous for their buffet, they have lunch and dinner buffet from Monday to Friday and Sunday Brunch. The buffet price is very budget friendly. They serve both veg and non veg dishes in buffet, which includes soup, starters, main course and dessert. They have 1 soup each in veg and non veg both very good in taste. In starters they have some amazing options in which peanut tikki and fish amritsari is best. They have a wide menu in Main Course all dishes are of good quality and tasty but non veg is better than veg. This place is having very lovely ambience and good decorations.
This is an alright place, starters are nice, but staff took pretty long to deliver.

We decided to drop by Global culture to try out their buffet menu for dinner. The menu like other places was vast but majorly concentrated on starters which i actually prefer. hence the expectations were high since the beginning. In all there were 10 starters (veg plus non veg) as compared to 5-6 in other places and proportionately a lesser set of options when it came to Mains which is fine to be honest.

The appetizer were served on the table and rest of the meal was more or less self service.

Veg manchurian Dry was best appetizer of the day. A bit juicy from inside and marination being spot on. Loved the spice and the texture. Recommended for round 2.
Crispy Corn sambhal chilly was your classic bar bite and we simply took our time enjoying this corn bites, Pairs well with any drink.
The veg nuggets were a bit dry than usual but combined with the micro greens and green chutney was a better option. Worth a try.
Hara bhara kabab is a dish where you cant really go wrong with as its the classic preparation of indian cuisine. Smaller in size though can be ordered again if needed. So no qualms.
Paneer Kalimirch tikka lacked marination especially in the inside part of the paneer where it needs the most. One off thing.

Moving to the mains we dint have much space in our tummy to try it in entirety as well ensuring enough space is left for the desserts. I ordered for a butter roti with paneer lababdar and tawa subj. the latter was quite decent but the paneer one was spot on. Well marinated and soft. Well cooked paneer in my opinion.

The classic gulab jamun for desserts was spot on with sweet thought one can't expect that crunchiness on the edges always. Tiramisu pastry was certainly the best of the lot. Served in super small size , I easily might have gulped down 6-7 pieces. Loved the flavour of cocoa. Recommeded

🌟Chicken kebbah
A classic Lebanese version of minces chicken meatballs is great kickstarter unfortunately the tahini sauce was missing so we had it with the green mint chutney which was actually served the chicken seekh kebabs
🌟Tawa fish fry
The flaky fish fry marination was at par and fried to the perfection.
🌟Prawns Sui mai dimsums
The classic Cantonese shrimp dumplings were quite appetising and I really didn't expect this to be this good.
🌟Tantar mantar (mocktail)
Quite a fancy name for a mocktail served in a skull headed class it is a mixture of strawberry crush and cranberry and was a bit too sweet for me.
🌟Chicken biryani with boondi raita
The chicken pieces in biryani were quite huge and somehow the briyani masala was less for the portion of rice. Even the curd for boondi was sour.
🌟Gulab jamun
Small angoori gulab jamun were really cute and was perfect for people who couldn't eat more of jamuns at a time, like me :P
🌟Tiramisu
The creamy tiramisu with spongey layers is what you crave for after a such exhaustive buffet dinner.

We got there a bit late at night, they are almost closing the buffet, but the staff was so courteous and help us with everything. It was a great evening with amazing food. I dint expect the food to be this great. The veg starter were great.

Trust me there haven’t been number of starters but in global culture, there is various type of starters like Veg Tikki, chilli garlic potatoes, veg cheese bolls and in non-veg chicken and tava fish. All the starters were pretty good. Global culture has the best in class ambiencee with its best quality of food . there is no dout about their best class buffets menu .

The place is popular for buffet & Sunday brunch menu. Recently I visited here with my buddy to have my dinner. It's located little bitfar from railway station near Palm Beach road. When I entered in restaurant it's full crowded. The place is big. There was Buddha statue in Ambience which looks very pleasant. The design of restaurant looks very beautiful as it's best for families and parties. You can see the live kitchen their. Buffet include the north indian, Chinese, Italian, and some mughlai dishes with Dessert. The specialty here is you will get all the starter one by one in your plate. The servers continuesly serving starter to all the tables. You can have it as much as you want. It include the chicken patanga, chicken seekh kebab, tawa fish prawns, chilly garlic potatoe, veg Tikki n much more. Apart from it there was also full bar section available with multiple cocktail and mocktails. In buffet menu I tried the chicken biryani which was so delicious and same as I expected in mughlai style don't miss it. Then Hakka noodles and frrid rice with gravy. Try the murgh Tikka also that was amazing fro gravy. There was so many items in buffet you can have unlimited. The food which I tried almost all the dishes were tasty and worth. You can satisfy your cravings with their starters.
Staff members are so friendly and helpful. They also provide Sunday brunch menu. The price rates are responsible. You will get lip-smacking food and professional services here. This was one of my best buffet restaurant I tried ever. Do visit. !

Recently we visited the place for a lunch buffet and we were amazed by the food, decor and the hospitality.
The ambience was beautifully decorated with kites and lights (as it was makar sankranti special). They have a very spacious comfortable sitting arrangement. A buffet is preferred for hogging unlimited varieties of food items in a limited price tag! And global culture Excel in the same.
The had a very good variety of food listed both for veg and nonveg menu.
We had a great time enjoying food here. Surely visiting soon :)

On the occasion of Makar sankranti I decided to visit the best option for a lavish buffet spread in Navi Mumbai. This place never fails to surprise me. They have the best of service, ambiance, staff, location, quality of food, variety of food and cuisine and of course drinks💜
To start with the mocktails the most unique and my personal favourite was the thai mojito which had the authentic taste and flavours of thai cuisine along with the soothing flavour of mojito making it the best combination 🔥

For food a lavish buffet spread with Indian, Chinese, Italian cuisine options along with salads, breads, sprouts, daily live counter for any casual snack and of course desserts.
The food is very well prepared, perfect taste, very much served fresh and hot, hygienic and value for money.

One of the amazing buffet restaurant in Navi Mumbai. Global Culture has got amazing ambiance and very helpful and attentive staff. We tried around 6-7 starters from Lohri Special menu (which marks the attention to every festival), the ambiance was nicely decorated (Kites - Lohri Special) and of course the FOOD!

In main course the menu had a lot of variety. Chicken manchow soup, veg shanghai with hakka noodles, salads, raita, chaat, chi salan, makkie ki roti, sarson ka saag, etc for special lohri festival.
The dessert options were vividly available icecream of choice, pastry, til laddu, chocolate pudding, gajar ka halwa.
Most interesting thing about it was we were given wet warm tissues to wind it up instead of finger bowls. 💯

This one was well cooked, had the perfect softness and spiciness.

The masala was bit uncooked. And spiciness could have been improved.
3. Chicken Wonton
This is something you should not miss here. The covering of wonton was crispy and filling was soft and tasted really good.
4. Chicken Seekh Kebab.
Didn't expect to be so scrumptious. Totally loved it and tasted amazing with pudina chutney.
Mains:
1. Tandoori Chicken
Tandoori chicken was my favourite from all of them. Tandoori chicken made into a curry latee and tasted a lot yum
2. Peri Peri Chicken
Disappointed. Did not taste good. It lacked the so called 'Peri Peri' flavour.
3. Chicken fried rice
Loved the mild taste. Would have appreciated if their were chunks of chicken.
Desserts:
1. Gulab Jamun.
Omg!! They were just perfect. It almost melts into mouth.
2. Bread Pudding
For people who don't prefer too sweet desserts than, this one would be perfect for you.
3. Black Forest Cake.
Too good to end your meal . Soft, creamy and freshly baked

Is it always like we think positive about a restaurant and it turns out to something absurd. Such was the case of today, we were at Sanpada in this restaurant where buffet was been served to us. Well some things were quite out of the box, while some didn't actually even stand on it's own.
Pros;
1. The ambience and seating alignments could be one of the pro point here.
2. The unlimited buffet system could be one of the pro for somebody.
3. The service was quite prompt than I actually though it to be.

1. The quality of some food items absolutely didn't make up to its name. Details would be in the food item mentioned individually.
2. The fish curry which was in the buffet menu absolutely didn't turn out to its expectations. It was bland and disappointing.

Firstly coming towards its presentation, it was the most highly presentable mocktail I have actually seen. Now the taste, it was a watermelon based mocktail which had a tinge of cranberry syrup along which makes it one of the appreciated mocktail over here.

A whiskey based cocktail, but on a very sweeter side. A mixture of pineapple, peach and passion fruit syrups make this drink one of the sweetest cocktails I have ever tried. It was been slightly smoked along with cinnamon. The whiskey was Jim Beam which is one of the best. They it out on your own, taste depends on person to person.

Global culture is a buffet dining outlet at sanpada on the oalm beach road at a distance of 10 min from seawoods grand central mall. They have a specified menu for each day with eight starters and mains and dessert at the end. The starters are served on table rest is self service. The starters have a good amount of variety 5/5. The mains include both veg and nonveg 5/5. The desserts that we ttoed were gulab jamun these were hot, soft and sweet. And five different flavours of icecream, the ones that come as family pack. Overall a good experience.
I went to global culture yesterday with my friends and I had an amazing time there.
We started with Manchow Soup and starters which had awesome taste. From the entire range of their scrumptious starters I liked their Hara Bhara kebab and veg Nuggets a lot.
Then we moved towards their Buffet which had so many main course options.
Lastly we had gulab jamun, pudding and pastries in the dessert which made our dinner complete.
This place is on the palm beach road in Navi Mumbai and the view from the restaurant of mast moving vehicles makes it very happening place to eat your dinner at in the night.
Coming to the next best thing about the place which is their food and the varieties in their buffet makes it one of the best dine in place in Navi Mumbai.
I went their with my family and we had chicken patanga, fish 65, chicken sumai and pan grilled chicken in non veg starters and in veg we had veg Nuggets, paneer Tikka, Hara Bhara kebab, honey sesame cauliflower.
After that we had main course from the buffet and all the varieties were amazing and special.
Lastly the dessert had bread butter pudding, gulab jamun, pastries, assorted ice cream.

The ambience is amazingly lit and staff service is prompt. They also provide table reservation. They have a buffet system where you can eat to your heart's content. Here's a list of what we ate when we visited this place:
1) Chicken seekh kabab: The minced chicken was perfectly cooked and well blended with the spices. It tasted amazing when dipped in the green chutney provided on the table.
2) Chicken hara bhara kabab: Beautifully presented these kabab pieces were shalllow fried in pan and warm when served.
3) Paneer soya chilli: The paneer pieces were soft and tossed in various sauces which gave it amazing taste. It served as a perfect starter.
4) Chicken lemon coriander soup: The soup was thick and warm when served. It had a delicious and a slight spicy after taste. The chicken pieces were soft and cooked well.
5) Vegetable nuggets: This crispy nuggets made my day. They were crispy and delicious. They tasted amazing when ate along with mayonnaise. 6) Chicken sumai dimsums: The dimsums were soft and delicious. The chutney served along with it enhanced its taste. The chicken was minced and delicious.
7) Chicken crispy 65: It was deep fried and kurry patta leaves were fried along with it to give it amazing flavour. It had crunchy outer texture and slimy inner. I loved it.
8) Greenland iced tea: Served in bamboo glass is what i loved about it. The iced tea was perfect and every sip was a treat to taste buds and was refreshing.
Overall this place is amazing.
the buffet was stale. So they agreed to cook fresh (which they didn't) and what I got was veg fried rice, although I paid for non veg.

Crispy veg: Topped with onion spring. Served over banana leaf. Crispy and tasty.
Paneer tikka: Succulent paneer pieces grilled perfectly. Topped with beetroot and coriander. Served with onion. Goes well with green chutney.
Chicken Patanga: Perfectly grilled chicken. Nicely marinated. Served with onion and capsicum along with beetroot. Topped with coriander. Delicious. Tender chicken pieces. Chicken wings were succulent.
Chicken chilli: Served over the banana leaf. Pan tossed. Crispy layered. Topped with pan tossed onion and capsicum. Onion springs. Loved it.
Fish 65: With curry patta, this had a delicious taste. Succulent fish pieces. Coated. Loved it.
In main course, they had a nice spread. In Vegas, they had mutter paneer, Asian veg in green garlic sauce, tawa submit, dal hariyaali, veg hakka noodles. In non veg, they had murgh saagwaala, fish in black pepper sauce, hyderabadi chicken biryani, grilled chicken in mushroom pepper sauce. Along with this, fried rice, steam rice, and tandoori roti and naan to choose from the sides.
Tried a various of main courses. Loved all of them. Hyderabadi chicken biryani is just a wish come true for me. Aromatic biryani. Fish in black pepper sauce is also a good Choice.
Grilled chicken in mushroom pepper sauce was delicious. Perfect feel of mushroom and pepper. Served with noodles. Topped with red chillies.
Murg saagwala is another main course worth praise.
In desserts, they had bread butter pudding, black Forest pastry. Gulab jamun, and assorted ice cream.

We wanted to go for a Buffet dinner but was so bored with the usual barbeque buffets so we decided to visit Global Culture.
Their concept was very different. They make u sit and ask for your soup preference. After which they fill up your table with SO MANY STARTER OPTIONS. At one point we were scared that will we be able to finish all of it? But we did💪🏻
Nearly 8-10 options are available for Veg+NonVeg Buffet!
Heading to the Maincourse, there were 6 kinds of different salads out of which 2 were nonveg and they were my favourite to start with! And then the usual Maincourse with different kinds of veg and non veg curries and stables.
They have Chinese food options too❤️
The seatings are very good and the hosts were extremely polite to us!
Dessert options are a little less comparatively bus it's perfect! Completes the meal very well.

Indeed a great buffet place. It is located at Vashi few mins away from the Station. They have a very cooperative and polite staff. The ambience is very cozy too has a beautiful Buddha showcase too at the entry. The seating arrangement is very good with amazing music going on. They have multi cuisine but we had Asian Cuisine and loved it. Tried with Hot N Sour soup, BBQ Chicken wings, Tantar Mantar mocktail, Chocolate lollypop and Dark Chocolate Ice cream. Loved this place a lot. Must visit will visit again and again.
