1. Clean & hygienic despite no AC2. Amazing culinary skills- if u give time ull get amazing dishes
3 Pricing- I guess these folks are not too commercially driven- the price vs portion is wonderful4. Courteous Service- despite communication challenges theyre always polite n smiling5. Location- walking distance from Vashi Stn- with ample free parking - whats more convenient

Another NorthEast cuisine adventure. Stars of the day were steamed chicken momo (which I must say was one of the best one that I had) and juicy spicy hot and sweet Pork spare ribs. The pork was very good, juicy tender, falling off the bones kind.
We also had naga chilli chicken salad (boiled chicken, sprouts, peppers and onion seasoned with very hot Naga chilli), chicken clay pot rice(Chinese preparation and tasty, very large quantity, can be eaten by 4 with appetite like us ), pork kapa (a garo dish, pork cooked with vegetables and sodium bicarbonate and seasoned with lemon leaf). The portion size were good enough for two people if only main course is eaten. We had heard of a long waiting time for service and we were ready to wait out. But we were surprisingly happy to be served within 10 mins of placing our order.
We had mostly NorthEast cuisine as I was craving for those but this restaurant of Vashi is more known for Chinese cuisine.

They provide one of the best Pork and Chicken in Navi Mumbai. Quantity of each dish is good enough to serve three adults. Price range is really affordable.
The only two drawbacks are lack of Air Conditioning and high Delivery time on table from time of order.
Apart from these the joint is a heaven for people who love authentic Chinese and Meghalaya food.
We were surprised and related to find something like this so close to Vashi.

Seven Springs makes for the perfect, affordable, weekday takeout place, since the food is great, but the service and ambience is not.
Their authentic Meghalayan menu is really good, and in particular, things that must be tried are:

The steamed momos (Chicken/Pork)
The sticky pot rice is so good, whether chicken or pork!

You can also try the fried momos, they are excellent too, but I personally liked the steamed ones more.

The best part is the price and portion size, ensuring that you have a happy and full stomach without damaging your wallet much!

It is located inside Megahalaya house in vashi.The food served here is one of the best.Their soup is my favourite.I like Manchow soup and have tasted the best at Seven springs.It is not that spicy or oily and the chicken served in it is cooked well.Also their clear soup is very flavourful.
The only drawback is that they don't accept card and payment is done in cash.The service is prompt but the staff is a little rigid.all in all its a good place to hang out with family and friends.

I visited here many times and the place and the foods never disappointed me. Last time I had Lung Fung soup and that was just amazing. Still, I can taste it in my mouth. All pork dishes are really mouth watering. Pot rice items will come next in ranking. overall food quality is beyond the level. Perfect place for dinner.

Situated in Meghalaya House in Vashi, this has become one of my favorite places for good Chinese food at reasonable (very reasonable) prices. The ambience is adequate. Tbe service is attentive enough. But it is not for these things that you would go here. You would go here for the food.

We started off with the Manchow Soup yesterday. The soup was good, and a bit thicker than the watery version we usually get. Even the noodles were nice and crispy. This was accompanied by Kung Pao Chicken. This one was on the sweeter side, but tasted nice. Loaded with spices and cashews, this was good with the soup. Not that hungry, we decided to go for another appetizer instead of a main course dish. The Mongolian Chicken was in brown sauce and stir fried with loads of bell peppers and onions. I loved it.

I've been here in the past and the Chicken Chinese Chopsuey has always been a hot favorite of mine. Very few placea serve this dish as it should be...with crisp veggies and just adequate white sauce. A must try if you ever land up here.

Went with the family to celebrate my parent's anniversary after learning about this place on Zomato. While most reviews praised the food and service there were a few complaints about the ambiance. However we were pleasantly surprised upon arriving there.

We ordered the pork ribs and steamed chicken dumplings followed by chicken fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, pork chilli and and the seven springs special noodles. The food was quite delicious and the servings were generous. Very good value for money The pork dishes and noodles were particularly tasty and highly recommended.

Service was excellent, the staff were attentive and friendly and the food arrived quite quickly. As for ambience, I quite enjoyed the small and cosy feel despite the lack of air conditioning. If you like pork, chinese and/or north eastern cuisine, I would definitely recommend this little gem of a place.

The setting is clean and pretty , it's in the ground floor of Meghalya House with red as the major color theme.
Seven Springs is a heaven for Momo lovers especially for someone like me who is located in Chembur.
I'll tell you why, Because good momos have extinct in and around Chembur. Period.
we ordered a range of meat namely Chicken momos, Pork momos, Chicken curry(Naga Style),Pork Fry, Pork Curry, Eromba, Chutney and their most popular Pork Ribs.

The service was quite slow (probably because we ordered a lot of items) but then again it does not justify making us wait for 35-40 mins.

About the food, to start with: the momos, they were AMAZING. The pork momo was made on request since they did not have any left.Both the chicken and pork momos had fresh meat and were juicy as heaven. I loved the chk ones better. They had a balanced amount of meat and veg stuffing and the dough was also perfectly steamed. You won't get this type of quality momos, not even in Wok Hei.
Then came the main course.
Pork Curry- The pork Curry was basically with some turmeric and pork masala. It had a taste but it did not suffice my taste buds cus I do know food from the North-East region of India. The curry was a bit watery. But I would say the meat was well-cooked.The Chicken Curry also had the same cooking style. Same color, same taste except it was chicken while we were expecting it in the Naga Style, I was disappointed. However, my friends enjoyed it, said it had a "homely" taste.
Pork Fry- came deep fried in besan. Meat well done. Crispy and simple. The besan batter was good and it was just about the meat. If you love pork, you'll love the simple Pork Fry.

Coming to the Pork Ribs : Yummmmmmy and class level. The Pork Ribs are to die for. I can still remember the taste of their sauce... yumm. It's a must try, PLEASE. The sauce is sweet but not extra sweet. It had spring onions and pepper,fried onions too (I think). For 190 bucks, it is a TREAT.
The eromba could have better, eromba is basically a chutney more common in the Meitei cuisines. It is mashed potatoes with dried fish and raw onion+green chilli/king chilli. It is a lovely chutney. Only, the one served was with cold mashed potatoes straight the refrigerator.
And the red chutney should be roasted tomatoes with red chilli paste but the one they served was different. But it was delicious to eat. Fresh tomatoes with fresh onions and garlic. We ended up ordering two. It won't disappoint you.
Overall, it was an okay experience so much to say of the "exotic" cuisines but the pork ribs and the momos were definitely the highlights.

Just love the food here.. Have tried all of their pot rice and pot noodles
Wonton soup is just Yummm..
Will try some more dishes as well.
Just one improvement they need is the service. Cannot expect much but atleast expect the basic service.
Sometimes it's difficult to make them understand what do u need.
They don't at all accept the feedback that we give on food. Sorry is the word that they will and have never used. At times the music it too loud.
Rest is all perfect.

This place is located on the ground floor of Meghalaya House Vashi, which is located next to CIDCO Exhibition Centre. Have been to this place a number of times and have tried the Chinese and Manipuri cuisines.

The food is great and reasonably priced. Awesome place for pork lovers; the pork dishes are great; the best being pork ribs. One should definitely try the pork ribs, they're simply awesome.

Most of the staff are courteous, barring a few. While the menu does contain dishes from the northeast (manipuri); it will be great if Seven Springs include more northeast dishes from the Naga or Meghalaya cusines. However, it is the best place to have authentic northeast food in Vashi

2nd visit (21st / 22nd April 2018)

The ambience and the service is more or less the same as provided in the first review. We had ordered a chicken thali,
a pork thali, and a vegetable thali. The service was prompt and the order was delivered within ten minutes.

The chicken thali comes with rice, lentils, boiled vegetables, and chicken curry. The pork thali comes with rice, lentils, boiled vegetables, a traditional chutney, and of course, pork curry. The vegetable thali contains the standard thali items and an extra serving of fried vegetables. Since we were quite hungry; we ordered two extra bowls of rice, an omelette, and the quintessential pork ribs!!! The food is well-cooked and tastes good, and not at all spicy, although there is some hotness due to the presence of chillies. The pork ribs (couldn't take the picture, was busy eating) is a specialty that needs to eaten at this place!

I've been coming to Meghalay Bhaban since Grace was running their canteen. After that, Seven Springs took over, and they had some authentic Meghalay Thalis. I've tried their Veg, Fish, Chicken & Pork thalis before. Loved them all. Last week, thought of trying them again, but this time we decided to just stick to the starters and some cold drinks to wash it down with. So, we ordered some Crispy Corn & Pork Ribs with some chilled Thums Up & Sprite. The corn came fast; it was soft inside and crispy outside, sweet yet spicy.. It went very well with the Sprite-Thums Up mixer. The Pork Ribs came later, I was expecting some bony pieces; but the pieces were all fat & meat with no bones at all. It was surprising but I wasn't the one to complain. More meat for me means more value for money. They really know how to fill your stomach and some more, without burning a hole in your pocket. Go here for some quiet time & tasty North-eastern cuisine, all within your budget. And if you're a Pork-lover, this is Paradise.

A small restaurant in Meghalaya House near Vashi Railway Station area, close to CIDCO Exhibition Center. You would not see any big sign board or anything, just find Meghalaya House and this restaurant is on ground floor. Not a typical entry to restaurant because this also serves as inhouse canteen for Meghalaya House. So you ask securiy at the gate about restaurant, they will guide you.

Nice North Eastern cuisine. Many pork dishes on the menu, well cooked. Ambience is not that great but the staff is pretty cool. Total value for Money.

Been living in Navi Mumbai for 20 years but Had no idea about this place, Zomato was of great help and god damn will visit this place as many times as possible
Ordered Seven Springs special soup and Seven Springs special Pot Rice (yes i didn't study the menu alot as i was famished).
Soup was thik and had much more chicken pieces than other restaurants
Pot Rice was amazingly food i mean good
It was both quality and quantity, I was relieved that i didn't order Mainsl course cause i was way too full to eat anymore.
It a small cosy place
Best for friends and family too
And yes the cost was 280₹ only. 😊😃😯😄

I hold this place in high regard because it is one of the rare and cheap places in Vashi which serves pork. Any pork lovers can go here without any hesitation. Pork crispy and pork ribs are a must try. This place is situated in Meghalaya Bhavan and is more like a canteen than restaurant. But don't let the surroundings fool you because the food here is outstanding and worth everything.

Great place to enjoy Chinese and a facet of north east cuisine. Ordered pork ribs but didn't find much of it but the dish was tasty enough. Quantity was awesome for the price they charged. Couldn't finish the main course and had to pack it.. can't bear to waste good food.
The ambience is simple with a nice hand painted arty decor but needs proper ventilation and some permanent fixes for mosquitoes.
The staff is courteous, helpful and very friendly and the service is more than decent.
P.s. A bit tricky finding the place even though it's near the Vashi railway station and bus stand.

As soon as I think that I have run out of places to eat around Vashi, I find a new amazing place.

We stumbled across this place while looking for a decent place for a Sunday lunch. I read the reviews on Zomato and I don't know why I never visited this place.

It's a small restaurant in Meghalaya bhavan in Vashi. It gets a bit humid with no AC but that didn't cause much discomfort. And the restaurant accepts cash only. I think these two are the only negatives of this place.

Now, the positives!

AMAZING FOOD!

We ordered chicken Tom yum and hotnsour soups. We also ordered chicken dumplings and a pork fry. After ordering I realised the pork fry is a battered fry and I was wanting to eat a chilli pork kind of dish. But the pork fry didn't disappoint at all. It was not at all oily and had the juiciest and the most succulent pork ever. The hotnsour soup was a little thick in consistency and loaded with chicken and veggies. The tomyum soup was runny and I loved the loads of garlic in it. The momos were good but not great, as I was hoping.

The portions are huge with less prices. I wanted to try the North eastern thali but I was full. I am gonna try it the next time. Their staff is quite courteous.

One more thing, the water they serve is nothing like the weird-tasting water you generally find at small cafes or restaurants. I ended up drinking four glasses. I know this is irrelevant and weird information but just thought of sharing.

I like the food from this place. Had ordered on couple of occasions and haven't been disappointed.
I have tried dragon chilli rice and chicken Mongolian noodles, and found them to be good in taste with reasonable amount of chicken, veg, broccoli. Though it can be a tad bit spicy for some.

The restaurant is located bang at the entrance of Meghalaya Bhavan in Vashi.

Totally unflattering and humble in its appearance, the place means business. The service does take a while, but it isn't too long a wait either.

Moving over to the food, the advantage is that you would find different variants of pork in the restaurant. I decided to go ahead with the Pork ribs. Despite being saucy and flavourful, it was disappointing that no ribs were served and instead it was just chunks of pork and fat.

The Pan Fried Chicken noodles has plenty of chicken and vegetables served over steamed and fried noodles. The steamed noodles could have done with some seasoning since it fell flat. However, the dish as a whole was still satisfying.

The portions are pretty huge and absolute value for money. You could go there for the Pork variants and the Thalis they serve.

moneys cant get u love but can surely get you an out of the world experience at Seven Springs.

this place is a paradise for foodies. You get service with a smile, the food is freshly prepared, portions sizes perfect- in fact never go alone- too much for single foodie!

Try the Seven Springs Spl Soup, Wantons, Pepper Chicken, Singapore Noodles & Honey fried noodles with ice cream. Interstingly even the north East thalis are elaborate & not over cooked.

Servers are very friendly and will modify preparations per your request- definitely a great deal overall.

A quiet place tucked in a homely building in Navi Mumbai. The place serves amazing north east Indian cuisine. I like the clay pot rice and pork chilly. Pork chilly is a bit different here as the chunks have a generous portion of fat. The thalis are also worth having.
A word of caution: carry cash as they don't take cards.
And if the management is active on zomato: "If possi le please get AC installed. It gets pretty hot and humid in mumbai and it becomes difficult to sweat and eat 😅

So being a regular customer over there I cannot say anything bad to the restaurant. The food is awesome, the service is nice, ambience is also good. From an Indian mindset the food is cheap, servings are humongous for the price they are taking. The only bad thing that I've seen is the payment options that they have. Only having cash as an only medium of transaction is bad from my view point. If you love Chinese and north eastern delicacies then visiting this place is must.

Had to verify if this place merited all the kudos & high ratings.

Verdict 100% pass.

Zero pretence joint & a foodies paradise.
Food is what you get straight from the wok! What you ask is what you get. .. simple menu great price. Basic decor no AC a high ceiling .. very endearing not to mention the service folks.
Had clear veg soup, exotic mixed veg and a Hakka veg noodles. Portions size are too large for a single eater- I wont make that mistake again! Evidently all the items are freshly prepared and thus takes a tad longer to serve.

Will be exploring this outlet soon.

This is like a comfort restaurant to us. The atmosphere is very casual and homely. About the food, my two most favourite dishes here are Seven Springs Pot Rice and Pork Ribs. The Pork Ribs were cooked to perfection. Apart from the thalis, there is very little that is authentic north-eastern, if you are specifically going in for that. Also, the Singaporean and mongolian dishes may be a little far from what one would usually expect as there is general overlap of flavour in most of the dishes, but nonetheless, no dish has let us down ever. Visit this place for a happy tummy.

Ordered veg crispy, veg suimai, veg seven springs special soup and veg seven springs special potrice. Crispy could have been better, rest all was good, and as mentioned earlier, quantity is good.

My friends who eat nonveg orderer chicken kungpao, chicken pot rice and north eastern pork thali and they had no complaints too. (They loved chicken)

Whenever we go out for lunch or dinner mostly end up ordering the chinese food..but it changed when we found this place called " Seven springs" also known as Meghalaya Bhavan...
Its in vashi..hardly 10 min walk from vashi railway station..
There is enough place outside so no parking issues if you are travelling by car...

This has become our new Adda for food...as my office is also near vashi station we often go here and try to explore new dishes...

Ambience is simple but very creative. Most of the decor is with handmade crafts. If you are art lover then you will definetly like it.

I learnt about the outlet from Zomato- you guys have done a great service not to mention added to my monthly expense! seven springs is all you could look for in a bang for bucks, well located hospitable, brilliant restaurant. apologies for being so verbose this restaurant in brings out the Bengali in me. eating here makes you want to kiss the chef I have had at least 20 dishes here and the standouts are variety, portion size, taste freshness and texture of each dish they take their own sweet time to prepare and serve so no point expecting a quickie Chinese meal. meal food here is prepared with love and affection of ghar ka khana.I have never regretted coming to this restaurant there's no compromise on quality example prawns are not served most of the time because of lack of quality. There pork chicken fish vegetable all types of meals are available here starters main courses side dishes you go through the menu and even whats more they will even make as per order. This customisation as per your requirement is the killer. again sorry for such a long review.
a few caution points no alcohol no credit card no air conditioning no Paytm but it still worth it positives brilliant food warm service relaxed ambience amazing portions easy on the pocket and great location just a 5 minute walk from Vashi station
some of the dishes number 1 have the momos chicken pork fish prawn as applicable sorry you can even have vegetable momo and spring rolls number 2 have a soup go for the Chef special or a simple Manchow number 3 go for rice and noodle dish as per your choice. you want dry you want gravy you and make some noodles and gravy you want spicy you want non spicy you want medium spicy they will do whatever you want. clay pot rice clay pot noodles are brilliant not to mention the plain and simple Hakka Noodles. you can try vegetable dishes some of the Paneer dishes also interesting Lee amazing that was a big surprise for me being a hardcore non veg chicken prawns and pork you can go for the spare ribs Chilli pork pork manchurian Mongolian chicken Kung Pao chicken and chicken.
on the desert front their menu is a little weak they only have Mother Dairy ice cream which is still ok I guess.
I would strongly recommend others to come and check out this place trust me you will never regret it I would have rated this place 5 just like that thanks and bye

This is the warmest most hospitable outlet Ive visited in Mumbai. Referred by my friends.
Delectable food- fresh tasty and hygienic.

Am a vegetarian and still liked the place merits a definite repeat visit .
Portion sizes are typically for 1.5 to 2 persons... wie betide the oerson who visits alone!
Had ManChow Soup. Plain Hakka Noodles & Stir fried Exotic Veg. Each dish had been freshly prepared. I wonder how?!?

If a veggie feak likes this place no wonder hardcore non veggies love the place.I was surprised to see 2 groups of office goers who had come for lunch on a Thursday. . Proving its quite popular in catchment.

Few cautions: no AC but srill grt ambience
No card/paytm
Foid is made with love. .. give them time. Not a dash in dash out place.

The food was really great! Being a vegetarian, when I first looked at the menu I was not very impressed as it mostly consisted of non veg platter. But the few choices of the veg food here taste really good.
The Yan Main noodles are a delight to eat! The service is really great. It's located at the Meghalaya House, a 5 min walk from the vashi railway station. A must try place! The food is very affordable and rich in quantity as well. An awesome place to visit with family and friends.

We went to this restaurant as a group of 6.
The service was prompt and the ambience was amazing. The food is simply delicious.
The kung pao chicken was worth dying for.
And to top it all, the place is pocket friendly as well.

All in all an amazing place to hang out and to have some quality food at a reasonable price.

Located inside the Meghalaya House, Vashi, this restaurant is not easy to find. The gates are always closed and you will wonder whether the place even exist? Please dare to open the gate without any hesitation and walk inside the Meghalya House, and there it is on the right hand side. A huge hall like space transformed into a great looking restaurant. The colourful flowers painted on the red walls, the tall curtains and all the wonderful artwork gives this place a different feel, something that is not easily found in any Mumbai restaurant. No expensive decor, no air conditioner, but you will fall in love with the place in no time.

The restaurant specializes in Chinese and North Eastern Cuisine. We quickly went through the menu and took a little help of the waitress and ordered Seven Springs Special Chicken Soup and Fried Pork. The soup was great and the Pork was crispy and tasty. In the main course we went for the Mongolian Chicken Rice. It was really amazing and the quantity was good. It came with lots of chicken, vegetables like broccoli, zucchini cooked in a gravy and poured on fried rice.

On my later visits, I tried their Chicken Hakka Noodles, Chicken Triple Fried Rice, Pork Ribs, Chicken Dumplings, Manchow Soup and Mongolian Chicken Noodles. And everything was great.

The food is really tasty and pocket friendly. The staff is really helpful in suggesting dishes and the service is very prompt. The quantity of MSG in some dishes should be moderated.

Overall a great experience. A must try place for Chinese and North Eastern Cuisine Lovers.

If you are inclined towards North Eastern flavors then you're definitely gonna love this one. One of the finest authentic restaurant, must visit for those who love to explore cuisines. Thai Pot rice here is a perfect balance of simplicity and a blast of flavors, other must try dishes being the chicken dumplings, Mongolian chicken and Paneer thread. Good service and great ambiance, the handicrafts and North Eastern wall art adds up to its elegance. I am literally in love with this place.

Looks like a cafe located in Meghalaya house, it is a hidden gem. You might almost miss it if you don't know it exists. Must go if you are a pork lover looking for something at a budget. Otherwise makes a refreshing change from the local cuisine. The chefs were selected after a competition some years ago. And it definitely shows! Makes for a lovely date too!

If u wanna try some decent north eastern food & some quick Chinese bytes @reasonable price then you should try this place out. Cool&Calm ambiance.I was in a hurry ..so just ordered wanton soup,Mongolian chk, & burnt garlic noodles. Wantons were soft with sufficient filling,chillies in d Mongolian were not too spicy , Noodles were also decent. Service was little slow but worth waiting. Girls out there are really nice.Overall good experience:)

This Oriental themed place is a highlight for the Vashi food scene. Anything goes with love & care. This place serves mamas food! Comfort food at its best.

Anyone who hasn't visited this outlet is missing something. I guess its the hnon commercial nature of the business?!. basically a cafetaria in a Govt hostel- Meghalaya House just behind Assam bhavan.

Menu is pretty elaborate , brilliant pricing. Serve quality food with down to earth service.

I had the momos basis reviews on Zomato: u gotta try it to believe it. Pork/Prawn/Veg- I dont know how they keep the inner core moist with stock- it just want dry. 180 bucks a late- Had 3 plates & was done (2 of us)

Plan to go again & actually eat the main courses! Uff.

For the starters we ordered crispy chicken & barbeque chicken, just to be in safer which was OK. Surprisingly Paaner crispy was good. Unfortunately pork & fish was not available..so our only option was chicken. Main course was amazing, we ordered chicken thai pot rice, which is highly recommendable, it has those creamy flavor, which we all 8 people thoroughly enjoyed. Chi Garlic burnt noodles was good & roast chicken in burnt garlic chilli sauce was also flavorful. Ambience - Apt with the name, it has all spring like decor. Though it is not AC restaurant, it was quite ventilated in afternoon. It gives you More of like home feeling, also the place was pretty neat & clean. Staff was courteous.Economical - The place is quite economical.Final Verdict - Go for it! & please try chicken thai pot rice, its worth a try :)Note - They do not accept credit/debit/paytm...only mode of payment is cash.

Was influenced by the mutliple reviews on Zomato for this outlet. To be fair was also a bit skeptical!

But no the reviews were right. What an experience. Superb portion sizes fresh food kight on pocket- I loved the Chefs special soup. NE Thali was nice- some interesting flavours. Makes once feel proud to be Indian when u thing of the variety. Plain chicken in oyster sauce was light fresh & soft. Hakka Chicken rice was exactly what I expected- perfect blend of flavours

No desserts though other than simple ice creams- wanted some honey glazed darsan!

Was a tad irritated to see no paytm/card option- I mean who carries cash nowadays. But then the pricing is so reasonable cant really complain.

I was there last month while waiting for a bus which came in 15 minutes after I ordered the food. I requested the lady to speed up my order and it was very nice of her to do it quick as possible.

Loved the place. So good. Good staff and ambience. Ordered the Veg Thali. It had rice, salad which was boiled vegetables, matar dal, a spicy schezwan sauce and a simple potato vegetable. Go for it if you're looking for some simple non- Maharashtra food. Perfect place for lunch. I did not get a chance to have non- vegetarian dishes but that should be my next thing on the list.

One of my friend recommended this place saying it serves one of the best pork ribs and good chinese food with affordable pricing. Thought to give it a try, the ambience is nice and light looks like a cafe. Loved the look, ordered Chicken Momo and Mongolian Pot rice. The Momo was one of the best I have ever tasted. The thin outer layer and filling was just apt. The chutney was spicey which I loved. Quantity is pretty good.
Mongolian Pot rice was good with ample chicken and lots of veggies as well. The quantity made me so happy.
The staff is very sweet and polite. Service is fast.
Its a must visit. Best things its pocket friendly.

I don't know of many places that would serve delicious North Eastern dishes, however I believe Seven Springs is one of them.
This restaurant is a hidden gem... Situated within Meghalaya Bhavan in Vashi, it's obscure and not well know. Actually my colleague once took me for lunch over there and since then I've become a fan of their pan fried noodles.

We first order Manchow Soup... The soup was fresh and well prepared. Next we went for Clay Pot Rice. It was flavourful and the vegetables used in the pot rice were fresh and well cooked.
Last but not the least we tried their Pan Fried noodles... For me this was their signature dish. Noodles that were half fried and half boiled!!! I cannot express in words, but the taste, the texture and the flavours were marvellous.

Nothing there in the name of ambience, but who cares about decor when the food they serve does the talking. All I can say is it's a neat and clean place.

Just a word of advice: they do not accept payment by card (debit/credit) and neither do they accept PayTM as far as I know. Hence carrying cash is the only option. However Seven Springs is very pocket friendly place, per person bill would range between 250 to 300 rupees.

Best place to have North East food in vashi.... It's situated in meghalaya house opp.to centre one... This place is a small joint.... Which serves North East food with some Chinese options....
The Ambiance is quiet simple... Gives u feeling of eating in someone's dinning room... The cleanliness is upto the mark... And quiet spacious tables too
The food is very close to authentic meghalayan food...
Tried pork ribs which were very well made... A delight for pork lovers ( they serve ribs with fat on it so not suggested for people who don't like pork fat)
Chicken dimsum took almost half an hour to arrive but I guess that is because the dimsum were freshly made..... And It was worth a wait... The chicken stuffing was juicy and the outer Cover was just perfect this is surely the best dimsum served in vashi.
Pan fried noodle.... This dish was also well made mix of fried and boiled noodles tossed in very light spices with chicken and Bell peppers.. The chicken again was very moist unlike other restaurants were when u order for chicken noodles and u end up getting very dry and rubbery chicken
This place surely deserves lime light in vashi...will Definitely recommend to try this out special thoes who loves north-eastern flavours

This outlet is hidden so near but so far from Vashi station! It took some effort to find. But hey guys was this worth the trouble- surely.

Seven Springs is run by bunch of really friendly folks from our North East. They are top of the line in terms of cooking!

The momos are perfect texture- no need to search for stuffings- generously loaded with chicken. There was even some gravy in each dumpling- now thats a first.

Soup- try the chefs seven springs special- a delectable combo of fish chicken & spices.

Pork- out of the world- succulent/flavourful and exactly as you want it. Spare ribs, pork in black bean sauce all are worth trying

Prawns- Am not too sure how they make a business case out of the prawns- they serve 5/6 large pcs for 180- I doubt this is viable! Anyways fresh- no odour. They even refused to serve me prawns last week - apparently supplier did not give good quality.

Noodles/rice- huge choice. they will customise to your requirement.

Overall- amazing pricing & quality. SImply a pleasurable experience to sample the great dishes here! God Bless us for all the small things in life!

I was gob smacked with this amazing eatery- reference Zomato. Simple/Crisp menu. Courteous service, fantastically low rates- surely worth a visit for all.

The food is fresh, skillfully cooked. If your looking for wholesome chinese food head here without any hesitation. If in doubt the service folks will suggest per your taste buds. The comfort food for the stressed out Mumbaikar would be Claypot rice- veg/fish/prawn/chicken- you can choose the variant.

The basic stir fried vegetables - plain sounding dish but one of the top veg dishes I have ever had.

I will come here over next few weeks simply to cover the entire menu!!
