My personal favourite outlet for rolls. Ordered veg roll and egg roll from this outlet. I always prefer these two rolls and they are my forever favourite go to meal. I also love shawarma from kolkata rolls. The uniqueness in the preparation always makes me to order from this outlet.

Delivery was within 30mins.
Momos were tasty. Chutney was also good and not that spicey.
Momos were irregularly shaped though and one piece was veg. Overall good experience.

Its a small outlet located just near Dmart, serving some delicious rolls.
The roll base is freshly made hence it tastes really good.
For all calorie concious ppl dey have an option.of WHEAT base roll...so u can opt for wheat base by paying rs 10 extra...
It has a pretty simple interior. With table and chairs to sit. Mainly dey are packed with take away orders.

Kolkata rolls is one of my favorites quick bite corner. Whenever I crave for a non veg roll, I order from this place. Recently I ordered double egg chicken roll. It was really tasty and mouth watering. The quantity was enough for a single to suffice . Do try their rolls, it's amazing.

You can try very tasty rolls without spending much over here. I tried Veg Roll (3/5) and Egg Cheese Roll(4/5). Egg Cheese Roll was a better one. They are well stuffed and served hot.

-The Chicken Egg Roll had good big chunks of chicken which were really succulent and properly spiced and the sauces along with onions in the Roll went really well and the outer Roll was flaky.
-The Double Egg Roll was perfect! Exactly the way I had from Kolkata!

This is probably the best place to fulfill your cravings for chicken and chicken rolls! I tried chicken egg cheese schezwan roll and it turned out to be the best chicken rolls I have had so far! The veg Momo's here are also worth a try! Place worth a try! π

Have always going here as in seawoods ,shops get close soon and their stock gets over. But here the owners, mom and daughter duo always welcome me with a smile.
When I went in first, they suggested me to try a kosha roll, and having never tried one, I tried it, and gosh I loved it. Since then, I always go here blindly and am never disappointed. Yesterday, also the shops were closed everywhere, and went here and tried the chicken barbecue roll and momos and loved it.
They gave me quickly also and it was full of flavours and was delicious.

Always wanted to try the rolls from this place.. Ordered the mushroom roll and the chicken mayo egg cheese roll.. Both are priced good for the quantity and the quality they offer.. The mushroom roll had enough mushrooms in it.. you will like it if you like spices.. it wasn't much spicy though.. the chicken roll is my favourite and is a must try.. this roll is enough to fill you up since it has eggs, cheese and mayo.. the chicken roll was larger in size as compared to the mushroom one.. overall they have nice rolls to serve..

Authentic Kolkata style khosha available in chicken , mutton and paneer , takes you back to the streets of Kolkata. Wonderful food and hospitality. The chicken khosha and laccha parantha and the mutton khosha and laccha parantha is a must try. Definately a complete go go.

This place is for all the spicy lovers out there.I strongly recommend Chicken roll, Biriyani,Kosha with Laccha paratha and Chicken momos.All the rolls are customizable and filling.The basic ingredients for a roll are thin slices of onion,rich English mustard and tangy ketchup.The ingredients used in the biriyani are mild,subtle and yet so tasty.

Nifty place with yummy rolls, we go there occasionally, however the rolls are very tasty. We haven't tried anything else. I'm a fan of their egg chicken roll. Folks are friendly too. Limited seating, however, you don't need a lot of seating to have rolls rt? :)
We tried their best kosha mangsho roll. Loved the filling of the roll. It was quite heavy and scrumptious. Although the sitting place is too limited.

Been to this restaurant many times, its near dmart on opposite road. Basically its an carry away restaurant but there are few chairs where you can consume your rolls there too. As the name suggests they serve variety of rolls and apart from that even make lacchas too. Their bread is very tasty with good topping blended with spices. I mostly order the mushroom and double egg roll. Food quality is good, serves hot and toppings are fresh. The lady who operates is very hospitable, takes the order politely and even suggest the options. Cleanliness is maintained. Value for money is there.

The location and price point of this restaurant puts it in direct competition with 'roadside a food joint' in Nerul. They have a pretty good packaging for deliveries...will remind u of tibb's frankies...
Now coming to their rolls...they market the chicken kasha roll as their bestseller, but I found it average at best. Chicken kasha has a slightly overpowering taste of cinnamon.
Chicken roll- the roti was nice and flaky(not the stale kind). They put in a good amount of diced chicken..has a sweet n spicy onion marinade. Rolls are nicely packed, not bulging or falling apart.
Chicken egg roll- d taste of the onion marinade is lost cause of the thick omelette. The omelette is slightly undercooked(not a once in a while thing. It's probably d way they do it). Better avoid any variation of the egg rolls
Chicken mayo roll- nice roti, good amount of chicken pieces,mayo tastes good
Chkn egg mayo roll- here the undercooked omlette combined with the mayo,severely damages the taste..better avoid dis one
Lachha paratha with chicken kasha- the chicken kasha's the same as in the roll..with that extra hint of cinnamon... The parathas decent...but not quite buttery and flaky as the ones in authentic Punjabi dhabas.
Overall a fairly decent experience for the price

It's a small place with limited seating opposite of kendriya vihar. It's close to dmart as well. If you have want to have some quick but filling bites this is the place to have it.

I tried there chicken egg kosha roll. It was upto my expectations. I could taste the mustard oil that brings that bengali touch. Regarding the quantity i would say 'ok' but would have been happier if it was little more.

The rolls were hot, fresh with soothing mayo with chicken covered in masala. What impressed me more is the ambience of people here. The exciting conversation about Kolkata, and the reason for the name Kolkata rolls and the mutual understanding between co-workers makes this tiny slot customer friendly... :)

Being just 5 mins away from my home , this place is a boon to all my hunger pangs ;) From their outlet in Kharghar to their outlet in Seawoods , the taste remains the same . The chicken rolls here totally worth it . The owner here is damn friendly and suggesting as to what all we can try ..the chicken egg cheese roll is truly delicious with loads of cheese in it .Their veg rolls too aren't bad .Not very fond of the Kosha rolls , still prefer their chicken egg rolls over Kosha ..
All in all , a must visit place .Not at all high on your wallet .A perfect place to be for all the chicken lovers :)

The food scene in Seawoods isn't that great, but a few of my friends suggested Kolkata rolls. Even though I was skeptical I decided to give it a try. Ordered a chicken kosha roll and a kosha meal, which comes with semi gravy chicken and two laccha parathas.
First of all the shop is just 200m but still i was charged a delivery charge of βΉ20. If it hadn't been fortunate lazy ass I could've saved that much. The roll and the semi gravy chicken was delicious! No doubts about it, but the laccha paratha wasn't a traditional one, it seemed like a naan. Nonetheless with the chicken it tasted great.
I would recommend it but I feel its better to go there and have it than to get it home delivered.
Kolkata rolls has been grabbing huge attention since their arrival in seawoods and I finally got here. Like every other person who reviewed the joint I would have to agree the owner is really good and gives her suggestion on what's best in the menu. So I got a chicken egg and cheese and a Kosha chicken egg roll. Well I was hugely surprised with the quantity of chicken they have in those rolls for the amount they charge. The taste is just as good as the quantity being served. But then coming to wonder the two times I been here and both times I got chicken egg cheese I would never find cheese in my roll till that last bite. Probably that's the only reason why I gave this place a 3.5 else it's totally worth a 4
This is not a joint which serves regular rolls. The rolls served here are with a difference and definitely one of the best that I have ever had. The taste is awesome. I have tried almost all types of rolls (Veg or Non-Veg) here and always came out satisfied. Owner is courteous and always ensures a quick delivery of food which is praise worthy. Highly recommended and a must visit place.
Had been here with a friend on a Sunday evening. The owner is very courteous. We had ordered Chicken Egg Kosha Roll. Expected rolls here to be different than what we get everywhere else and it turned out to be different. The Chicken was properly cooked. Although there were many people ordering on a busy Sunday evening, there was no problem with the order. It was served in just 10-15 minutes. Spices used were different than usual rolls. Recommended.

This is the best place to grab an egg roll that i could find in last three yrs .The rolls are freshly prepared n has a variety of flavors. But if u don't like spicy u should mention them early.

This is part of the chain of "Kolkata Rolls" ... A delight got every bong and non bong as well. The Egg Chicken Kosha roll is the best and flagship roll... while all other variants are good. During regular times, they also serve Kolkata style Biryani, the speciality of this biryani being the potato. Its value for money from quality point of view, though, quantity is a bit less.
If you are not in miss for rolls, just enjoy a plate of kebab or chicken kosha.
Being located in a non crowded side, it provides ample space for parking.
