This was my second visit to Malvan Tadka. I went there with my colleagues.This place offers both indoor and outdoor(terrace) dining. Ambiance is good and its a decent place for family. Service was bit slow but staff is courteous especially Mr Ghosh who is a wonderful person

It's a wonderful place to hang out with friends and family. The ambience was welcome and soothing, yet lively. Amazing food.
We started off with refreshing lemongrass mojito, perfect to prep one's appetite. For starters, we had the Chandani kebab, which honestly shone brighter than the moon. Shimmering gravies and decadent luscious chicken made our main course special, with hot crispy rotis and fried rice. As a party of 11, we also shared the mouthwatering surmai vada and the Manchow soup. All of these items were totally worth it!

We went here for Office Dinner. We had booked a table on terrace. Food was Awesome. CRAB Soup was totally awesome, We also had veg and nonveg platter which was too yummy perfectly cooked and juicy. CHICKEN CRISPY AND RAVAS FRY were ok. As a Malvan speciality we order Chicken Malvani handi which did not tasted as malvani dish. Dessert were good. Over all Great Experience

Very good for seafood with fresh and soft seafood ..had konkani rawas and surmai khadeshi fry ..had asked for less spicy and it turned out the senior chef himself prepared the dishes and was the first in my lifetime to know how to make the dish look red hot fiery reddish wala laal rang but was astoundingly not spicy 😊

Nice restaurant!... A bit far from gigaplex patni area...but they have their own transport facility from 12 pm to 3pm (gigaplex patni to malvan tadka). Every non veg dishes are tastier and mouth watering to eat here.special recommendation is chicken murg massallam.

I have been to this place in thane which is just nearby to viviana mall and i cant find the place on zomato dont know why.but the food was delicious which is forcing. me to write a review. great quantity like each dish is sufficent for 4 people .. we ordered for rawas in green curry ...yummm.. and bombay duck rawa fry and the waiter insisted us to go for amboli. It tasted heaven !!
I have been to their ghodbunder road outlet, the food is yummy, the staff is polite and helpful and their ambience is what puts them at first among equals. They also have a nice collection of cocktails and mocktails. I loved their tandoor crab.

A very local place but totally a pleasant surprise. The immediate thing that was noticed was whenever and wherever efforts are taken it shows.
The place is located just at the border of kalwa and airoli and is easily seen while passing by.
The place is a regular Shetty run restaurant specialising in malvani cuisine, but the overall food is way above par of expectations.
The owner Mr SANTOSH SHETTY himself is always around to see everything is smooth and well coordinated.
We went here on a Friday afternoon where the place was usaully busy due to corporate employees flocking by as there are many corporate officea around and this is definitely a good place .
The AMBIENCE is also pleasantly done with different sitting configuration. The best part was the AC was working despite of the power outage and thats what ticked this place to full marks. The owner made the proper power backup arrangements.
The STAFF deserves a special mention as they are the real heroes to run the show. The service was absolutely prompt despite of the restaurant being full to it's capacity.
coming to the food
One thing that came to notice was the PRESENTATION of the dishes which was great for a restaurant like this in such locality. The mocktails were given in different shape jars and bottles to make it attractive.
We had
CHICKEN PAHADI KEBAB which was nice and tasty with decent quantity.
CHICKEN RARA gravy was also great. Though it was a different preparation than what we usaully get in mughlai hotels. They had given a in house twist to the dish. Not very spicy but overall very balanced in taste front.
The butter garlic naan and plain naan were complimenting the main dish well.
So to conclude though this was our 1st visit this place will see us more to try out various dishes. Also glad to find out another grear option in our locality.

We started with drinks; beers and mocktails. In the starters we ordered for Chicken Zaffrani tikka which was very moist and delicious not so spicy. In the veg we ordered for Veg Seekh kabab. It was very well made and flavorful. Service was decent. Food is priced moderately.
Malvan Tadka is the nearest bar and restaurant from my office. I have visited this place on several occasions either with a large group or a couple of friends, everytime this place was welcoming and relaxed. The service is great and their food is delicious and reasonably priced, though I have always tried their North indian non veg offering.

If you are working in airoli or neighbourhood.. this is the place you must have visited once for sure...Malvan tadka serves both punjabi and malvani veg and non veg food.. The best part is, if you want to book the table for lunch and want to wrap up in short time...you just need to call an hour ago.. post your starters and mains order on phone.. cab will come to your office gate for pick up.. you will finish your lunch in 1 hour.. and then cab will drop you to your offic again..belive me it saves lots of time when you are IT guy... and have tight schedule...

Having an office in Airoli, this is one of the most frequent places we visit for any team events. The Malvan is absolutely a misnomer though.The place is better for north indian fare both veg and non veg. The main course is good and can be had on any day. Good on the pocket as well.A team of about 20 people with mix of veg and non-veg comes to about 5000 rupees, which is great. (without alcohol)

Went there with couple of friends just for a drink. It's a brilliant location for a drink, they have ample of sitting space, having indoor and outdoor section. We choose to sit out, the food was nice.. We enjoyed the drinks with tasty starter's..what we mostly enjoyed is the atmosphere...good place to have an evening drink...
i justtttt loved the foood.. it was exactly as we wanted.. waiters are also courteous, well mannered and polite.. a must visit place.. im sharing this with a lot of my friends as well

Honestly, I love this place maybe not for the ambience, but Food! Let me share my experience. Being hungry with a group of four (from a nearby IT company), V wanted to eat something really tasty and filling. MT gave us just that. The speed at which the orders came was the best part. We ordered our usual Paneer Satay (Spicy and Yummy) and Chicken Triple Rice with Lollypop. (Gaavti chicken also available). Jeera Rice and Dal Tadka also. All this for a bill of 600 only. (Am sure the same food in a Mall would have been rs.1000+).The good thing about whatever was ordered was that each and everything was tasty and Yummy! If you do not like spicy much, maybe you need to inform them. The taste hence wants to make you go there again and just enjoy the food. Being a neighbour IT company, we got a 10% discount too that was a treat! So guys, all food lovers who are hungry enough and wanna eat at a really reasonable price, Try this place for sure.

This is a perfect location to eat kebabs and Indian, we wanted to eat Chinese but were full. Chef and their tikkas are a must try, staff is courteous and ambience is really great. Hey diners.....I went out with my family to dine here for the first time...actually had gone earlier too but came back looking at the entrance where we saw bar like atmosphere....
But this time....looks like they have redone the ambience...not sure...but it had fresh vibes...
