A little surprised by the underwhelming ratings for the restaurant as they definitely deserve a better rating.. I had gone to the sister restaurant Pattaya street but ened up having superb North indian fare from this place. Apparently they serve the menus of both the restaurants at both places.
Had a Punjabi Tikka Masala with butter naan, followed by dalkhichadi. Both the items were quite well made and naans were soft. Surprised by the reasonable pricing too. I guess this will be my fav stopover enroute my travels from now on!

Sunday evening has a ritual of ordering dinner from a restaurant. This time it was Our Tadka... The food justifies the name... full on Tadka n spicy food! The refusal fun aloo was full with spiciest n oil was added generously. Loved ajwaiain n methinks roti.
Last but not the least.... complimentary rabadi was yummy. Infact reason to try Our Tadka was just because of its complimentary dessert!!!

This is one awesome place. The food is just too good. Ordered methi paratha, garlic naan, aloo mutter and fried rice. Every single item was absolutely delicious. They lack in desserts, not a wide range. Everything else is good. Ambiance is fantastic. Staff response is very good. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a high quality food at an affordable price range.

I visited this place on valentine's day, it was superbly decorated with a candle light dinner theme and was really very romantic. They had an artificial tree in the middle of the resto with red heart baloons hanging from the branches. Sorry was nt able to get the pictures of what it was inside coz there was a lot rush, whole diner was full and did not wanted to disturb other's privacy.

Order -
Obviously at an indian resto, masala papad to honahi chahiye for starter.
1) soup - murgh shorba - it comes in reddish orange colour, basically a chicken broth with great combination of spices. The chicken bits had a smooth texture, were juicy, tender and of cubical shape. The taste was so good that it took me to my native place. A must try. (Personal recommendation)
2) murgh sholey kabab - it is the combination of chicken, chillie paste, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and a blend of spices cooked over hot charcoal and served sizziling hot along with green pudina chutney to go with. The chicken is so juicy and tender that it tears off easily and the flavours of spices and charcoal just burts in your mouth. A must try dish.
3) chicken platter - was very confused what to order and wasnt really in a mood of going for the typical indian main course i.e. the gravy n indian breads, so orderd couple of more starters. The chicken platter had chicken tikka, reshmi kabab, pahadi kabab and chicken achari kabab.
4) drinks - wanted to order some mocktails but they were unavailable so had to settle with regular coke.

One side of the coin and the other side is Pattaya Street- situated next to Kharghar Station. I ordered punjabi food for 3 pax - order no. 1162863115 - Panner Butter Masala, Egg Masala, Roti, Lachedar Butter Garlic Naan and Palak Dal Khichdi.
True justice to Lachedar Butter Garlic Naan - generosity at max in using butter and garlic !!. Roti could have been better - as few portions were half cooked due to saturday rush i guess. I have had tasted PBM several number of times and so my expectation level was very high, though the panner was tender but gravy was not up to the mark - when it comes to Punjabi cision there is no margin of error and particularly with usage of cream and butter and thus PBM was below expectations. Egg masala was good in quantity as well as taste, but tue real taste was in Palak Dal Khichadi. I was happy I ordered palak khichadi, it helped me to fill in my tummy and have a good night sleep.

We were in the vicinity and decided to give this restaurant a try. The friend i was with, told me she's been to this restaurant many times and I'm going to love it.
The ambiance and decor gives a little "punjabi dhaba feels", which i found very interesting. The lights were dimmed, i wouldn't say it surpasses candle light dinner but it was indeed very good.
There's an interesting thing about this place is that you get to order things from menu of the restaurant next to it which is pattaya street. My friend told me it's a joined restaurant.The items in zomato menu is just a glimpse of the actual menu.
The service was good, they did take a lot of time to prepare our food and drinks but it was worth it. The waiters are friendly and they cater to all your needs.
We ordered virgin mojito and blue lagoon and took our sweet time to decide what to order. We went for murgh tandoori and butter naan. Alongside with cheese pakodas. The cheese pakodas were a little too cheesy for my taste, i couldn't finish it, so we had them packed, then at the end we ordered sizzling brownie. Which was epic and the video of pouring hot chocolate makes a good Snapchat story.
So my friend was right, i did love this place a lot and it has some of the best chicken I've ever tasted.

We went to Oye Tadka on a festive afternoon. The ambience gives you a feel of a punjabi restro and it sets the mood right.
Food is tasty. Meat is well cooked and tender. However the crab we ordered, i think that was re fried :(
The service is good, though the waiters are more focused on its sister outlet of pattaya street, the service offered was prompt.
Everything is actually perfect but the music is a big big turn off. To a highly decked place 'kundi na khadkao raja' would be the last thing you would like to hear.
But as for the food it definitely deserves a 4/5 :)

Sunday night was boring and hence decided to try a new restaurant and saw few restaurants on zomato and decided on this one.
Note: menu shown on zomato is smaller version of it, actual menu is bigger and better.
Plus point of this restaurant is that it also serves food from Adjacent restaurant that is Pattaya street
That means you can enjoy both Indian and continental food at one place with too many options
Things ordered:- all veg
1)Tom kha soup:*it was way too yummy i really wanted it more and more
2)hot pot soup from pattaya street: this is tooo much soup with rice noodles and veggies and yes it is tasty. One soup can be haf by atleast 3-4 people.
3) paneer bagh e bahar was an amazing choice
4) tawa khumb was avaeage.
Even though it was too crowded due to sunday but the service was good.
Ambience is good for couples as its little darker

Oye Tadka is very close to kharghar station and the Mumbai-Pune highway. They serve amazing Mughlai cuisine.
Pattaya Street and Oye Tadka are two different sections with different themes of one restaurant. So the good thing is that you can enjoy Pattaya Street's menu at Oye Tadka and vice-verse. Good staff, they suggested us well according to our taste. I personally loved their prawns biryani and chicken kebabs.
Good ambience, good music and amazing food. They lost one point at the dessert. Desserts aren't that great.
Went for dinner with my husband.A tiny yet lovely place, this is a cutely decorated ambiance for north Indian food lovers. The place is so beautifully decorated that you don't feel like leaving the place..Food and service is good..we ordered achari chicken tikka, 5 spice veg crispy and soups..all were good.
In main course we ordered dhingri do pyaaza mushroom and mix veg..the taste was good. Only one vegetable is enough for a group of 4 people. The staff misguided us saying for four people u need to order two vegetables...but trsut me their quantity is good and enough for 4..
The place is decent for party with family and friends...I'm definitely gonna visit them again.

Situated right next to kharghar station, gives you complete dhabba feel. Small but sufficient place.
This place is famous for non vegetarian dishes but we loved vegetarian dishes too.
We had only main course since we reached pretty late at night. Ordered Egg masala, paneer rawalpindi, papad, kiwi coolers and breads. Egg masala, paneer rawalpindi and cheese garlic nan was deadly and pudina roti was great.
I am definitely going next time whenever I crave for punjabi dhabbe wala khana..
Worth the money with peaceful ambiance and great service.
Oye Tadka, (Pataya Street)
Located on the station road Kharghar is quite accessible.
Ambience and Decor is interesting, they have a artificial tree in the middle. Dim lighting gives a nice feel to the place.
They have full North Indian menu. Also a very interesting pan Asian menu of Pataya Street.
I always order one dish from pataya Street menu even if I'm sitting on the oye Tadka side.

Right next to the pattaya street joint in kharghar , this place has a uniqueness of "gaon ki mitti ki khushboo" , the pure look and feel of our native...the interiors have been done up to remind us of what we are missing in the concrete jungles of cities...😃
To start off , the murg tamatar shorba was very authentic, the murg masaledar kabab was quite succulent . In the main course the Murgh tikka achari masala with some garlic naan did the finishing touch to the dinner.
Overall the atmos was great , better than the food probably bcos the " native " experience did leave ur eyes a little moist but happy.
The only downside is for weekend tipplers..sorry guys , its kharghar.

This place is loacted near Kharghar Railway station. Serves and specialises in north indian food. They also have buffet option for the office crowd. The ambience is dark amd cozy a little light would feel better but still its not something to complain about. The menu is elaborated and lots of option available. The only issue is the service which on busy days gets very slow and also they mix up the orders.
Rest the staff is courteous.
The only issue is the service rest ill recommend this place if you want to have good northe indian food.

This place has elegant ambience, how ever the staff lacks in basic etiquette training however they are good without training. I want to mention "Rajasthani Bhindi Fry" which is really a different and good. Rest any thing in the menu I tried was just average like chicken Rara, mutter paneer, tamtar shorba etc.
one more thing to mention they have a huge tree inside there indoor sitting which looks veeery real.

Tucked away next to the Kharghar Railway Station, this one is surely a hidden gem. If you are willing to shell out a few extra bucks for a king size delightful meal in Navi Mumbai, this place should definitely be on your radar. Loved the Hyderabadi Chicken Tandoori. Big chunky pieces of chicken, perfectly marinated with the traditional pudina and mint chutney tasted absolutely brilliant. The Butter Chicken was creamy and unmistakably authentic. Really generous quantities too. The service was excellent. The decor emulates North Western traditions and cultures.But a dimly lit layout , calming ambience was a sharp contrast to the loud bollywood music which they played. They have a separate Chinese section too!
Made a reservation in this restaurant before arriving there 45mins. The staff was very good. Though the kitchen closes by 3.30 and we arrived at 3, the food was still being served to us even though we ordered around 3.30.

Ordered food from here last night and it was really good! We ordered tandoori chicken, punjabi chicken, masala papad and kulcha. The chicken was clean and well cooked! But some how the depth of flavour was missing! Thats the only negative.

Extension of pataya street.. food is great.. i have been to this place a few times and what is very impressive is the quality and consistency of the food. They do have lunch buffets which are served at table like a-la- carta.. service is very good. Whether you are a vegetarian or non-vegetarian... food will make you happy :)

Very decent restaurent with good eating options, good service & good taste. Tangdi kabab is a must try. Non vegeterian dishes all taste good. Vegeterian dishes also do not disappoint at all. Overall the place is a must visit when you are craving for a good meal.
Oye tadka has native ambience with food being served in typical steel utensils.
Egg curry-It was initially very spicy as per the order given but it turned out to be non bearable.So them being the concerned host changed the whole curry and now had the consistent taste which we craved for.

Kiwi mango- It was a blend of tastes of the two

When I visited this place, the staff near the entrance told us to enter from the left side for Chinese or from the right for North Indian food. As we later found out, it didn't matter. Ambience and food choices were the same regardless of the gate you enter from.
I felt the place was a bit too dark. Thankfully they had lights on top on each table, so we could kind-of see what we were eating.
Service good and timely. Our attendant set expectations about the preparation time for our order so that we could plan our next dish accordingly. Hats-off to the service!
We started with Veg Manchow Soup and Chicken Lemon Coriander soup. I didn't try the Manchow Soup, but felt the Lemon Coriander soup a bit disappointing. Thankfully, they made up for it with the other food items. We tried tandoori babycorn, panner and Chicken Reshmi kebab. They were awesome and presented nicely.
We were too full to go any further, but decided to go for panner Tikka masala. We also ordered butter roti and naan to go with it. It was good, but nothing too extraordinary to write about.

We had a friend and family get together on 04th May. Occasion was 50th marriage anniversary of our parents who came all the way from Delhi to Mumbai to celebrate. We were looking for a place where arrangements could be made for about 30 guests. Initially we considered Royal Rasoi but upon interaction with the supervisor there we lost interest in that place (He was least interested to explain things properly and rigid on menu choice). Then we moved over to Oye Tadka and enquired about our arrangements. The experience was so good that we finalized the venue on the spot. Their manager Mr. Bhandari was very polite, courteous and friendly while explaining things to us. We decided for veg buffet in dinner and finalized the deal. Icing on cake was he offered us their banquet hall as well for our get together and that too free of cost!!On party day, it was very well arranged. Food was delicious, starters were good and staff was very polite. They arranged and agreed to almost ever thing we asked for regarding decoration, table arrangements, music etc. 1 point is taken away because of Dal Makhni was a bit extra sweet and Firni was not as we were expecting. Otherwise its a great place to have food plus very friendly staff..Kudos to the team.

Have been here quite a few times and i must say the non-veg food here is simply delicious. It has good ambience and decent staff. The veg dishes that i have tried have been okay. The Oriental Tandoori Chicken sizzler is a must try though. Its super delish with bbq sauce!
I tried chicken tangdi kebab and mutton dum biryani, Paneer rawalpindi, garlic naan, one starter and mango kiwi. All equally good. Chicken was very soft and delicious. I highly recommend chicken tangdi kebab and Paneer rawalpindi sabji with roti or naan. Staff is very friendly.

Visited this awesome place a few days back.
Immediately on entering you get feel of the rustic dhaba setup. Dull lit but that is what is necessary for this place. Dholaks, Dafalis hanging on the walls.
They have a artificial tree setup at he center which enhances the dhaba look.
Now coming to the food;they have an innovative idea about the menu. A large cardboard placard with the rustic names of typical Pindi dishes.
The non-veg fare looked tempting. But, as had some vegetarian friends together we went for the Vegetarian course. The Paneer moti kebab was one beautiful melt in your mouth dish. This was followed by the Paneer Rawalpindi which had a perfectly seasoned gravy, not too tangy nor too bland, Just what the palate craves for. The Naan as well as the Roti was soft easy on the palate.
then came the jeera Rice which was enough for a group of three. The daal fry reminded me of the Daal fry i once had in my childhood in a dhaba. Reminded me of the good old days.
Now looking forward to visit this place for the Non-veg course.

Oye tadka, is a beautiful place located just outside Kharghar railway station. Huge banyan tree inside with dim lighting, soothing Indian music, Indian style utensils puts this place at top notch in the ambience category. We ordered 2 chicken starters, one chicken gravy and naans all suggested by them and we were really impressed with their suggestions. Gravy could have been better. Quantity and quality both matched our expectations. Overall I liked this place and would visit again to try more of their dishes

Food Ordered - I ordered full course meal - garlic naan, vegetable biryani made in dum, baigan ka bharta and daal makhani. It was warm enough to confirm that it was freshly prepared and cooked in good oil or ghee.
Sides provided - I was surprised by the extra side line Coke pet bottle provided! May be it was complimentary!!
What they did right? - The food was average but was fresh and aromatic.
What I didn't liked? - the quantity was too less than what I expected. I can understand the tax and extras can put hole in your pocket!!

Went to this place seeking for dinner options in Kharghar. This is a family restaurant with nice dark ambiance. It attempts to give you a feel of having your food in an Indian verandah (or in a clear sense, aangan) under an artificial tree architecture.
The food is good and had a wide option to choose from the menu. The mushroom masala was pick of all.
Service was quick and responsive. Reservation is recommended as this place can be full at peak times due to small space.

Oye Tadka is one of the few places that is open when others are closed ..like late afternoon or late night and it always gives you very warm welcome. You can have lunch here at 4 pm also and dinner at 12 night :)..The strength of this place is good staff and service...inside it is like rainforest type setup with big artificial tree in between..ambience is awesome. i like it when lot of wood is used and place is dimly lit ...tried sarson ka saag and makai roti...just awesome..desserts like gulab jamun and ice cream and sizzling brownie could have been prepared and served better. Totally loved it...so everything is good about this place except the pricing..I think it is bit on the higher side..as service charge is also added in addition to the service tax...overall good experience..

I must say that I was expecting a lot more from this place by the standards set by other reviews. Still, the experience was not bad, when I went out at night on the weekend with my parents. The starters (Chicken Platter) were as I like to say "mouth-watering melting mughalai morsels". It was the main course (Chicken Kasbewala, Chicken Darbari) that were ok - not bad - just ok. The Chicken biryani too was not very memorable. However, the ambience is commendable.

We went on a Sunday Evening. Weekends are usually packed and it takes around 20 minutes to get a seat. We were not in a mood for Chinese so Oye Tadka was the choice. What seems to be two different restaurants is actually a single one from the inside. Starters were good.
We had a Masaledar Kabab and Something in Paneer.
Masala papad is lovely here as well.
Then we had a few naans and a chicken curry and veg curry. Both were tasty.
We had ordered a Chicken Boneless Biriyani but what came was a Mutton Biriyani and we realized it much later. They did change it without creating a fuss, well its good that we didn't create an issue. I usually don't eat Mutton and I did have a few pieces.
Overall the experience was not bad. Would go again on social occasions but would prefer it not to be on a weekend!

The food here is outstanding. Dal makhni tasted different, but it was different in a good way. Green chutney offered was also excellent. Starters were very well made. They serve both Oriental and Indian cuisine in both Pataya street and Oye tadka (both are connected), but we stuck to Indian and loved it. Ambience is great and service was super quick. A gem in Kharghar. The only reason I deducted half a point was because the quantity of dal was slightly less than expected; it fell short for the jeera rice we ordered.

Had been here yesterday.....you can wolk from khargar station and reach hete in just 2 mins. Its two attached restaurant viz pattaya sumthng and another one is oye tadka. They are inter connected from inside as well. From out it looked like a small enterance, but you open doors and its like a proper restaurant wid sittng arrangments of two kinds, sofas and normal chairs. They have created this ambience of a dhabba but i personally felt its mixture of punjabi and chiness ambience 😜
The have a real tree inside the restaurant ryt at the centre.... Its dim lighted restaurant,,, lamps are places here and there. You will like candle light not compltly though. I had been here for saturday afternun and was shocked to see restaurant empty!!!
We took sofa seats and den i looked for their menue.
They served me both menue for pattaya one (chiness menue) and oye tadka menue (north indian food).
Since i had been there to taste their punjabi food i sticked to OYE TADKA menue.
I was starvng so askd him to first serve me aloo chaat followed by chicken masalledar kebab.
OMG The quantity of aloo chat (Rs.80/-) was like tooooo much and basically it was dffrnt frm wht i expctd. Boild aloo in pudina chutney topped wid sev is wht i got, while i expctd it to be sum kinda chat and nt pudina aloo. But it was gud. We couldnt finish it, my partner is nt fond of aloo and their quantity was soo much tht i dint want to get full by just them so left mre thn half of it.
Next came chicken masaledar kebab. They serve this on banana leaf shaped plate. Kebabs were gud again i wont say grt bt ok ok. They can actually make it mre spicy and main their chckn was very soft and juicy
Next was chicken dihati handi. Red gravy served hot. Smelld very gud. I askd the waiter to serve me leg piece, he said thr no leg piece and wen i served my self i found leg piece. I dunno if he dint undrstud wht i askd or he dint knew wht he served. This gravy was less on salt, bt after adding salt i likes it wid my butter rotis

Oye takda is very lovely place. It gives you feel of punjab dhaba, I loved their concept dim lights, huge tree inside, lamps n colorful bulbs hanging and even their utensils.
We choose dis place for mum's birthday dinner. We ordered for mutton kheema, kulcha, garlic cheese naan was yum, sesme naan, chiken masaldar kebab, coke masala & gulab jamun. No complaints! Tasty food. Enjoyed having dinner there.
Pattaya street n oye tadka is one resto with 2 different concept.

This Restaurant has recently changed it's name to Angreji Dhaba. It's just beside Pattaya Street. Ambience is great and service is excellent. There are enough guys to take care of ur needs. Food is delicious and is presented very well. Food qty is a bit high as they are also charging higher than similar restaurants. Quality of food is excellent and is worth every penny you pay. Even soup has very strong ingredients and it feels completely different. Had a great experience at this restaurant. Must visit in Kharghar.

Angrezi dhaba is a lovely place to visit with different me there.
There are hanging musical instruments and frames of blockbuster bollywood movies. Perfect feeling of dhaba you will get in seat arrangements. Right from the dining plates to food .
Service :
The staff are neatly dressed and are always there welcoming you with a good smile on their face.
Service was excellent and quick.
The Server was really kind Narayan Pathak was his name , was always there for all the orders and suggested some good dishes too.

CHESSE CHILLY ONION ROLLS :The Presentation Of It Was Superb. Cheesy melting Onion rolls stuffed with cheese ,chillis and onions. It was really yummy and cheesy cheesy.
SPINACH CHEDDAR CHEESE BALLS : Cheddar cheese rolled into balls and mixed with spinach. A great starter for the vegetarians in the house.
PANEER SINGAPORE SPINDLE : Strips of cottage cheese marinated and coated with noodles and fried.The spindles were huge , and I loved the crispiness on them of the noodles.
NON-VEG STARTERS :
LOBSTER COINS :Lobster Coins were crispy and amazing to eat. Highly Recommended.
CHICKEN LOLLYPOP IN 3 STYLE :Never had lollypops like this. Really tasty and delicious.
JUNGLEE CHICKEN SKEWERS :Grilled juicy chicken marinated with mint & a hint of lemon, served with sambal.The chicken skewers were juicy and smoky. I loved it. Highly Recommended.
Main course:
MATKA SABJI :Perfectly blended with all spices giving it an amazing tasteFully loaded with mix veggies and taste very nice and veggies were also very fresh.
MURG LAPETA :MURG Lapeta it's an Chicken Curry Made in Aagri style and It tastes amazing.Love it. Must try dish.
CHEESE NAAN :The cheese naan had loads of cheese and quiet tasty . Amazing taste and quantity.
MASALA KULCHA :Masala kulcha was really tasty loaded with mix veggies. Literally must try
The main course was extremely delicious with very good portion. Total value for money and with courteous staff.
Desserts:
Gulab Jamun Triffle:Gulab Jamun Trifle which was a combination of Gulab Jamun, Brownies and Vanilla Ice cream.Never imagined that Gulab Jamun and Ice cream would blend so well! A must try dessert.
Every single dish was well presented and has unique taste.
They serves VEG , NON-VEG & SEA-FOOD too! So don’t worry about taste, it is foodie heaven to visit food lovers.
Do visit the place. I highly recommend. One of the best restaurant in Kharghar.

It's Angrezi dhaba now. Ambiance is good. But service is slow. We ordered rissoto , and they forgot. Appetizers were unique. Test is good but not extraordinary
Good food, ambiance and service.
We had butter chicken, dal makhni and butter garlic roti. The butter chicken and dal makhni were authentic, not sweet like most places in Mumbai make it.
The rates are worth the taste and service. VFM place.
One drawback is the dim lighting, which might work for some people but was irritating for me.
The meal was super delicious. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good ambience.. We enjoyed place when we visited at my daughter's birthday.
A typical theme-based restaurant, with quality ambiance and service. The food is fine, let alone it's soups and dessert which i found class apart. Should you go for it ? Yes, it must serve you good.
We went on a Sunday Evening. Weekends are usually packed and it takes around 20 minutes to get a seat. We were not in a mood for Chinese so Oye Tadka was the choice. What seems to be two different restaurants is actually a single one from the inside. Starters were good.
We had a Masaledar Kabab and Something in Paneer.
Masala papad is lovely here as well.
Then we had a few naans and a chicken curry and veg curry. Both were tasty.
We had ordered a Chicken Boneless Biriyani but what came was a Mutton Biriyani and we realized it much later. They did change it without creating a fuss, well its good that we didn't create an issue. I usually don't eat Mutton and I did have a few pieces.
Overall the experience was not bad. Would go again on social occasions but would prefer it not to be on a weekend!
This place was before oye takdka. Now changed to Angrezi Dhaba. Must say that the change is better than before. Lots of new fusion dishes introduced. Ambiance is well made... Punjabi Dhaba style. Food was just superb. Service by naraen was great. Very polite. Must try is the butter chicken quesdillas. So yum. Tried the 3 chicken lollipop again a superb fusion combination. Chass was amazingly good. Desserts were a little way too sweet for my taste buds. But must try if you like sweets is a golgappe basundi shots. Also chicken tikka tacos was like wow. Pav bhaji fondue was average. Overall an extra point for the service n courteous staff. One of the nicest places for the fusion indian food in Kharghar. I guess Kharghar needed it. Worth a mention is the pizza naan with cheese. Just superb. Definitely gonna be one of the places I will visit for real good indian food. Cheers 😊
