Superb place to eat.the menu served looks good and it gives an amazing aura to be around freshly brewed coffee.

Rainy afternoon is probably the best time to go to a coffee shop.
It was a perfect timing when we walked into Barista at Kharghar, away from hustle, in the side road of Hiranandani.
The ambiance is nice and cozy, with a good visibility of the rain. They have maintained it nicely as well.
A cup of cider, a cappuccino and a gulkand flavour cold coffee is what we ordered. Pretty satisfied with the beverages.
The food, Cheese garlic bread though was below expectations.
Courteous staff, with a scope of training.
This is the most peaceful Barista outlet I have been to.
Come here if you want to have a peaceful conversation and spend some quality time.

A vegetarian coffee lover, who owned a coffee shop for sometime...who relishes coffee some times and has a keen sense of flavor and aroma.
Ambiance and visible hygein:
I found the ambiance very inviting, and with nice vibes and smiling staff - outstanding. Right from the periphery, this Barista is surrounded by beautiful plants and the entrance has also been warmly done up with plants and pots. The place is colorful and artistic accents add to the beauty.
The cafe is very clean and the counter, sitting and rest area is nicely maintained. Well done team and thank you for this!

Visited: March 2018 and May 2018. Both the days, I had visited on weekdays. Once for a business meeting and once for a leisurely meet-up. I found that the place is moderately occupied with people who are busy in their own work.
Price/Pocket?
~500 for two, with coffee/tea, snacks and desserts. Moderate on pocket.
Food
Afogato: The Arabica shot and two scoops of regular vanilla ice cream were delightful. For those who love this combination, Barista could be a good place
Veg Garlic Bread and Cheese: Seemingly fresh and fluffy garlic bread, with a nice spread of cheese which was just right - not too sticky. The chilli flakes and italian seasoning was also just right for me - mild
Orange Dry Cake: The subtle flavor of orange in a dry flour cake was enticing, and each bite had that flavor. It was nothing outstanding, but a nice flavor which is not available at most places.
Spices Dry Cake: I tried this was in the hope of finding Indian flavors prominently, but I could only find that this was similar to a regular cinnamon dry cake. I'd prefer an orange one over this.
Recommended: Yes, please visit for quite work meetings or comfortable engagement with family/friends and enjoying drinks

one extra star for being quite coz backside of hiranandani, so basically close to market but nice peaceful area. this is a coffee place where book meets real coffee lovers, just carry ur book along sit n enjoy. n yeah they have an option to sit outside too an added bonus on coming rainy days......I just can't wait coffee and rain....real Barista real coffee!

Coffee- BARISTA uses medium roast Italian blend coffee and has a very berry like taste. Mild fruity notes and almost no after taste. You will enjoy it with desserts as they have a variety to serve.
Ambience- Ambience is great with lots of space and sitting options available. Barista (coffee maker) is friendly and polite.

Recently got to know about this in my vicinity and rushed to try this. Loved the ambience. In a less noisy place and well maintained. Staff is attentive, courteous and friendly. They didn't had much thing in menu, so we settled with ice mocha, latte, chips and almond muffins. The coffees were not really that great. They need to improvise on the aroma and taste of coffee. Rest everything was good.
It’s a quiet place to enjoy coffee with friends or family. I ordered a berry smoothie and a hot chocolate 🍫. The ambience is good. The service is prompt. Overall experience was great.
Lovely place. Peaceful. Snacks are good. The coffee undoubtedly amazing. Worth visit! They also have some board games you can borrow to enjoy with your friends :)

I always wanted to try Barista coz it is a very famous cafe, finally today i decided to visit this place. Went here in the afternoon so the place was quite deserted. Ambiance is good, i loved their interior, though i didnt go upstairs but the entrance and the downstairs part was quite cool. The coffee of aroma umm.. just made me feel pleasant.
Comming back to food I actually loved everything which i ordered just the pastry lost 1 point over here. I had Orange velvet pastry, chicken wrap, chocolate barista frappe, garlic bread with cheese.
1) Garlic bread with cheese was the bestest of all. I really loved the crunch of the bread, and the smoky and a bit spicy flavour of the cheese. I would suggest everyone to try it.
2) Chicken wrap was okayish the sausage inside it was good, chicken was also well cooked.
3) Chocolate Barista Frappe - i loved it, it was thick and chocolaty though the frappe didnt actually look like a frappe the topping of the cream was missing but its okay the taste was good.
4) Orange Velvet Pastry- I dint like the pastry at all, it was not fresh the base was hard and also i found a small hair in the pastry so i just left the pastry as it is.
It was a good experience if you are looking for a pleasant place i would suggest cafe barista, the coffee aroma gives a slightly seducing feel😉 you can spend quite a good time with your loved ones over here.
P.S- The only thing i found was that everything over here is a bit overpriced else i loved it.

Nice, Cozy and Warm Cafe. With some good light and amazing coffee aroma this place can turn out to be your best friend to read your books or work on your PPTs. Board games & fun activities are also a major attraction. Staff is extremely kind and polite.
Not a coffee fan but landed here for a quick bite. Ordered latte & a sandwich. It was good but the sandwich could have been better. The experience was fine was in any other barista outlet.

Ideal place for.coffee lovers, it's the 1st barista outlet.of.kharghar, they require staff so I understand,but the brownie could have been better , it was dry and over microwaved , making it elastic kinds. Tried affogato here for the 1st time, the quantity offered was too less , the drink was fine otherwise. The Americano and hazelnut cappucino were nice. Loved the spinach corn sandwich.(filling). Have been visiting it once in 2months or so and find it good as long as the service is concerned and the products I have tried so far. Really liked their new Introduction like the , fruit beer (non alcoholic) , I guess they use 'monin' or whichever syrup brand the taste was very unique and the best so far I had of fruit beers. Since kharghar has such limited cafes around, barista is one of the cafes I frequent and would recommend to couples looking for some alone time, office going looking for some relaxed coffee cum work time. This is definitely a coffeehouse.
You certainly didn't need me to confirm that, but lets explore the term, shall we?
I was lost for words when I took the traditional approach of reviewing the place. Not because the experience was overwhelmingly good or the opposite, but because I didn't know how to rate a coffeehouse. Do I rate it on the basis of the food they serve? If so, it would mean a disastrous review since everything on the menu has come either wrapped or boxed from a central kitchen, only to be microwaved or dressed before serving. So there's nothing gourmet about the food and deserves no more than 2 stars.
Do I rate it on the basis of the coffees they serve? This ones seems obvious since its a coffeehouse but the obvious just doesn't cut it. Yes they serve good coffee. Barista has always been good at coffee (can't say the same about rest of the drinks). But there has to be more than just the obvious. Certainly.
What do I have left? Ambience? Sure.. Its designed really well and offers the fresh environment that you'd expect along with your coffee. If not for the aura, the coffee isn't much of a help in being a refreshment. On this parameter, the ambience does a great job of complimenting the idea of a coffeehouse.
This led me to explore further. Where are the roots of the concept and does this outlet connect to them?
Traditionally and historically, from a cultural standpoint, coffeehouses have largely served as centers that promoted social interaction. If we were to define a proper coffeehouse, we'd eventually arrive at its basic and crude nature, the purpose of its existence - to provide its patrons with a place to congregate, to talk, to read, to write, to entertain one another, or to just pass the time, whether individually or in small groups.
Today the concept has been commercialised on a global scale and our requirements as patrons have changed. Coffeehouses are no longer discreet as opposed to their original ancestors. People no longer need a venue to gather and plan an uprising, to express and discuss their views on critical matters, or to debate on social, political and religious issues. The original coffeehouses provided this neutral ground, this place where people could have the freedom of expression that the outside society didn't offer. That was their USP. The very purpose.
Internet has taken over that job now and all we want from coffeehouses today is free WiFi and charging ports. A decent coffee too, yes. See how coffee is third on the list of things expected out of a coffeehouse? Its always been this way..
I'm not a skeptic. There are numerous coffeehouses today serving their original and pure purpose of being venues for social congregation. We choose them as a place to catch up with our friends, spend time with our special ones, conduct business meetings, indulge in activities that show solidarity and sometimes.. try to find solitude.
For more than a year, my morning coffee and solitude was fulfilled by the Barista outlet st Santacruz. I had set my routine in a way that I left home 45 minutes earlier than required, just so I could have some alone time before submitting myself to 9 hours of corporate slavery. That was my requirement.
I've missed that since me & my work moved to Navi Mumbai. None of the Starbucks or CCD outlets here felt right. So when someone told me that there was a new Barista in my neighborhood, I had to go check it out.
So did it fair?
Well, I can conclude now. I rediscovered the serenity Barista had got me hooked on to.
This is definitely a coffeehouse.

I recently visited a charming little cafe in the heart of the city and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The cafe had a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet afternoon alone. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and attentive
The ambiance and the place is cozy and good to visit to spend an hour or so. They have outdoor sitting as well and have restroom facilities. The service is decent.
Good place to hold a small informal meet or to just chill and hang out with friends. We had coffee which was good. But I found slightly on costly side. Fortunately the staff does not interfere much and you can just grab a coffee and sit there for hours. Quite and relaxed ambience

This place is very calm with good ambience. The sofas makes it more comfortable to curl up in a corner with book of your phone. Their coffee is also great. Good staff. Overall a good place to hangout in kharghar.

If you love a good cuppa coffee then this is the place you need to head to straight away. I am a frequenter to this place and I love their coffee. It has always been consistent and once you are a regular visitor, they remember your perfect coffee and serve it the way you like it.
There are a lot of coffee shops in Kharghar, but I love the coffee here. The place has good ambience too, the upper section is cozy with good sofas and interiors.
I really liked the place until yesterday when one of the new staff confidently poured "steamed chocolate milk" on my sizzling brownie in the name of Chocolate Sauce! Ruined the entire experience!
Everything else about the place, the coffee and the ambiance is just perfect.
