I residing there from last 2 years and people around there is also very supportive. Very good place to live with Family..
There is always chances of improvement. Need things to be sorted out on urgent basis:
1) Need corporation water. In summer we can not use borewell water to drink.
2) Power backup Need to put in place urgently.
3) Call and data network need to improve for connectivity with friends and family.
Possession will be given by year end as most of the work and approval seems pending. But yes as Akansha Tambe has mentioned the sales team is giving a very false commitment for the possession. It's March 2023 end will be the possession but I doubt that too.
Can someone please update the latest progress.

Latest Update : Recently visited the place, looks like builder has got 4th floor approval and 4th floor is in progress now...check latest photos from visitor to get update....
Can we see updated photos of Building number 7-8 and further. All photos are of phase one. no updates on phase 2 buildings.
When phase 2, 3 will be ready?
